Maybe it was just him, but it seemed that the Princess was beginning to open up a little to Drexyll. The feeling of anticipation, slight nervousness and the quickness of his heart beat mixed together once she agreed to teach him a little about her family; in the near future in fact! Oh, it made his heart skip a beat to hear those words. Swallowing, he tried to calm himself down a little so he could respond without his voice cracking or sounding and looking overly excited. He almost wanted to hop and skip around he was so happy, but being the maturing male he was, he held it in as best as he could and looked over at her. "Yd bu E", Drexyll responded with a smile, tail waving back and forth, mirroring his emotions. Because of the disturbance, their conversation ended there right before Midnight arrived.
Drexyll's emotions are going through a frenzy of changes; from happy, to upset, to angry, to happy and excited again. He much preferred that if it would stop and a part of him didn't want to do anything and sit back to rid of his anger so he could enjoy his happy feelings...then the other part just wanted to unleash all of his fury and satisfy his anger.
His mind at a stalemate, one of his front paws slid forward towards this Midnight after she had defied what the Princess had told her to do, eyes flashing. Lips curled back to reveal sharp, young fangs, exhaling through them. As he did, his breath was cold and it condensed the air in front of his muzzle, creating a small fog cloud momentarily. Drexyll's body usually did this to physically show his high level of irritation/anger that he was experiencing. Before this new female could do anything, the other two intervened and did their best to stop her from doing anything stupid. True, she had no good reason to attack or fight or even to enter Giaku together...neither of them. Their relation to each other just made it seem like they were having some type of a party and that they did this on a regular basis. Nonetheless, nothing would stop Midnight from becoming spiteful. Considering such, Drexyll silently began to feel around for where water was and his body tensed, ready to pull what water he had in his water-skin and around him to form an attack.
The male Druin's fuse was burning out fast and would only wait to see if Midnight would follow Thunder and join the small group. If she made one more indication that she would defy them any more, Drexyll then would engage himself in combat and hopefully detain the three of them. But, if she were to listen and quietly allow the Princess and himself to escort them to the borders, he would then in turn loosen up a little and silently urge them to get moving.

Graal glances towards Drexyll, noting his level of aggression, then towards Mascamora's impassive face. His lips curl into a snarl as he looks at Midnight. "Don't be stupid! You're still a pup in every way that matters to me! You're my sister and I'll not let anything happen to you, have I not said this!?" he barks, fur rising and tail rising above hers. "One more stupid move and I swear, I'll pick her up and carry her myself." he thinks, taking a warning step towards the younger wolf.

(Well refusing would make everyone mad for a different reason and chaos would ensue but complying would probably just tone down the tension a slight knotch. But really it's your choice.)

((Ok. Now i kinda wish i hadn't been such a fartinanny. D:))
Midnight listened silently to Thunder, nodding when she was done. She glared at Mascamora when she mentioned the threat. She turned quickly and lifted her lip slightly at Drexyll when he slid toward her. Her spirit wilted under the last voice, though. She cringed and lowered her head and lip. Meekly, she crawled iver to his side without a word. There was fear her big puppy-eyes when she looked at him.
((What if one of the loners saves the pack wolves from something? Idj what, just an idea……))

Thunder nodded silently with eyes icy cold yet the color of blood in the sunlight. Her eyes followed Midnight's form without turning her head. Thunder stood normally once more and walked on in the general direction of the border she could now smell, as she was above ground.
Thunder began humming an old song that was wild at the beginning yet settled down nicely and turned softer and gentler. This made her mind relax slightly but it didn't outwardly show. She moved with a fluid grace that displayed the fact that she was light but fast clearly. She moved like the gnaw wolf she was, alert, swift, and careful with her footing. She continued humming softly so that no one could hear it unless they came and stood right next to her. With time she had manged to rein in her accent so her voice was back as it had been at the beginning of the trip. Turning her head slightly so it was clear who she was addressing she spoke, "I apologize for bringing in authorities not of this land or territory. This is your land and therefore it was not my place to do that." Her voice was clean as she took all emotion of hers out of the equation and brought in probobilites, this was not Italia and so they had probably not even heard of her rank or laws, they were meaningless here.
She had willingly confined herself behind her walls, and this was one of their many uses. She stepped out a bit and allowed her emotions back in as she was done addressing the pair. Humming once more she continued on.

