(Yoshi I cant speak while you are invisable..) As the other voice sounded through the area her head snapped up, ears on full alert. Who was that? She quickly looked around for the source but found none. Knowing not what else to do, she scrambled away and on the other side of the tree. She was now standing and huddling close to it. Too many people, far far too many she thought as her eyes remained tightly closed. Wings fluttered gently, before ceasing there movements. Kneelength skirt swaying in the small breeze. The young demon tried to blend in with the tree, but instead stood out greatly. why couldnt she have been earth tone colors like her mother? Why?

Shirokiba had seen her dash away. He realized then how much she truly was. If only he could get through the barrier. She obviously liked being alone and was extremely shy. He wished there were some way to reach her. But, how? He spoke again, this time to Nisha. "There is no need for fear. His words, soft and smooth though he were trying to sooth a frightened pup.

Slowly this figure removed itself from the shadows which had sheltered it, the moonlight now shedding it's pale glow upon this creature, which had decided upon this night to present itself as a man. Sandy colored pants made of some sort of leather swayed in the wind, his blue shirt not having the chance seeing as it was tucked in. However, his trenchcoat of tan leather flapped noisily, and he did not attempt to quiet it.
Gently he tipped his hat towards the lady, ignoring how she seemed to tremble with every move either one of them made. "Evening..." Attention turned to the wolf, brow arched ever so slightly, though he voiced nothing more, but rather lingered though none of this seemed to be his buisness.

Nisha had peeked out briefly, grey eyes streaming with curiousity, somewhat surprised to see another on two legs such as she. But as he dipped his hat and gave a small greeting she shyly disappeared behind the tree again. She glanced over at the wolf, carefully studying his reaction to the other. But what if they were friends and this was all a trap. She closed her eyes tightly and shook her head, silver hair swaying in the gentlist ways. No! They didnt know each other! They were not out to get her! But...but what if..?

Shirokiba glared at the being. A deep growl escaped his throat as the fur bristled around his neck. It was a while before he spoke. "Who are you? What are you doing here? What do you want?" His questions came sharply. He did not like the presence of this other creature.
He had seen Nisha peeking out and shying off. He knew her thoughts were not as one would expect. He turned to her in a soft voice. "Again, there is no need for fear." He prayed she would be calmed by his words. He hoped she'd learned to trust him.

((random image of what he looks like here: thekiller60.free.fr/Images/Final/Irvine.jpg))The tufts of greyish-white false fur that decorated the edges of the sleeves and collar on his coat seemed almost to bristle at the sound of this wolf's negative greeting, however, this stranger's face did not seem to gather that this creature was showing hostility towards him. Calmly a hand reached out towards the ground, gloved in black leather while the finger's were cut out. Plucking up a long strand of grass he placed it on the egde of his lips and let it dangle while he chewed on it thoughtfully. "Who am I?" A small smirk lit up the corners of his mouth, blueish-grey occulars turning their sights onto this wolven figure. "Now if that ain't a question i don't hear everyday..." Sarcasm was obvious in this masculines retort, though it was playful and not meant to be rude. "How shall i answer, ah, i have it." Clearing his throat he then stuffed his right hand into the pocket of his trenchcoat and recited what seemed to be something from a movie or a book. "I am neither man nor beast, yet at the same time, i am both. I am one hell of a sharpshooter yet on most days i need not a weapon to take care of what i hunt. I am everything and yet nothing." He paused here to glance at his audience, knowing the were surely to be confused, if not a little concerned for his sanity and then continued a bit more bluntly. "But most people just like to call me Irvine." A full smile errupted onto his lips as he leaned back into the hard bark of the nearest tree. He chewed again on the blade of grass, but found it to have already lost it's appeal and promptly removed it, tossing it away into the forest. Gazing off into the distance he then responded to the rest of the questions, answerig them as though this were something that happened on a regular basis. "My being here has nothing to do with either of you...i go where i please and do what i want. I don't need your permission to stand in this spot, nor do i need permission from that young vixen over yonder. As for what do i want? Well, that's one hell of a question. I'll let you know just as soon as i find what i want." His words this time around were considerably more serious and by the time he was done, his attention had come to rest fully on this he-wolf, an even more serious expression sprawled on his facial features. "However, i do think that this creature want's you to leave her alone...it's obvious to anyone that your freaking her out." Shoulders rolled up into a nonchelent shrug "But who am i to speak...i'm just some stupid stranger on his way down the road to nowhere."

"I am no threat to her came his sharp reply. She isn' very fond of new comers, so I believe you are the one scaring her. Why else do you think she hid at the sound of your voice? Though I do think she is glad of you being on two legs." His gaze turned to her as he caught her white hair flying in the breeze that was passing by, and her silvery eyes, full of deppression, fear, and wonder. It made him feel something he could not explain nor did he really know exactly what he felt. He did know it felt good and relaxing. He sighed, "I am sorry if I have been rude, but I myself have found it hard to trust people," being as many moons before he had learned such in a horrid manner.
His voice was now coming smooth and soft. He was speaking for two purposes. One, to ease the nervous female hidden behind the tree, and two, to let the stranger know he was not as people often thought. He had listened closely to every word the stranger had spoken. He did not exactly agree, but he found himself wondering exactly what to do and say.

Nisha stood as still as possible through out the twos small argument or form of talk or whatever category it was in. Irvine? What kind of name was that, she wondered. And she wasnt just some creature! And she wasnt "freaked out" as he so delicately put it. Just alittle frightened was all. From behind the tree she gazed around for a moment, pondering something. She was braver then they thought and she would prove them. Then an idea came to form in her mind. Then with ease reached up and grabbed onto a low lying branch. With even more grace, she lifted herself onto the branch. Finding her balence she moved to the next branch which was more towards them and yet a little higher. She shifted then sat down. Here she was able to feel even a bit safer, for it was out of their reach and she could move up higher if she so needed to. There, now she was out where they could see her somewhat. Translucent wings flapping gently and one pale hand rested on the massive trunl. Legs crosssed at the ankels and she waited, she gotten this far and now she had no clue what else to do or what else they wanted her -to- do..

