Fell ran up to her, making sure to keep a respectful distance. "That other male. I've seen him. He isn't... normal, is he? You could... lead a normal life. With a normal wolf... just think about it."

He knew he had to tread carefully if he was going to win her over. Find a way to convince her that he is better than that black wolf...

Shishu had finally finished pushing the oversized boulder to reveal a gaping hole. Well, at least he made someone happy today. Time to go back to Galaxia.

Wait, what was that?

The sound like stone teetering precariously made Shishu look up, but not in time. He received a face-full of rocks as they showered all over him. He yelped as something sharp grazed the side of his face and the bridge of his nose. Holy hell, that hurt, but because of it, he knew he was still alive.

It took a minute to analyze what happened. That bastard tricked him. He struggled to his paws when he realized that he was slightly buried, stones rolling off of him. He felt something trickle down his face, and knew that it was blood, but he only grinned wickedly. Alright, time to whoop some ass.

She was feeling uncomfortable. She wanted this wolf to go away and leave her alone. She looked at him, shifting from paw to paw, ready to walk on away from him. But what he had to question next made a frown form tightly over her lips.

'Normal I am not either.' She stated, 'Question my happiness with him you shouldn't. My choice it is to be with him. Wrong you are to question such things. Leave me alone!' She had gone through enough heartache, she didn't need this wolf thinking he was better for her. If only she knew her mate was in trouble at the moment.

Shishu couldn't believe that he was taken for a fool, and that was the cherry on top that made him downright furious.

"Just give me a chance. I can be a better wolf for you. I'll prove it!" Fell was getting desperate. That's what happens when you reject someone who's got an eye and a hint of obsession for you.

Shishu watched what was unfolding. He knew Galaxia could handle her own if she could, she wasn't weak. Yet... he couldn't help but feel pissed off.

"Who the [grrr] do you think you are, jerkoff?" Shishu growled, emerging from the dark. "You touch her I'll rip your [grrr]ing tongue out."

Fell's hackles rose. "You're a demon, aren't you?" he spat at Shishu. "Look at him, he's not fit for you!" He turned imploringly to Galaxia.

Un-freakin'-believable, thought Shishu. He sure as hell didn't need more shit from another male... he never forgot last time when Galaxia had to choose between him and another wolf. He was as relieved, also surprised, when Galaxia took him back.

"Look, you little asswipe, I'm the son of Wyndbain who's the alpha here. Do anything and I'll have you thrown out of this pack, you hear me? That is not a threat, that is a promise. I'll chase you out myself. You're dealing with a more unstable-minded wolf, so you better watch out or I'll [grrr]ing kill you."

He was scaring her and Galaxia was backing away, tyring to get away from him. But soon, Shishu was joining her, coming to protect her like a mate should. He was angry and it was obvious. But Shishu was right. He had leverage. His mother would sooner kick out a wolf who was causing trouble before her own son.

Not wanting to see a fight, Galaxia brushed her body up against her mates. 'Leave, Fell.' She instructed, 'Be here you should not.' Wolf was lucky Shishu was even giving him a warning. 'LEave him for you I won't.'

"Better listen to the reasonable one, pup." Oh yes. Shishu went there. If there was one thing adult wolves hated to be called was the demeaning word 'pup', but it was a soft insult compared to many other words crossing Shishu's mind.

Fell looked crestfallen. At least he was smart enough to recognize defeat. Alas, stubborn males like him would be harder to knock complete sense into, especially after Shishu's motivational comment of smartassery. Fell howled at Shishu with fiery anger, spittle flying from his teeth. "I ALWAYS GET WHAT I WANT! YOU... DO NOT... DESERVE HER!"

With these words, he lunged straight at Galaxia's throat. He could almost feel her slender neck between his sharp teeth. Shishu wasted no time; he lunged too, just as a bright flash of lavender surrounded Fell. Shishu saw this, astonished, but had no time to act. He was blinded... confused... reminded of the flash of colors in his past...

He was pissed and she slunk down, protecting herself. She would be helpless to him unless Shishu stepped in. Really, she was weak to do much harm and probably not fast enough to get away from a pissed off Fell.
