Larka sighed. "twilight, i told you. im fine!" she said. "i don't need rest!" she said getting angry. She didn't want to be treated like a pup.

"Sorry, I didn't mean to offend you. I just wanted to make sure you were ok. " the black wolf finished his part of the deer. "So what do you want to do now?"

Larka sighed agian. "no, it's ok." she said. "it's just that nobody has cared for me like you do." she sighed. The white wolf started pacing. She walked by Twilight and layed next to him. "i don't know" she said. Larka wanted to tell Twilight her feelings for him. She was starting to really like him.

Twilight rolled over on his back and gazed at the stars and the full moon. "Wow what a beautiful sky." The black wolf commented. "When I was a pup I remember trying to count all those stars, it's quite difficult especially if you can't remember which star you already counted.." He chuckled a bit. "I guess this is a bit boring to you though eh?"

Larka copied Twilight and layed on her back, gazing at the sky. "it is beautiful" she agreed. The white wolf laughed. "yeah, i guess so" she said. Larka sat up and started to clean herself. "no, not really." she said.

Asami stumbled upon the scene, wondering if she ought to sleep or not. "I suppose I should, if I don't want to sleep late in the morning..." She suddenly became aware of the other wolves here. Longing to dart toward them and introduce herself, she restrained. She didn't want to bother them if they were doing something important. Sadly, she layed down with her head on her paws.

The magnificent ebony shape flew on swift wings over the
territory of a land she had never heard of, let alone knew existed.
It smelled strongly of animals - wolves, in fact, which forced her
heart to flutter fast. She had not smelled wolves for many long
and tiring years. The years, spent up in a lab of humans trying to
study the powers that she had wielded. The dark wolf had
destroyed their lab...

The search was not in vain for Hwesta. Her fluffy dark neck arched
as she scanned below, breathing shallow in the high heavens.
She smelled wolves, but none so far came into view. Thoughts
swirled gleefully onto a wolf pack that she could finally retire in.

In the past three months, Hwesta was searching far and wide for
the pack she had ruled over thousands of years ago. Alas, the
pack seemed to have been abolished. No scent of her kin was
found anywhere. For a few days, she had spiraled into depression,
but only fate and destiny allowed her to continue on.

At that instant, Hwesta spotted a few wolves congregated
together in one spot, but only a solitairy creature caught her
attention. Quickly, she circled down and gently folded her wings
to her ancient black body. As they were folded, perhaps an
individual looking from afar could not help but to notice how much
Hwesta looked like a swan with her wings. They appeared glossy
in the moonlight, and as black as a raven's, as well as her body.
The only color that stood out was a very fine light blue round
opal on her forehead, that would shimmer and sparkle. Her gentle
eyes spoke of love, and shone a white-blue color as they looked
down upon the sad wolf.

Then, she spoke, her voice sweet. "My dear..., what is wrong?"
She approached slowly with her ears down.

Asami looked up to see the magnificent being above her. Her face instantly broke into a smile. "I'm Asami. I'm rather lonely now, seeing as those wolves look a little..too busy to talk to me."

Suddenly Twillight's ears perked up and he rolled over to his side.Other wolves were nearby. They had yet to show themselves but he could sense their presence. "Do you hear that Larka? I think we have some company. There are other wolves here." The black wolf said as he stood up and shook the bit of dirt off his fur.

Larka groaned quitely. She hoped twilight had'nt heard her. "Great, company." she said a bit sarcasticaly. The she-wolf did'nt want company right now other than Twilight. Larka growled at the other two wolves, showing that she did not think highly of their presence. "Yes, i do hear that." she spat, glowering at the wolves.

Mizuki was frightened. "I-I'm sorry!" She stuttered apologetically, and bounded off, almost forgetting Hwesta.

Hwesta swiveled her cranium, looking unruffled by the female's
obvious haughtiness. Quite the contrary, she gave the wolf a
gentle look.

"I appologize, my dear. But the child looked lonely; I simply could
not walk away without having such thoughts haunt me if I continued...
regardless if you were going to approach her or not... but I see
that my presence alone is casting unfortunate reaction from fellow
packmates." She paused as she began to turn, but before she left,
she said softly, "as territorial as wolves are, you would not be so
wise to challenge me. I am as old as the dirt beneath your paws,
and with a mere breath I could perhaps sail you away, but I do
not wish to cause unnecessary harm... I will not hesitate to
defend myself if you wish to attack me; indeed such is
unnecessary. Your attitude, however, will not get you far into life.
Take it from someone who has had a long, hard life's experience."

Very odd that a wolf that looked as if she had not aged a day over
five years would speak this way, but there was a sincere aura
glowing in her eyes that perhaps an individual might find difficult
to find Hwesta's words false.

She smiled blithely. "Forgive me, once more... I shan't keep you two
listening to me... I will leave." And with that, like smoke, she had
pranced away, her ears tilted forward as if her thoughts were on
a clear mission. Her mind suddenly returned to the lone wolf, and
she hoped that the wolf was alright.

"Now Larka you musn't be rude.They're guests." Twilight was often welcoming of other wolves but before he could respond to the other wolves he noticed that they had left just as quickly as they came. "Or were guests, perhaps they needed help or guidance. I can tell from your reaction that you don't particularly care for company yet you could have been a bit nicer. It's quite alright though I wasn't in much of a mood for guests either." The black wolf yawned and scratched at his ear. "So what's next?" he asked Larka.

Larka was still growling at the wolves that had left. She turned to Twilight and stopped growling. "Well I did'nt want anymore company than i already had." she said, her mood much nicer. "You are enough company." she said. Larka pondered on the question before saying "Lets go somewhere else, this place bores me now." she replied.

"Well if they shall return let's just try to be a bit nicer. They may need help and someday we may need their's.But enough of that.So where would you like to go? You lead the way and I'll follow." The black wolf stood up ready to follow Larka.
