Tumble felt really happy now. Mitsuki was now his friend. He watched as she caught the rabbit that had escaped his grasp before. " I guess it was caught off guard." He said. "Thanks, but i'm not that hungery so we can just split it." Tumble offered. He acctualy ate before leaving camp, but he could eat a little more. Tumble took the rabbit and tore into it. When he had finished his half, Tumble offered the rest to the she-wolf. " To our friendship," He said with a happy yip. He liked the small blood from his lips. " You are a great hunter. I can't hunt that well, I'm too clumsy." He said with small laugh at the end.

Mitsuki smiled as he ate the rabbit, although he stated that he was not hungry. How thoughtful. "It just takes lots of practice," She insisted after eating her share. "And I was trained for hunting anyway." She tried not to brag, but she like to show off her only good talent. Yes, she was indeed an excellent t hunter, but that was her only skill. A swift, fast breeze, pushing Mitsuki a little, reminded her of the rising moon. "Let's head back now." She began to lead the way back to the dens, weather or not he followed her was up to him. He could either follow her or take another route.

((Sorry, sometimes i think faster than i type )) Tumble looked a head toward the rising moon. He hadn’t noticed it was getting this late. “I think I’ll join you.” He said padding up next to Mitsuki. He liked the company and he might get lost in the dark. Lets just say Tumble wasn’t the most reliable guy when it came to direction, especially in the dark. He felt a little useless at the moment. The only thing he knew was running and shape shifting. Even shape shifting was hard for the male wolf. Tumble let out a low depressing sigh. “I’m so useless,” He mumbled to himself. Tumble quickly straightened up and walked next to Mitsuki determined not to show her his worries.

She didn't know if she was meant to hear his harsh words, but it bothered her so she had to encourage him. "Your not useless. Everyone has at least ob good skill or quality. Take me for instance, I am a good hunter despite my blind eye." She paused trying to think of what to say next. "I can help you if you want. I could train you to hunt or even be able to hear a rabbit from a mile away." She said it as a little joke, but also serious if he wished to train. She would like to be able to train him, just to show him his good qualities.
As the sky became black, dappled with stars, they arrived at the dens. Only elders stayed up to watch the day fade away, and to see the stars of their ancestors. They took their eyes of the sky only for a moment to acknowledge the two wolf's return. She began to head to her den, nodding her head to let Tumble know he could sleep in the same den with her, if that were his choice, If not, he could also go to his normal den and sleep.

He liked how she offered to train him how to hunt. “ I would very much like to learn how to hunt.” Tumble said sheepishly. He felt like if he were to protect a family of his own then he would have to learn how to hunt. “ If your not to busy maybe you could help train me.” They reached the dens and Tumble didn’t feel like going back to his cold den. It felt as if it might be a cold night. The small male began to head to his den, sulking a bit, when he saw Mitsuki’s gesture. It would be much warmer if the two slept together and Tumble wouldn’t feel so lonely. Accepting her offer, Tumble followed her. He lay down, curling up tight in a ball and waited for Mitsuki to lie down. His tail curled around his small body and the tip rested on his nose. Almost instantly Tumble fell asleep giving in to the rhythmic chirping of the crickets. It was an adventurous day and Tumble was worn out by all the excitement. He wondered what tomorrow would bring.
(( We could do another thread for some small training with them if you like ))

Mitsuki stood in the entrance of the cave, watching Tumble as he curled into a ball and fell asleep. He looked so tiny curled up, not that he was the biggest male in the pack. She could feel the moon shining down on her slim body, casting a shadow down onto the ground of the cave. The shadow slowly moved with her until she stopped next to Tumble. She glanced at the shadow once more before settling down next to him. She to, curled into a ball, her back up against his. She felt comforted by his presence, sure other wolves slept in this den, but none got very close to her. She let out a sigh and not before long, she had fallen asleep.
The dream was vivid, the bright blue sky, the green grass of summer. She remembered it all to well. Her tiny body squirmed beneath a bush. She could hear the river and paw steps nearby. She couldn't tell which was closer, for she was a pup and her eyes were still closed. She could feel her tiny paws drag along the ground as she was being picked up. Squealing for her mother who would never come.
She woke with a soft jump, trying not to bump Tumble from his sleep. The moon had disappeared from the sky, leaving the sun in its place. She got up and walked to the enterance of the cave. She sat and waited for Tumble to wake up. The soft breeze ruffled her fur, making her appear larger than she was.
((I don't care if we train here or start another topic, its up to you ^^ ))

