The twins came across several 'interesting' bugs while sniffing for the other Akeru. They felt the scent was getting stronger, but Ietgarm was getting anxious ((Not to be confused with eager! I hate that! Pet peeve!)), and wanted to just be on their way. However, he knew that once his brother wanted something, only Wings could stop him. Almost too late, Ietgarm smelled another wolf, and warned his brother before they ran into him. As they watched the winged demon-wolf go by, they held their bodies as still as they could, not wanting to attract attention. They had become quite good at this, but their experience with the Druin that had helped them had taught them that it is hard to hide from a demon.

Chiram continued his conversation with the shadow on his head until he could smell the females sent again. He could tell that he wasn't to far from her now and that it would only take a short period of time until he met up with her again. He could also tell that there was another unfamiliar smell in the air that didn't belong to the female. It was quit strange to smell so many wolves in one area, at least at the same time, seeing that he could smell older tracks of wolves, but they were at least a month ago.
As he continued to walk, he could hear Shade whispering in his ear about the female being close near by.Chiram only shock his head at the irritating shadow, trying to get the annoying little thing to leave him alone. But as he shock his head, he had managed to get the fur on his neck caught by some thorns.Feeling the sudden pull oh his fur,Chiram stopped and tried getting himself loose, but the thorns were reluctant to let go of his fur.The bush, where his fur was matted, shock fiercely as he pulled.Feeling that it wasn't letting go, Chiram turned his body towards the direction where his was trying to go,making his rear end stick out of the bush. With one good tug, Chiram had finally managed to get his fur loose, but stumbled once the thorns let go,making him land on his butt."Damn [grrr]ing bush" He spat and snarled angrily at it as his protest against it for grabbing his fur.Has he turned around, Chiram saw a female sitting down not to far from him.

Akita ferociously pawed at the dark sodden ground, she was determined to dig up her prey. "Urrh! Damn rabbit, why'd you have to crawl into this hole?!" Akita growled, feeling relieved with the gurgling feeling of her growl passing through her thought. Akita then slowed her furious paws to a stop, and eased her body down to a sit. She then folded her paws into her fur to create a bandage for her raw and throbbing pads. Just as Akita was beginning to relax, her ears flipped around to locate the far off growling. Akita rose her ruffled muzzle to the warm air and began to try and identify the wolf. Akita's nostrils flared open in surprise when she realized that the only a few yards away from her. Akita silently rose and shifted into a crawl as she crept over to the sound to see what all the commotion was about. As Akita's crawled closer to the scene, she brushed off of nearby plants and bushes. Akita began to realize that her fur was shedding in clumps and clinging to their spiny branches. "Damn," she breathed when she realized that her fur was leading a trail right towards her. After attempting to remove the fur countless times, she eventually decided to leave the tattered remains of her pelt alone and slowly trudged on. Eventually she came to a small clearing where a male was stuck in a mess of brambles and thorns. She curiously watched as the male tore himself loose.

Jinx had been pondering on what to do when the sounds of another crossed her auds. She sat still for a moment contemplating what she should do and what her reaction would most likely look like. She needed to be in control and give nothing away. Her body was rigid at first and she allowed her head to slightly turn towards the side from where the other was coming. Jinx gave herself a small shiver and forced her body to relax so she could be loose if an attack came out of nowhere. Her blue orbs focused over on the spot where she thought the devilish wolf would appear. She pulled her front padders out of a slouch and into a higher sitting position and wrapped her tail around her paws. Jinx was nervous about a fight and she held her ground.
Come what may. Jinx thought to herself. She wasn't ready to die but she wasn't going to back down if a fight was what was coming at her. Her posture was tall and proud and Jinx did nothing to hide herself this time. She was going to face him and she kept her fear pushed and locked away in the back of her mind. As soon as she looked away she heard him walk into where she could see him. She slowly turned her head to take in his presence before her. She fought back the urge to gasp in shock. He was no wolf nor what one would consider a demon. She wasn't quite sure what to say. Her maw opened but she merely closed it again.
What do you want?
Jinx managed to speak to him. He had odd paws that had large claws on the end of them. Jinx tried to keep from staring or gawking at him but found she could only trace what he looked like with slow cold eyes.

(( I'm slightly confused, Akita, do you have a character sheet??))
As he saw the female sitting proudly, and somewhat overly confident, Chiram decided to sit down as well. But unlike the female, who was trying to make herself look bigger, Chiram felt no need to do so,seeing that he was already taller then the female. His large claws twitched slightly and dug into the ground, while his large muscular chest seemed to puff out uncontrollable."No reason to get your fur all bundled now,I'm not here to fight." He replied jokingly and chucked. His voice was low like he was talking from the ground, but although it was low, it had a soothing touch to it and sounded clear as water.
Chiram watched as the female looked at his large claws.Chiram couldn't help but laugh and lifted up one of his paws, showing his raptor like claws."You can go ahead and stare at them if you like,it doesn't bother me."He said and moved only his raptor like claws, showing that he could move them without moving his other toes.

