Akai dodged the blow the monsterous creature gave
her, and she lunged at it, baring her white ivories.
The fae's wings where closed against her back,
being unable to be hidden thanks to a ward
from a nasty demon. And the cure to that ward?
Kill another demon.
That was always the way these things went, the fae thought,
sighing.
She moved in for the finishing blow, swiping against
the monster's broken hide with her ablazed paw.
The creature spat blood, but eventualy was silent.
Silence.
That seemed to be all she knew, lately. As the fire from
her elamental attack distinguished, Akai knew it.
She had come to find a refuge for a while, to grow stronger.
Then she could go back and crush that fool of a brute!
That stupid brute.
Akai growled at the memory, feasting on the demon's
limp body. Yes. Akai. The infamos Demon-slayer, former
Alphaess of the Original Fire-Wolven, had been
banished. Banished due to lies!
These lies where what made her unable to claim another
terra, for what wolf would live under the rule of a
'cheating, murderous slut'?
She shook her head. What pack would even take her in now?
Akai wasn't a mopey-sort of wolf. No, rather then mourn over
what she once had, claim that the world should pitty her,
and go around acting like a human-emo*, she would take action.
She'd fight back.
But for once, the fae didn't want to fight. She just wanted
company. As she lifted her nose to the breeze, she almost barked in happiness, before freezing in fear.
Other wolven. She was in a pack-land..
And she had killed a demon. Some packs considered demon
prey. Akai almost groaned. She had never intended to take
prey from a packland.
The fae grimanced. she had caused allot of commotion.
No doubt someone would find her here. SHe just hoped they
where the sorts who asked questions first.
"Well, what point is there just waiting?" She pondered
alloud.
"If There going to know where I am, they might as well
know."
Taking a breath, the odd-pelted howled, her musical
voice giving a distinct sound to it. Many brutes had imagined
it belonged to a great buety, until seeing the strange-looking fae
and loosing all happiness. Akai was used to being greeted by a bitter attitude.