Tumble also was troubled by his dream. His father was there looking at him with dark eyes. Leona, his sister, was standing next to their father also looking at Tumble with cold eyes. He felt ashamed and sad. Suddenly they were walking away leaving him alone. Tumble hated being alone. “Wait!” He called running after them, but he just kept running in place as they grew farther and farther away.
Tumble jerked awake. He, at first, didn’t remember where he was. The warmth from last night had gone and he panicked for a second. Was he still wandering alone in the world? Quickly the small male looked around, to find that warmth he had felt before. There, Mitsuki was standing in the entrance of the cave waiting for him. He felt his shoulders sag with relief. It was only a small dream, nothing more. Tumble got to his feet and walked over to the she-wolf. “Hey, ready to teach me some techniques?” He asked trying to force his ruffled fur to lay flat. He didn’t want to think about his father or sister. Right now he wanted to focus on the present.
((Sorry, I had some family business to take care of ))

Mitsuki held her head in a proud stance, looking at the light blue sky. She felt relaxed and at peace of the wind reached her, running it's hands through her pelt. She knew Tumble was next to, whether or not he had spoke. His vibe seem troubled, which would explain him yelling in his dream. It sounded like he yelled wait, but she could be wrong. She let it go, answering his question, "Only if you are." She began to head to the spot where she had trained, it was quite a ways away from the dens, but it was the best spot to train. If he followed, she would take him through the forest, past a small pool of water, barely big enough for one wolf. They would arrive in a field, the scent of rabbit and dear strong. The birds chirped and the woodpeckers pecked away at trees. Yes, this is where she had trained, and she thought it would be best since she knew the area.

Tumble followed Mitsuki through the forest. The small male wolf could scent the fresh smell of prey. He could tell because his moth began to water. The rich scents varied from rabbits to deer. Tumble thought back to when he was wandering alone. The way he would hunt would either be by catching anything he could find or by transforming. ‘ Oh yeah, I’m a shape shifter.’ Tumble thought as he kept following Mitsuki. He had almost forgotten he could shape shift. It always took the too much energy to change and no one in the pack knew his secret.

Mitsuki made her way through the grass, tall enough to hide small dear, not caring if they were scared off. She was searching for the spot. It had helped her become the hunter she was today. Finally, she emerged into a pare patch of field, a circle surrounded by grass. She stood in the middle and waited for Tumble to emerge after her. It brought back so many memories of when she was first brought into Akeru. She had trained here nearly everyday.
Tumble, on the other hand, didn't deem as excited as she was. He seemed to be deep in thought. Perhaps he was trying to make note of where this place was. Or, maybe he just had something on his mind.
Sorry about the short post, I just can't think of anything else ^-^ I will try to make the next one longer.

Tumble followed Mitsuki through the tall grass. She was waiting for him in a small clearing in the middle of the long grass. Okay, now it was time to focus. He shook his head and trained his attention toward the she-wolf. He wasn’t big on hunting, but if Mitsuki was taking the time to help him then he would try his best.
At first he wanted try out how much he could do without transforming. Tumble focused his ears to hear what was going on around them. He could hear a loud rabbit plowing through the thick grass, but that was it. Next he tried his scenting skills. The smell of prey was strong enough here that even the most inexperienced hunter could smell the prey. “Okay, lets get started.” Tumble said happily.

She could tell that Tumble sensed the rabbit, almost as quickly as she had. He was eager to learn, but he would have to be taught before he could hunt. She jumped in front of him to gain his attention. "First, we have to find out your strength's, then you an pounce on the vermin." She took a step back and sat before him. "Do you have any special talents or magic?" She knew he probably would deny if he had any, but she thought she would ask. It was the very question she was first asked. Of course, her answer was no because she didn't have any. But she wanted to be prepared.
By now, the rabbit had heard them and scampered away to it's home. The large field was very well alive. The wall of trees held birds that sung their hearts content, and dear, far off, ran through the grass. It was the perfect day for hunting and training.

Tumble hesitated at first pondering on what to say. It wasn’t a huge secret that he could shape shift, he just didn’t tell anyone. Mitsuki also was his friend. It wasn’t like she would blurt it out to everyone. “ I can run very fast.” He started out. “ And I can shape shift into other animals.” He added eager to see her reaction. The rabbit sounded like it was getting further away, which meant it had heard them and ran. ‘Nuts’ Tumble thought as the creature still scampered away. Oh well, there was much more prey around to catch. “That is how I hunted when I was on my own. The thing is, it takes a lot of energy and I didn’t do it that often.” Tumble explained.
