Surgery & Kaoru

I'm not even supposed to be on here right now, but I just wanted to share some photos of me before and after the surgery... enjoy.


- Taken a few weeks ago at Houston. Hangin' out with my new friend, Melody. She's cool... she's into theatre like me, and she's now going to college to major as a theatre production and modeling.


- We're at a restaraunt. I'm looking for somethin' in meh purse.

- Yesterday on July 26th, 8:30 a.m., I was gettin' meh IV put into my hand. I hated it, and was rather appalled when I found out that Dad took this picture. This was two hours before surgery took place.


- After the surgery. I felt EXREMELY tired, not too mention heavily sedated and drugged. I was happy to get that damned cyst out though. Huzzah! That's my Mom in the purple dress, the nurse, and the doctor who watched over me during my operation.


- I felt really faint while I was up, so I had to lie down... That's my Dad ^-^


- Checking my vitals before I can leave.



- I think the nurse is taking my IV out. I can't remember anything. o.0 I was even awake during my operation.

Hehe, I don't look the greatest when they put in my IV... lol. Thanks Matt, I love you as always and forever!

Hospitals are a trip, I'm tellin' you. Especially going to the bathroom. Lmao.

Monkey, I loathe hospitals too. They make me feel ill. To my belly. My ill-prone belly. I guess because of all the sterile, latexy, clean smells. And I hope to god I never have to have surgery.

-loves on the Kaoru- So you could see them taking the cyst out? -shudders- I'm hardly squeamish, but still.

I could, but I didn't want to, and plus I was so heavily drugged that I couldn't move much anyway. What they did was put my right arm on a small square blue mat away from my body while I was lying on a surgical bed with a lot of comfy blankets on me.... My hand and wrist is currenlty heavily bandaged, so I haven't seen my hand since before the operation.

Oh man...that must've been hard...well, it sounds like it went well, no accidents =) Glad you came out all right. And I bet you're really glad it's over, too! -hugs-

Ooo, I have a friend named Melody also! She has brunette hair but still xP That's cool, maybe one day she'll be in a movie we watch or something x3 And you could be like, "Hey I know that girl!" ^^

Well, like everyone else, I despise hospitals. I hate them with a passion. My Dad went to the hospital for surgery two years ago because he had a cyst the size of a football in his leg. He was in there a week because he wouldn't let them keep him any longer than that. But, for the next month it was hard cause he couldn't really do anything and I won't go into too many details about stuff but that was the second time in his life where he had a near-death experience. Anyway..

Goodness, Kaoru, you ish so perty ^^ *Snuggles you to death* xP Looks like everything went well though with your surgery =3 I'm so happy you got rid of the cyst and all went well xD

hospitals... >.>;;;; Gods my very bones hate the place... ive been there twice(for having a seizure...twice >.<; and now I hate it even more. And for god's sake i am never getting surgery even if i need it. nope. never.

And so I hope you realize how brave I think you are! Three cheers for teh brave kaoru!

Hospitals are terrifying!! Kinda like a clean, white, shiny sorta hell on earth.....with all those white clad humans walking around and that disgusting scent....*twitch* I think I've seen too much of those places in my short lifetime! About....what......once to three times almost every month for about that past 7-8 years! Freaky......*shiver* Not to mention the lst time I went in for surgery was when the people stuck a needle into my eyeball!!! Now that eye is slightly smaller than the other....by the way, what were you in there for?

Awe that's very sweet of you, thank you! ^^

Eww, bee stings. A good, sweet trick to get the poison out is to take a bit of the menthol from a cigarette, and place it on the sting. It soaks up most of the poison, and takes the stinger clean out of the skin. It's an awesome trick.

I don't much like hospitals... sometimes it's a dreary, doleful place to be in, sort of like a retirement home.

I'll be 18 here really soon. The 29th of this month of September! I look terrible on the chair though, and really... dirty.

I live just outside of Killeen, Texas (really close to Ft. Hood), but go to Copperas Cove to my high school.

Waow, Kaoru, you ish so smart xD Hmm, I haven't had a bee sting in a while, but I went to the hospital two nights ago at like 10:00 at night because I've been having this weird thing going on with me lately and we have no idea what it is. Doctor says its probably an allergic reaction but today I woke up this morning and was shaking randomly o.0 So my parents think it might be an infection x.x;; Life is not going well for me... I've also stayed home the last couple days from school. Bleh *hates being sick* And, I'm with you Kaoru, I dislike hospitals... for many many many reasons.

Annyway, yup, I was just thinking earlier about your birthday LOL Can't wait to give you your lovely present ^^

Pancake, when's your birthday? I wanna make ya something when it comes =3

And, just for the heck of saying it... I used to live in Texas xP Lubbock, Texas, I still visit there a bunch but now I live in Georgia...
