Orphen shrugged. I supppose I'll never know, he thought, an odd look appearing on his face. He spun his blade by his side, not convinced Syen was gone yet. He had had enough experinces with vampires to know that much. He shook his head, and turned, walking along the alley.

Syen jumped a top a roof, jumping from each, following Orphen. She hid so he wouldn't see her. This was a peculiar man indeed. She smirked seeing him go down an alley, watching him through crimson eye's.

Orphen walked to the side of a tavern, and slipped through the door. He sheathed the crimson blade, and was silent, waiting for the vampiress.