Shirokiba glanced at her sitting form in the tree. He said, "I suppose I underestimated you, Nisha. I hope you aren't worried about me." He said this glaring at Irvine. He was also angry at Irvine's words. She was no mere creature. He spread his wings and rose in the air. Landing himself in the tree behind him, he looked down on Irvine like someone in authority over him, even though he had none. He did not know why, but he wanted nothing to happen to the maden opposite him.

Gaze remained on the ground as lips puckered to release a soft though distinct whistle of a tune, he himself carrying on as though nothing at all had happened. One glance upward was all that was needed to put a smirk on his face, his eyes now traveling to the gun now within his hands. He had no intention of using it on either however and thus simply just began to polish it, delicatly rubbing a cloth over the smooth cylinders until it gleamed proudly.
"And what do you hope to accomplish by gaining higher elevation?" He spoke to the he-wolf, not addressing him properly as he had yet to recieve a name out of the brute. "Nisha...now if that isn't an odd name. Interesting but odd. He thought silently, which caused his brows to furrow ever so faintly. Whatever sort of being she was, he hadn't the slightest, as he had never seen a human figure with wings before...thus she was but a creature to him as he could not think up another lable. He had to give her credit though...not many that ran and hid as she had done would come out to prove him wrong...at least this was his knowledge of the world.
Having finished his job of cleaning up his weapon, Irvine swiftly tucked it into it's rightful place just at his side, a half gloved hand reaching up to gently tip his hat. "Well...Nisha, you certainly are something of a lovely person." He paused here to turn, an unseen smirk now decorating his lips. "It's a shame you can't speak..." He rolled his shoulders again into a shrug and started off. "Anyways, it's been fun..."

Shirokiba's eyes narrowed, his anger growing inside. He did not trust this Irvine and was suspicious of him. He had seen the gleam of the gun and feared the being would not be slow about using this weapon. "Why does he act so strangely about him gaining elevation. Though, now that he thought of it, he did have an advantage."
He swooped down easily, but his heart full of anger. Landing, he tore off after the being. His padded feet not making a sound as he was half elevated by his spread wings, his teeth were bared. Suddenly, he lept into the air his aim was for the being's shoulder. Claws were bare and jaws open, a growl just escaping out of open vocals.

Ears moved forward and she looked at him with slight determination. 'I can too can speak..' The words slipped out of her mouth before she think. Eyes grew wide slightly and then her ears lowered, but just the slightest. ''Im sorry I just..didnt have anything to say.' She stated, finding that the only excuse she could create for such an awkward moment for her. Silver orbs glanced up and over at Shirokiba for a moment then back down at Irvine.
It wasnt long till she saw the wolven form swoop down. She blinked a few times then gasped, a hand covering her mouth. What was he thinking?! She tried to let out a noise of some sort to warn the two-legger but found nothing would erupt from her throat. She knew it! Things would get worse! They always did and always will.

Durring the commotion, another character had entered the scene. His tall form watching in horror at all that was happening, his eyes catching the fair maden in the tree. He saw her taught face and glanced again at the swooping he-wolf. He gasped, "LOOK OUT!" Was all he could say.
Shirokiba heard the remark and knew Irvine would reach for the gun. He swooped up and landed in the tree where he had started from. His heart beating. His anger subsided, and he laid down, a look of saddness coming in his eyes, "I...I...I'm s...sorry." He felt embarrassed and ashamed. He took a deep breath before speaking again. "All I could think of was my growing anger." He gazed at Nisha and then glanced at the being who had stopped him. Then looked back at Irvine.
The tall being decided he should introduce himself. "I'm Ainoko if it interests anybody." He again looked at Nisha. "May I ask what your name might be?" He said this, bowing.
Shirokiba rolled his eyes. "Incase he didn't know she's rather shy already. Sheesh!" He alone knew his thoughts but he often felt like stating them.

((Ukamirru, just a comment, but it's really hard for me to respond to stuff when you don't give me a chance ^^;; Maybe in the future you could wait until i get to reply to your post before you post another...it will make it less confusing for me and things will just go a lot smoother in the long run. )) It happened within the blink of an eye; a sudden shift of his coat, the crouching of his body. A transformation. The white fur that acted as a decoration about the sleeves and collar of his coat rappidly spread over his body, covering it entirely and seemed to grow right over his clothing. Wolven triangulars sprouted up out of his cranium as his human ears dissolved back into his head, simultaniously his face grew longer and into a snout. The final touch was his tail. Irvine the human had now become a wolf...for thus was his reaction to violence and attacks.
Rounding about on the he-wolf he quickly dodged the oncomming attack, upper lip curled into a silent snarl while the reddish-blonde hair on his back rose up aggressivly.
"I've given you no justifiable reason to attack me, and yet you bare your teeth. You will find no blood to be shed here less you press me further." Barking vocals were released aggressively though not exactly harshly as Irvine gave a soft irritated snort. Shaking his pelt, his form reversed and he once again gained humanistic features. Adjusting his hat, he quickly glanced at Nisha, giving a small nod as he leaned against another tree, his expression more relaxed now that the he-wolf had backed off due to the call of another stranger.
"I had my suspicions that you could...it was just a matter of getting you to do so." A small smirk appeared on his lips as he dusted off the shoulder of his coat, his eyes darting up to glance at Nisha once more. "I do appologise however if you thought my methods on doing so were a bit rude or out of line."
