((OoC: sorry for the shortness. I just couldn't think of anything to write at the moment [ :sweatdrop: ))
Ea offered a warm and kind smile to Alastolan. She took his offer and bit into the belly of the beast. The meat was tender and, although it had grown cold, was still good.
Darklight dug in as well. She went for the thigh of the boar, ripping and tearing the flesh from the bone. The meat was good, as most fresh meat was to her, and she certainly didn't want this to go to waste.

Alastolan watched as Darklight and Ea took 1st bite of the boar. He smiled as they dug in and began to dig in to the shoulder and neck area. He tore the flesh clean from the bone making it look as if it was never there, leaving a majority of the meat for Darklight and Ea since he wasn't that hungry himself. After he was finished, he cleaned his muzzle and paws off and awaited for Darklight and Ea to do the same. Wondering what, if anything, they had planned for the day.

They all merrily ate their fill of the delicious beast. He was certainly a fine specimen.
When Ea finished she sat down and rubbed her muzzle in the snow to clear her face of debris. She cleaned her paws and groomed all of the boar from her white pelt.
Darklight was happy to be full. She felt warm and contented against the omnipresent frigidness of her home. She lay down in the snow and cleaned her mouth and paws, the taste of the beast lingering sweetly.
Ea looked around, sniffing the air. She debated what they should do now. It seemed that Darklight was getting over her wariness of Alastolan, but then you never knew with her. Ea chuckled to herself. When Darklight looked at her oddly, She only smiled.
"So, Alastolan," she said, "is there anything you would like to know about the lands or the other pack members? Or is there a place you would like to see?"

Laying there until Darklight and Ea were finished, they finally began to clean up. He began to space out but Ea's voice perked his ears and brought him back to reality. As she talked and asked him questions he listened intently to every word and finally decided to respond. "Hmmm. Well in all honesty I don't really have that big of a curiosity. Everything I need to know or want to know or find I'll discover naturally over time and through the course of being here. So I can't say that I actually have anything in particular that I want to know about. Feel free to talk the day away though if you wish. I'm always happy to listen." He spoke with his usual smile of kindness as he awaited her reply.

Although he offered to listen to her talk on, she wasn't the kind to just flap her gums to fill the silence. Perhaps she could get a conversation out of him. "In that case," Ea thought aloud, "Tell me about where you are from, if you don't mind the subject."
Darklight listened with half an ear. She was content that she had tested the male and he had proved at least capable of his position. At the same time, she was a bit disappointed. She was bored, and she wanted to do something, but she was still her usual self and was not going to leave her sister with a wolf she had only just met.
She would stay a while longer
