The Stelleit Pack(A plot pack for the war 8D )

If you've been reading around the boards lately or saw the new plot announcement, we've got a war in Shinkou! Shinkou, Akeru and Giaku are all fighting and in this unusual time, loners can even participate.

Thus, if your loner needs an excuse to take part, I've created a small pack for the purposes of this plot. :3 Once the fighting gets really bad, the Stelleit pack will come in to help out the Shinkou and Akeru packs against Giaku. The Stelleit pack is small compared to the others, basically having about 11 members, most of whom are blood relations. Feel free to create new wolves or have your own loners join if you want them to. Though since Stelleit was created simply for this plot, take note that they will be dis-banding once the war is over. ;3 For whatever reason, once this war plot is settled down, whatever the outcome, Stelleit will no longer exist after that.

Stelleit doesn't have very many wolves in leading ranks because it's not a very big pack. >> It's basically just an alpha, two betas and the rest.

If you want to create a new wolf for the pack, post their profile here for now, since they may or may not only be temporary rp characters for the plot. We can discuss details if you want your character added to Stelleit's history, which I will do once you've posted their profile here. Once the war is over, you may officially post them in the new profiles board if you've decided to keep them around. If you have a loner that you want to join the Stelleit pack, post a link to their profile, that way we'll know they're a part of the pack for the plot.

Stelleit's beta positions are open. Stelleit's current alpha is Sidian, a new character I made up for this occasion. Stelleit has a small history, with a few npc characters I've made up to flesh out their past. If you see an NPC character that interests you, we can discuss details for the possibility of you roleplaying them as an actual character. :3

Stelleit's Brief History-

Stelleit is a nomadic pack that travels across the lands. They often stay for extended periods of time in friendly, flourishing areas, where prey is more easily available to them and move on when competition or other reasons made food difficult to find. Most of Stelleit's pack members are related to one another, but there are some not blood related at all. The eldest member is Khorush, the grandfather of the pack and Stelleit's old alpha in the past. He fathered Russet, who is the pack's previous alpha that stepped down after loosing the usefulness of his front left leg. He and Sidian, the one who saved him, don't speak much of that incident. Khorush's mate is dead, while Russet has no mate.

Everis is Russet's sister and she is mated to Thollis; they have three young pups. Juneit is an older female who lost her mate and she has two children, though they are not pups anymore: Ponae(female) and Raeske(female). Juneit's mate, Gallin and Khorush's mate, Trunva, were killed together in a flood a few years ago.

Sidian is the current alpha and is not related to any of the pack. He was found when he was a pup and nursed by Juneit, who was raising Ponae and Raeske at the time.

It is absolutely not mandatory for your loner to be a part of Stelleit. It's just an alternative if you wanted to take part with a loner and didn't have an excuse for your loner to be hanging around the battle. :3

I'll join in, it'll be a female and most likely a temporary character. I won't make a profile for her, because there would be no point because her fate will definitely result in her death. :3 I'll just create her for the sake of being a member of the Stelleit Pack. I'll call her Dragora, an old experienced Youroi she-wolf.

Characters created solely for the purpose of advancing plots, or say, those simply there to fill holes(ie, yes, they die or just help move things along), don't need profiles.

Appearance:

Sidian's fur is a deep, solid black across his entire figure with only a single white spot on his chest to contrast against the darkness that surrounds it. The white mark crosses over his chest to form something similar to an x, with the higher points spreading up towards his shoulders while the bottom half stops in short points right before his front legs. Beneath his eyes are two unique marks that mirror each other on both sides of his face. They are gray in color but can still be seen in the shadows of his fur. Two small blotches sit right behind his nose and continue in a line down both sides of his muzzle and end right before his eyes in a sickle-like shape. Another marking of the same color forms a half-crescent shape behind both eyes. Above his eyes, which are a dark blue in color, rests a crown of ten horns; three resting on his brow above each eye with two more sitting in a row on both sides of his forehead, right before his ears. The last marking is a white crescent that lays over both shoulders, reaching around to stop before, but not touching, the marking that runs up his chest. When he so wills it, Sidian can call out a pair of white, feathery wings that are double the length of his body with large flight feathers that end in black tips.

Personality:

His serious nature often gives him a cold appearance and it doesn't help that he is quick to snap at others out of spite or annoyance. Though if given the opportunity, Sidian can show that he is a relatively calm wolf, despite his short fuse. It often takes great effort to see that he is also willing to work with others and should friendship be made with this wayward wolf, he can prove to be a loyal and dependable ally.

Magic: Necromancy
Sidian actually has no magic on his own, but finds that through his bond with Void, the death spirit that follows him, he gains the dark magic of a necromancer.

Skills:

Sidian has no useful skills aside from being able to talk with spirits.

Biography:

Sidian, for a time in the first few weeks of his birth, was technically dead. His parents had dug a shallow grave for the newborn and, knowing that the pup bore no life, buried their lifeless child. In truth, a spirit of death had visited the pup in his mother's womb and surrounded him with the its energy. While Sidian's body appeared dead, his soul was spared an infant's death. Void, as the spirit was called, protected this child and gave him the strength to be born anew.

With Void's assistance, Sidian escaped what would have been his grave and found a small pack that adopted him as one of their own. Though he was taken in by a mother who had her own pups at the time, Sidian was raised as a whole by the entire pack and looks to them all as his parents. Even Void, the lone spirit who had saved him and guided him, stuck around to ensure that the pup survived and found that not only could the pup speak to spirits, but he also had a knack for the dark magics of Void's necromancy.

Void set about teaching him his ways of life and death, telling him that he would better understand his magic if he was educated in this. Unfortunately, Sidian was able to experience first hand the horrors of death when two of the adults who raised him, were killed in terrible storm. The flash floods caused the rivers near their home to rise too quickly and while the pack was escaping, the two wolves were swept away beneath the rapids.

Later in his life, when the alpha of the pack had been injured, Sidian suddenly found himself pushed into leadership. While he simply acted on instinct to defend his family in a dire situation, the injured alpha and the others agreed that they felt safe following him as their new alpha. So while Sidian didn't much care for his new title, he felt it was the least he could do for all the years they had given to him in the past.

Sidian is my new wolf, one I created specifically for this plot. He's not a loner and he's not a member of one of the official forum packs, so we'd have no where to put the Stelleit pack members because a board doesn't exist for them, which is the only reason I posted him in here. Since your loner is an already existing character you can just post a link to his profile, a url link, not the whole profile.
