At ease with nature

[amanda]

Aponi walked through the forest, smiling. Her elemental power was earth and she was most at ease in forests, where there was an abundance of plants and such. her black form moved silently through the forest, so even her over large feet didn't make much of a noise.

She found a nice spot on the edge of the forest to lay down, next to a small pond. She made sure there were no threats nearby before lowering her head and relaxing a bit.

Cavain was on the edge of the forest and decided to go deep into the forest. Not very long in the forest he picked up a scent. He cautioned himself, lurking very carefuly. He was haveing a good day.......so far. He walked closer to the scent and found a female laying down. He sat to watch her.

[amanda]

Aponi sensed the other wolf and jumped up quickly. The trees shook gently, but there was no breeze. She spotted the other wolf and relaxed. She was in the forest, where she felt most safe. "who are you?" she asked the wolf.

She waited calmly for his answer, looking around and focusing on a patch of grass to make it grow slightly

He looked at the female calmly. "I am Cavain." He decided that she was no threat and moved closer to her. He stood there calmly, waiting for her reply.

[amanda]

"Pleased to meet you" Aponi said, standing up. She wondered if he would notice that she didn't tell him her name. She looked around, a bit shyly. She went to the pond she had been laying down by and dipped her paw in, pulling out a fish. "would you like a fish?" she asked the wolf. It was only polite to ask, because that would be quite rude to eat in front of him.

He peered at her wondering why hadn't she told her name to her.
"Nice to meet you to." Cavain said slowly, "May I ask what is you name?" Cavian looked at the pond and then hearing his stomache growl. "And yes I would love to have the fish."

[amanda]

"my name is Aponi" She said, getting a second fish and dropping it at his feet. She then went back and started eating her own fish. She watched him out of the corner of her eye, waiting for his reaction.

Aponi finished eating and sat up, watching him. She made the trees rustle more, and she could feel her energy lowering then, despite the fish she just ate.

[cavain]

Cavain bent over and scarfed the fish down, it wasn't very filling but made him content. "That is a wonderful name, and thank you for the fish." He looked up at the sky when he heard the trees rusling. Cavain got a chill down his spine. "Did you do that?"

[amanda]

"I may have done that" Aponi said, smiling. She loved using her power, but soon she would have to stop otherwise it would drain her energy. She decided to do one last thing. She concentrated really hard and made the grass around Cavain grow up to his stomach. As soon as she finished, she started to feel a bit dizzy but shook it off. She waited to see his reaction.

Cavain jumped up quickly. "Wow, you have powers too. I thought I was a freak just because I can control water and air!" He looked very surprised to find others like him that could control elements. He walked over to the water and levitated it above his head, than drank it.

[amanda]

"I have my limits" Aponi said, swaying slightly. She closed her eyes and absorbed some of the earths energy temporarily, so that she wouldn't fall unconcious. She didn't know there were others like her.

"what about you? do you have any limits to your power?" Aponi asked him. She thought that if she trained more, maybe she could become tougher and maybe she could gain more to her power than what she already had.

[cavain]

" I have a couple...." Cavain levitated a pool of water and put it in front of Aponi. "Would you like a drink?" He let the water hang there for a moment to see if the female would drink.

[amanda]

Aponi shook her head no and layed down. She didn't know if she should trust this stranger or not. He seemed nice enough, but you never know.

"so is water and air the only two elements you have?" she asked him, curious. She'd never heard of a wolf having more than one element.

[cavain]

" Yea i guess you could say that I never use the air tho...only water, I really don't even know if i have air anymore I had it when I was younger. I think it dimmashed, if that can happen." He set the water back into the pond. and streched.

[amanda]

"I've never heard of a wolf having more than one element" Aponi said, watching him. She really only knew about earth, because thats the one she had. Her element had shown up when she was a pup and had been playing with her siblings. She had unintentionally made the grass grow and had gotten knocked unconcious by it.