Jinx felt a small tremble pass through her body very slightly at the sight of him again. He was massive compared to her and she felt her instincts screaming to run in the put of her stomach. She didn't move a muscle as he sat. He was something different and yet although she felt the need to run she seemed completely stuck to where she was. Jinx didn't want to seem frightened by him but there was nothing she couldn't to hide her awe at what he was. Although she still had no idea what that might be just yet. Listening to him talk reminded her of a creek bubbling and rock. This amused her and her auds flickered toward him. Turning her head more directly toward him she took in his appearance once more. Jinx wasn't quite ad afraid knowing he didn't want to year her limb from limb.
I don't mean to stare. It's rude. An introduction would probably be best. I'm Jinx.
Jinx wasn't quite sure what else to say. She knew there was more wolves around but didn't know where. He didn't seem to be a threat now but she wasn't letting her guard down yet. She didn't trust him and this was just from instinct but even she knew not to trust somebody until they earned that. She eyed him with cold blue orbs and watched his talon like claw move. It wasn't disturbing but she found herself thinking of how it could come in handy in battle. Already her head was throwing out scenarios of what would happen in a fight against him. They would shred her to pieces and his size gave him a larger advantage. Jinx was still afraid of him but not as much as she had been before. Meeting him face to face gave her a small bit of courage. Even if he had said he didn't want to fight she kept get guard up and she wasn't letting it down just yet.

((I guess talonair isn't going to post...)) As the twins waited for the demon to go by, they didn't even breathe... Once Ietgarm was sure the demon had passed, they continued looking for the Akeru. They were closer now, and they could now tell it was a female. they were still pretty far off, they could tell, but at least they knew they were getting closer.

((Yes, I forgot to post it. Sorry! Here it is though:http://www.shinkouookami.com/index.cgi?board=lonewolves&action=display&thread=14881))
Akita watched with interest as the two wolves examined each other. She was quite surprised that they hadn't found her scent yet. As she leaned in closer, the detail of their encounter sharpened. The one standing on a rock was quite small compared to the massive male. His devious claws were enough to make even her shiver in thought, Akita fought the urge though. Suddenly aware of how far out her body was, Akita slowly crawled back behind the bush that she was cowering behind. Once safely behind, she tensed her muscles. If the male were to locate her, well, that would be some fight.
((Sorry its so short, I can't think of anymore of a response to the situation))

As the twins loped along, following the scent, they began picking up other scents... another she-wolf and... a demon. The twins look at each other. Could this be the same one that passed them earlier? Helgarm doubts it, but Ietgarm is always cautious. They do not hate demons per se, but they do not fully trust them. They know that as a whole, demons tend to be awfully aggressive to other wolves. There are exceptions, but not as common. They continue following the scents, though they both try to plan what they should do if they meet the demon, should it have a more common disposition.

Chiram chuckled to himself out loudly. He could still feel the tension coming off of the female, and her cold blue orbs stared at him intently, unlike his bright red eyes, that flickered like a fire. "Chiram." He replied with a toothy grin, which couldn't be helped, seeing that his fangs poked out of his mouth all the time.
Chiram's grin quickly turned into a frown as he saw a figure move from the corner of his eye."I know your there." He called out, making his voice sound harsh."Your pelt sticks out like a sore thumb." He finished, not even bothering to move his head, and only stared towards the figure from the corner of his eye. His large claws twitched upwards, ready to tare into flesh if needed. His back legs tensed up,ready to push him up from his sitting position.Chiram calmly waited for the figure to move, making sure not to show any signs of aggression.

Jinx eyed his fangs as he smiled or was that a simple way of ferreting into her mind. She didn't want to keep staring into his red orbs. They seemed to call at something deep and dark inside of her. She turned away from him and shook her head slightly before turning back her gaze on him. Her eyes slitted for a second and then regained their former calm repose of things. He was terrifying up close when it came down to it Jinx mused. Defiantly something she had expected even from the distance of when she first saw him. Feeling a tiny bit uneasy Jinx shifted weight on her paws but kept her weight pushed forward so she could make a fast move. This encounter was nothing like she had expected. A fight, a threat, escaping, were her first thoughts not a conversation that seemed natural. She waited a moment but before she could speak Chiram spike of another wolf being nearby.
Jinx shifted her eyes away from the devilish wolf and peered around. Her blur orbs scanned the area but only thought she caught a glimpse of where the wold must be. It defiantly would turn interesting now that another was around. Chiram didn't seem very excited however and she shifted her weight from a front attack to a defensive drop if she needed it. This was not ping to turn out well some way or another. Things always went bad when a bunch of wolves got around each other that didn't have superiors around. They get rowdy and step out of line. Jinx wasn't going to stick around for that to happen. Greeting would be enough before she decided to part with them she figured. She peered back over at Chiram. He was a character that didn't seem to fit in this scenario somehow. He didn't seem the type to want to be around so many others.
This will be interesting
Jinx mumbled to herself. As she looked back over the woods around her. This was a tricky spot to get out of. Jinx gave herself a small smile about being quick. She might not stand much of a chance with a one on one battle but she could easily slip out of a brawl while everyone defended their own tails. Jinx took another look around and eyes the surrounding place wearily. She looked back at Chiram waiting for the other wolf to show itself.

