It looks like a pretty good start. I like the eyes. ^^ If you want to make the parts moveable, you're going to have to use action-scripts in Flash. There's a tutorial here: www.flashkit.com/tutorials/Games/Make_A_D-Yami_Jok-960/index.php. If you don't have Flash, it's also possible with programming, but a lot more complex... A much simpler option, if you want a web-based one, would be using some default code like that of dollmakercode.com/. Not nearly as flexible, and you wouldn't be able to drag-and-drop, but you wouldn't need expensive software/leet programming skills.
