What are we when we die? What are we when we sleep? What are we when we lie? What are we in the deep?
We are what life decreed. We are but simple beings. We are what we should be. We are but our very doing.
Why do we hurt ourselfs? Why do we hurt each other? Why do we push away love? Why do we push away help?
Because we are blind to pain. Because we are deaf to screams. Because we are cold of heart. Because we are hot of head.
Don't be we, be you.
