[Warlock]

"Probably," Taerin said, leaping out of the water to land on the dry, brittle grass. "The sun's so hot, that the water just evaporates off your fur."

[Relairah]

She laughed slightly, giving a nod. She took a breath and sighed, looking up at the sky. "Still, a storm without my making it would help," she said with a smile. She sat back, shaking her fur once more to help with getting rid of fur. "Maybe rolling around..." she said, though before she finished, she rolled over on her back and began to roll about in the grass. "Hope it doesn't stick to my fur," she laughed.

[Warlock]

"It probably will," he said with a small smile, as he watched his mate roll around in the grass. Like a dog, he shook the water from his own fur.

[Relairah]

She continued to roll about for a while, but then stood, shaking herself and sending little blades of grass into the air. She giggled as she watched them, looking about. "I think I am dry now," she said with a chuckle, looking around. She moved to sit by her love. "I wonder if this will work," she said with some thought.

[Warlock]

"It's worth a try," Taerin said. "I ,personally, think you should go ahead and give it a shot."

[Relairah]

Ukamirru smiled and nodded. She was slightly unsure, wondering how large it would turn out to be, and how dangerous this really was. Not only that, but how long would it last. She stepped back slightly, not wanting to accidently zap her love. She began to concentrate, and slowly her blue eyes began to glow, her amulet as well beginning to glow, the swirls inside suddenly coming alive and her amulet seeming to pulse with her element. Slowly, a light began to form, growing larger and larger, lightning seeming to be shooting about inside.

Suddenly, a large bolt of lightning extended high into the air, growing wider and larger, extending largely, an extremely large light growing and steadily consuming the area. Ukamirru swayed slightly, but still the lightning extended, getting larger and larger, until at last dark clouds beginning to form. They swirled about up above, growing and at last rain slowly at first then more rapidly began to fall. It came now in many droplets that poured down upon the land below. Lightning echoed and swirled through the clouds, thunder booming through the air and lightning crashing through the skies and lighting them with bright flashes.

As this happened, she felt her legs weaken, giving way, and she felt her knees buckle. She had a headache, and she felt herself collapse. She was weak, but at least she had made a storm, and the weather was different. How long would it last, she was unsure. All she knew was that she was tired and weak. She smiled at Taerin, her eyes however shining with pride.

[Warlock]

Taerin lay down beside Ukamirru, a look of concern on his face. "Are you alright?" he asked, licking the side of her face gently.

[Relairah]

She smiled, and in a whispered tone she spoke, "Yeah, I am fine. I am just kind of tired. That took a lot of energy, and I guess that I wasn't really expecting it either," she said with a small chuckle. She wagged her tail slightly and nuzzled into his neck.

"Well," you should rest now," he said.

[Relairah]

She smiled and gave a nod, followed by a small yawn and a sigh. "Okay," she said, giving him a short lick on the cheek and then slowly closing her eyes and getting some rest, her mind driffting until she was soon in a peaceful sleep.

[Warlock]

He lay his head upon his forepaws, crimson eye staring at nothing in particular.

[Relairah]

The rain from the storm above poured down on the land below, lightning cracking and thunder rumbling through those now clouded skies. The dry land was now being soaked, the heat from the air now much cooler.

Despite the storm, Ukamirru slept soundly, comfortable and content. Her head was gently resting upon Taerin's back, her tail wagging every once in a while. For in her sleep, she dreamt of happy times in the past, and what she hoped for in the future.

It would soon be that she would awake perhaps, but even then, her energy would not be completely restored for a while. Which probably wasn't so completely good for her as she was pregnant, but even so, her energy would be restored enough to get up and hunt and such.

Taerin watched the lightning, marvelling at the beauty of it, for even as a pup, he had loved storms. His siblings had run into the den to hide, but he had stayed outside until his mother would come to retrieve him.

Glancing over at his sleeping mate, Taerin thought that he would gladly hunt for both of them until Ukamirru's pups were old enough to fend for themselves.

Her ears twitched with the cracks and booms above, but however, it still did not cause fear or anything else in her mind. ((end rp soon, and pick it up in a new plot or something???))
