Greta smiled, "Not really. I just try to take the fun things life offers, and make the most out of life. Afterall, why not enjoy it while you can?" she asked pleasantly.
Nodding to what her friend had said she followed after her, her feet lightly going along at a trot, as she moved, her movements showing no sign of tiredness in her. "Though, right now, I am full of energy. I mean, we just slept a while ago. You go ahead and sleep, and I'll just fool around while you do," she said with a smile.

Itena nodded.
She knew not why, but she was often in need for rest, it gave her comfort, and she knew not why she needed that comfort.

After insuring Itena was safe, Greta trotted off. She soon disappeared in the forest, trotting and playing about. She soon began chasing a small rabbit until it disappeared down a small hole. With a playful laugh, Greta again began to play around, wagging her tail happily.
After a long while, she decided to go back. Afterall, her friend was probably to awake soon. And so, she went back the way she came, stopping at different places to tease a squirrel or bark at a bird.

Itena was asleep, yet only her eyes were closed. A hare was looking at her, eyes widened. Itena seemed to be talking in another language that only the hare could understand.
The wind seemed to be strong around them.

Greta approached, but stopped dead in her tracks, crouching down and watching curiously. She looked at her friend with furrowed brows and questioning eyes. 'Was Itena, sleep talking, or faking like she was asleep and really talking to the rabbit?' she wondered.
She felt the wind, and looked into it, taking a deep breath, and letting the wind flow around and through her, engulfing her. She closed her eyes for a moment, her mind clearing, and then shook her head, returning her attention to her friend. The words that were coming from Itena's mouth were not strange to her ears, for she had heard the language before. Though, only long ago, one of the elder wolves of the pack had taught it to her, and now her friend was uttering it. She was almost stunned to silence, watching intently.

Itena woke from the strange slumber as the hare bounced away. She yawned and looked to her friend who was watching her.
//Hello, I had the strangest dream, Ithought I was talking to a hare!!!//

Greta smiled, trotting with ease towards her friend. She was about to tell her that she really had been talking to a hare, but she decided not to. "Interesting. So, now that you have rested, have anything in mind you want to do?" she asked, curiously.

Itena smacked her lips.
//I would love some meat right now. After a rest I am always hungry.//

Greta sighed and nodded. "Yeah, I figured you would say something like that," she said with a grin, wagging her tail. "Come on, I spared quite a few of those rabbits," she said, going off to where she had found all the rabbits they had eaten before.
She arrived easily, moving along and gazing at the little white creatures that hopped about. She licked her chops, curling her lips to reveal gleaming fangs.

Itena ran with her friend. The sight of the rabbits made her drool, but she quickly sucked it up.
//Why'd ya think I would say that?//she said, curious.

She happily began chasing the scrambling rabbits, who darted about in a frightful frenzy. She snapped her jaws, a little rabbit hanging limply from her jaws. She grinned and plopped it down, going after another.
When she had gotten a few she raised her head and smiled at Itena. "Because of what happened last time, when you wouldn't get up, but then went crazy when I brought a load of rabbits in," she said with a smile, giggling.

Itena giggled.
//I love rabbits, thay have such delicious meat.//
She cornered a few rabbits, then jumped on them.

Greta giggled at her friend and then began eating a hare from her little stack of prey. She chewed lazily at the meat, burrying her face in its carcass. She brought up an orange stained maw and grinned.
"They do taste good, but personally, I like deer better. They are bigger anyways," she said happily. She finished off the last of her stack and then stood trotting over to her friend. "We should go to the river now, don't you think?" she said, wagging her tail.

Itena was already leaping to the pond in the distance. Her tongue lolled to the side as Fenris blazed in the sky. The water gave a sense of coolness to the femme and sparkling droplets flew in the air and glistened as she shook her peltage in a seemingly slow motion of a time. She looked to see if Greta followed.

Greta was running along at her shoulder, her tongue also lulling back, a smile on her face as she ran happily along. Her paws gracefully and lightly covering the ground beneath her. Her tail wagged happily, and she let a bark of delight escape her black wolven lips.
The water now in sight, she let out a long, sweet howl of pleasure, its sweet tune ringing in the air and seeming to tell the world of her joy, that was also shared by her friend, Itena. She playfully lept and dove in the cool waters, playing around and splashing in its cool depths.
