Notes: "The Eldritch", or simply Eldritch, are a species of canine-like shadow-creatures. They were created by the insanity-driven entity called 0.

• Can only survive in darkness. Standing in sunlight any longer than a couple of minutes could kill them.
  
• They can tolerate a small amount of light, but are not comfortable bathed in it, and would much rather retreat to a shadowy area.
  
• Their whole heads supply an enormous mouth. They can open it up down to their chests and gobble their food whole.
  
• Eldritch feeds on the pain of others, so they often torture their food before eating them--the pain is what nourishes their body rather than the meat they consume.
  
• When an Eldritch is hungry, they will pursue their desired meal for a very long time, preferably choosing someone that has known pain in their lifetime.
  
• Eldritches's personalities are modeled after a mythological pain elemental.
  
• They are another sub-race of created demons, like how the Demons created the Druins. The only difference is, one being called 0 created them, or His Children as they are often titled.
  
• They cannot be seen in the daylight, except on darker nights and possibly in shady areas. Even when the moonlight shines on them, their bodies look ghostlike and transparent. They are so black that they look like shadows, although the shine on their muscles and legs give off the illusion that they are three-dimensional.
  
• They have the ability to travel through various dimensions which includes the Dream World and the Spirit World, but they mostly live among the Living realm where it is easier to attain pained beings.
  
• Eldritch has three forms: their original appearance of their ghostly, shadowy canine form which they always use, their human form which is usually an eerie childlike shadow-being (the easier to gain knowledge and learn), and air-creatures (various shadow-birds that fly, the easier to pass between realms).
  
• Their personalities may vary, although it is common for an Eldritch to be twisted in some way, and obviously crazy--to most, it may seem that it is all they know, and their true purpose for being.
  
• All Eldritch's eyes are hollow and see-through, but mostly take on a dark void.
  
• Their rows of horrifying teeth are extremely long and needle-like, able to tear away at flesh without much of an effort.