Mascamora said nothing when the two lone wolves who were with them already were continuing to reprimand their friend, insistent on her complying and joining them. That was well enough, and she felt herself relax only slightly when this Midnight seemed to concur, joining them and walking along. She didn't seem too happy about it. Masca hardly cared.
As they resumed their trek, Thunder surprised her slightly when she spoke, and Mascamora glanced down at her, long ears swiveling in her direction. "You are forgiven," she murmured back, her gaze resuming forward once again. "I am trusting you did only what you deemed necessary to avoid hazard in which case I can see such fit." She had to admit it irked her more than she let on that in the name of her own authority, this Midnight would spit and challenge, but by this lone wolf's, whatever it was, she suddenly simpered down. Clearly there was an issue, but in the name of peace...well, she just wanted to get these wolves to the borders and out of their fur. She saw no reason to have them executed from a pup's foolishness. She was glad Thunder had come to her senses and she could at least respect her apology. But that was just how Masca felt.
Their walk continued for quite a bit longer, Masca saying nothing for the time being. Every now and then, she swore she felt eyes on her, though didn't look, only trusting her instincts. So, the guard had seen them after all. She had a feeling they were reporting to Charon. It was certainly likely. In any case, she supposed she'd just deal with her uncle later. Perhaps they were un-bothered at this point because she was being tested to how she handled things. Although perhaps not. She didn't see why it would really matter being her sister was already the Empress. Then again... she supposed many did expect treachery from her. Hmph! she thought to herself stubbornly.
"The borders near," she stated aloud. "Your freedom to go on your ways is only now."
Once they reached the borders, she would say, "You would be wise not to return unless you have a very good reason." She didn't feel other words were necessary. She had already explicitly told Thunder and Graal before. They could do with it as they pleased. She could understand wolves were proud, but most weren't stupid either. In any case, she would stay, refusing to leave for the time being.

Muscles began to relax when Midnight agreed to both of the other's demands and plees. Eyes narrowed when she passed, watching and waiting until she was with the other two. Only then did he relax only a slight more and let out an exasperated breath through his nose, almost like a sigh of relief mixed with a huff. His breath clouded in front of his muzzle in a cold fog. Finally they were moving once more and heading towards the border.
Ears quirking, he was surprised slightly for Thunder's apology, not expecting such from someone who just a short while earlier tried to waltz straight back out of the Giaku the way she came back in, and defended her position quite fiercely. It was wise of her to do so however. He nodded in agreement in with the Princess' forgiveness, despite if anyone knew he did so or not. I bothered him that neither himself nor the Princess couldn't repremand the loner verbally. Drexyll was a male, if he were to genderize, he was the one who was supposed to be the more dominating, intimidating and authoritive sex. Now, there were females who could do just as good, if not better, at doing all three of those things. Despite all that...he still had his dignity and pride and by not being able to even intimidate a female wolf, well...it took a bite out of his self-esteem, not that there was much there to begin with. This was and issue for himself and his peers. He just hoped that he could fix it before too soon, but for the sake of no confrontations, he was glad too, that Thunder spoke up and essentially took care of it. He wanted them gone and to never see them again, really.
It wouldn't be too long now until the five of them reached the borders of Giaku and made them leave by crossing the bridge, which really was the only way out. Speaking of which, he wondered how Thunder got here by tunnel...perhaps it traveled under the sea?
Drexyll could see the bridge and stared at it as the Princess stated that the borders were near. Eyes flicked towards the three after she had said so, watching them. Once they stopped, he stood by Masca and waited for them to go. His tail curled and uncurled, the bushy end making it sag at the tip. He decided to add in something after the Princess spoke, "Or just never come back at all and have one less thing to worry about."
The male Druin would then stay where he was even after they had left and they were out of sight, making sure they didn't decide to run back in and to see if he had a chance to speak with Masca alone.

Graal's body almost collapses with relief as Midnight walks towards him. "She's safe..." he thinks to himself, watching her tiny form crawls closer, but he had to keep his air of stern leadership if she was to understand that what she had done was bad. "March, girl." he commands, voice cold and hard. Inside, his heart is pounding, and each breath doesn't seem to take in any air, and his legs begin to shake as he walks. "Don't notice, don't notice, don't notice..." he repeats, the thought becoming mantra of hope for Midnight not to notice just how much she had scared him, how close she had come to death. He gives a jerky nod to Thunder, "Would that come across terse? Angry even?" he thinks, then moves closer to Thunder's ear and murmurs, "Thank you Drappa, I'd be lost without the two of you..." he whispers, too quiet for Midnight to hear properly.
He stays silent as they come to the border, watching Midnight's dejected walk, his heart aching for her even as he knew his actions were justfied. "She needs to learn... I'll make it better when we get home..." he thinks to himself, biting his lip gently as he thinks of the warm cave that was his den, a sudden yearning for safety rushing through him.
As they reach the borders, Graal's ears perk up as Mascamora speaks again, his mind tuning back into reality half way through her sentence. "-not to return unless you have a very good reason." He dips his muzzle to her, politely thanking the Druin, "You have my deepest gratitude, Princess Mascamora. I long for a time when the Giaku is ruled by such tempered judgement as your own." he says, then adds, for her own safety, "Though that is not to say I wish the speedy deaths of your Alphas. From what I hear, aggression between packs has dropped dramatically, an achievement after so many years of hatred." he finished, nodding his head again, and at Drexyll's comment he merely chuckles, replying, "Consider my offer, Dragga. Better friends than enemies. An enemy is good for nothing, while a friend is good for life."

