Origami. Real simple things like planes and what not. Writing stories. There's this site called wattpad.com You can write your own stories. Then, there's posting on SO. That relieves stress. And if all else fails, uh, scream?

Ooh, I forgot throwing things. Like pillows around the room. Maybe a pillow fight if someone is willing. That's it. All of my ideas fresh out

Haha so I saw this magazine at the store the other day that said, "two minutes stress relief tips" and they included things such as: "look at a picture of you in your childhood" or "lay on the grass and feel the softness on your skin" or "walk through a nature trail and enjoy the scenery"... it was funny yet so true in some case XD

I lie in a dark room and tear my emotions to shreds before I become emotionally numb...
That's usually after a day of pure stress, and being stressed because I know I'm stressed and "don't know how to calm down", otherwise, I'm a pretty mellow guy.
Even while I'm stressed, I'll play games until I do well, getting more stressed before I finally get the thrill of winning. Another way is by doing physically demanding exercise, such as push-ups and sit-ups until I'm so exhausted that I can't remember why I was so stressed. I hasten to add, btw, that I'm not like some uber-strong anime character, it may sound punishing, but 60-odd press-ups in half an hour isn't too strenuous, I'm just really unfit when it comes to stamina.
I used to read books or listen to something, but nowadays I feel like I need to be doing something, so going on walks, pacing, doing chores, they all help.