A shiver ran down her spine, despite all her efforts to force it away, as the great male growled out in her direction. Akita slowly rose her body and slowly crawled out of the bush she was hiding in. When Akita opened her mouth to let the two wolves odors meet her scent glands surprise took her as she realized the male was a demon. A cruel grin tore across Akita's face as she spoke "Nice to finally meet another demon around these parts. I guess in that sort of way we are 'Siblings,' would you say? There have been too many normal wolves to have a fair stand off, if that is what you are looking for, so you it wold be quite an exciting battle between us." Akita carefully eyed the wolf as she waited for his response. Even though she was eager to know what the male's response was to be, she quickly whipped around to face the female on top of the rock. A lighter tone took effect when she turned to the female, "And who might you be?" She hoped this would mean that the female didn't despise her as she had feared. Akita was done with the constant moving and fighting. A friend, or even a wolf that wasn't cold to her, would keep her in place.

Chiram turned his head towards the new figure. He wasn't at all shocked to find out that it was a female. Males were more bolder and would most commonly walk straight towards others then hide. However he was slightly but off at the fact that she was also a demon, but the cruel grin was a dead give away.Just the way she spook, Chiram could tell she had inherited the common Demon characteristic.
With his tail up,Chiram pushed himself up from his sitting position and stood in front of Jinx in a protective way, blocking the female demons sight of her.His head was low to the ground, ready to attack if the female showed aggression. His body was slightly turned in a angle that would allow him to make a quick dash if needed. He knew his breed was known to go back on their words, and were also quit violent. He himself had inherited some of the cruel twisted mind of a demon, but was rather calm for one.
" I see you inherited the aggressive attitude of our race.Other then your pelt, your quit common for a demon, making you about as unique as a grain of sand." He replied, testing to see how demon like she was."And its quit rude to ask someones name without giving your own first.Do you have no pride of being a Demon?" He finished with a loud threatening snarl that sounded as harsh as thunder that often tariffed the night sky. With just that simple snarl, Chiram's fur bristled and his muscles on his body showed just how strong he was.He wondered if the female was still interested in fighting him now.

At the echoing sound of a loud snarl, the twins stopped and looked up, then at each other. This was going to be interesting. ((Haha, I just had to say it)) They considered backing out, and going away, but now even Ietgarm was intrigued, and so they continued on, even faster, though more alert for any trouble.
It's a good thing, too, since the demon was-- wait, two demons? The twins were shocked, they didn't expect to see two demons in one area, much less a third! This was bad, and they wisely kept as far away as they could while keeping an eye on what was happening.
((Gah! Typoes... pokin' me... in the eye! Quite sharply! > .< ))

She watched as the female emerged from the clearing giving her full view of who and what she was. She had the scent of a devilish wolf just as Chiram did. This was getting to be a situation she didn't want to be a part of. She looked fierce and Jinx could not help but bristle in defense of what was taking place. There was two devilish wolves upon her now and she had never been in this situation. Jinx's auds twitched forward as her voice filled the air. It was almost chilling but beautiful in a dark and twisted way. Again a small stirring inside of Jinx rose. She forced it out of her mind and looked at the female. Jinx didn't know if she should speak or not. This seemed to be something between the devilish wolves and Jinx didn't want a fight. Not now. Nor with them. They were both stronger than her she could already tell even without seeing them prove it. She didn't need another invitation to leave. She knew she needed to get out of there but somehow she remained where she was.
When the female addressed Jinx she merely opened her maw but no words came. She was not expecting her to give her such a light tone and a harsh one towards Chiram. Although she didn't not know exactly what was between them she suspected she was about to be drug into it if she remained here. She dipped her head and looked at the ground for a second considering this thought. Before she could speak Chiram was before her. She was shocked at how fast he moved in front of her. His loud snarl and hateful like words made Jinx see him with some respect. She had no idea why he was standing before her as if protecting her. Maybe he just wanted an excuse to fight but Jinx was glad she knew he was there. But she didn't trust him and she suspected if it came down to it he would leave her on her own. She didn't need him to protect her but at this point him standing in the way seemed a lot more comfortable than being here on her own. The female however did not seem aggressive toward her. If anything this could work to Jinx's advantage as long as she played her cards right. Feeling that it was best she keep quiet for the time being Jinx said nothing in response. Chiram's snarl had sent shivers down her spine and now he seemed even more intimidating as he showed how powerful he was. She was nothing compared to them and yet she was caught up in the middle of it.