Midnight whimpers at his uncaring voice. She had learned her lesson; why did he have to be so mean to her? She looked up from the ground she had been staring at when she heard Masca's voice. Drexyll's voice was hard compared to hers' when he spoke. She waited until the others had gone, then looked back at the two pack wolves. "I am sorry for the things I have said and done. I apologize for everything I did- it is too bad I can't take them back." She crouches down and nervously nuzzled them both under their chins. Then she stepped back and lept into the air, gripping a tree branch in her teeth. It refused to give way, so she narrowed her eyes at it and jerked her body and flailed her legs until it snapped. She thumped back to the ground, and the limb followed. It had some beautiful apples on it, but she didn't take any. It was supposed to be touching: her finally apologizing and offering the best gift she could muster, but, before she turned away to regain some of what was left of her pride an apple smacked her square on the head. "I probably deserved that," she mutters for them to hear. And then-oh, great, another apple. "And that...." now her head reallly hurt. But mother nature wasn't done with her comity act. Another apple followed the second. "Really?!?" she shouted to the tree. (( she usually gives Graal fruit and stuff, to others too also, the cowering and whatever is something i got from a book, although you guys probably know that happens in the real wolf-world xD))

Thunder stopped once they reached the border. She nodded to everyone there, her eyes hard and cold. Then simply walked over it, the smell was so strong, it made her hold her breath untill she was a few feet away from it. Turning her head to the pack wolves and spoke "I will make sure to collapse the tunnel as soon as I get back. It is far more trouble then it''s worth." That said she turned and trotted off, probably never to return.

The albino druiness turned her attention toward Graal as he was speaking to her, then Drexyll. She wondered how the male Druin would respond. "Indeed," she murmured briefly at the comment that the peace between the packs was an improvement. Yes, the long-fought battle between themselves and Shinkou was known throughout all the surrounding territories... for the most part. She shouldn't be surprised he knew of it. In any case, she hadn't been expecting such a compliment - that is to say she was worthy of ruling, and it sewed more seeds in her mind than Graal realized he was placing...
She jumped suddenly when Midnight nuzzled her and stepped back, giving her a stern look. No one aside from her sister and mother had ever touched her in such a manner and it was entirely foreign to her. The idea of anyone else even touching her was bizarre. She supposed the pup meant it well... but it had entirely caught her off guard. Still, she regained her composure swiftly, only a second after the occurrence so as to avoid anyone's attention. She focused her attention now on the fact Midnight was offering her an apology gift.. something not so foreign to her except that it was fruit. Mascamora had long since lost her appetite though it seemed sincere enough. In any case, Thunder was announcing her next course of action as well.
Masca nodded toward Thunder in turn. "Thank you, Thunder. It will be nice not to have to warn the higher ups about this nor have unnecessary guards posted there." It was then the wolves were moving on.
Once they were out of sight, she sat down on her rump, releasing a brief sigh. She wondered if she really had handled that appropriately or not. Oh well, it didn't matter now. She turned her gaze toward Drexyll, then off toward the distance again. She had a feeling the group wouldn't return. But she would still wait for a little while. "Argh.." she mumbled to herself.

Graal spoke wisely and quite respectively to the both of them. Although the apology was directed more towards Mascamora, he still nodded after he finished. He couldn't help but smile, almost out of respect for the old male, "Fair point, indeed." He was surprised some that he knew this much about the connection between Giaku and Shinkou, but the apology sufficed with the comment and it almost eased some of the resent he had towards the small group. Drexyll has learned quite a few new things today and he would rememeber them well.
With a snap of a branch, Drexyll turned his attention to the small female, having a tree branch by her side and apples falling on top of her. As sad as it was, Drexyll found it hard for himself to not laugh, let alone hold back a smile. Biting his tongue and cheeks, he forced back any emotion and gave a soft dip of his head, at least acknowledging her notion. He didn't say much to Thunder either with her word to collapse the tunnels that she supposedly used to get to Giaku in the first place. He just hoped she would stay to her word.
Before they were too far and out of earshot, Drexyll spoke up and loud enough so they could hear, "Farewell, wanderers; heed our procautions and heed them well", he gave them one final warning.
Watching them fade into the fog that had wrapped itself across the bridge, a sigh of relief escaped his mouth and felt as if a huge weight lifted off his shoulders. Turning so his side faced the bridge and he himself faced Masca, he heard the aggrivated sound mumble out of her lips. Indeed, he thought. Finally sitting himself down, after a short silence, he spoke softly, "I think you handled that well, Princess."
