[[Ask before joining, Only one other person please. Male character. Please and thank You.]]
"Did you ever really think that you'd
Expose the truth that pains the page?
And in their asking, did you see their lie,
The motive true and earnest side
Four in the morning, should they wake up?
Or see them precious in this sleep?
Every step should break the same
With every move and every need
So run little children, play
I'll leave the light off to turn your mother on
So run little children, play
I'll leave the light off to turn your mother on
Could you ever really wish of them?
One of your games and counts of truth
With every moment you'll trace the doubt
And of the premise what about?
Will they ever really see an end
Or does it matter now from then?
What of their love for once pronounced
And of this love a loss without
So run little children, play
I'll leave the light off to turn your mother on
So run little children, play
I'll leave the light off to turn your mother on
I should have known
God only knows when your word isn't pure
And the blood on your hands isn't yours
I won't believe any word that you tell
And I won't drink the blood if it spills
So give them the story they want...
You too
So give them the story they want...
A kiss to you girl before you fall down and leave me."
As long legs moved back and forth in a kind of drunken stagger as the female moved around the busy sounds of the night life. Each movement of the woman brought the sounds of bells to the ears of the small group that had come to watch her. No coins were thrown at her, damn cheapskates. She had to wait here for the rest of her band to come back.
As the people that had been watching her moved away, at least most of them, she found that two males stayed. One came forward leaning up against the crumbling the brick wall that she'd preformed in front of. "Hey baby, why don't you ditch those traveling idiots you came here with and come with us?"
"Oh you mean stop making money to come with two ugly idiots."
"Oh if its money you want I could pay you." A grin passed the Male's lips as his hand reached forward playing at her lower back. When he drew it back however he found that his hand contained five sharp needles, one in each finger. "You [grrr]in' Bitch!" As he brought his fist forward to bunch her though she ducked and hit the wall behind her. "YOU!"
A childish smile passed the female's lips as she reached forward grabbing his hand and twisting it back. A sicking pop accompanied her grip before she realized it. "Get lost you ass hole," She hissed running her hands over her black male breeches. "Maybe now you've learned to respect women."
With a snarl the man looked to his friend and they both scurried off leaving the woman to stand with that same cocky grin on her face.
"Leanna?" The woman called back looking to the dark skinned female who observed near by. "Leanna?" With a smile the older woman nodded her head. She was dressed differently then Evelyn was. She was dressed more like a slayer then the gypsy that she was. The woman wore bright reds and orange while she wore a dark red and black corset with a long sleeved black cotton shirt underneath.
"Your fine, Eve. You never needed me with ya'." A laugh passed her lips as she reached forward giving the much more pale woman a bag of coins. "Here, We'll return in three nights to pick ya' up again. 'Kay? I'm sure Elliot will whine about you being gone for so long but Big Mama will shut 'im up good. 'Shut Yer Mouth when Yer Talkin' Ta Me.' Ya' know her."
Evelyn smiled moving away from the woman. "I've got everything in my side pack. One change of clothes should do me well and all. " She smiled knowing compared to Lenna and about half of her troupe her English, and just about any other language, was better then theirs. She had, had proper schooling unlike most of them though.
She waved off whatever Lenna had started to nag about though and walked away from her with that same old Grade A Sneer on her face. She had a little more stealing to do before she was truly happy, Kitsune's did like taking what wasn't their's. Gypsies were already considered thieves what did she care if she lived up to their reputation. Someone had to once and a while embrace a stereotype.
