Appearance: Entirely black fur, except for a silver right-side-up crescent-moon shape on his forehead. His eyes are an intense purple-blue, and he possesses no wings yet. He is slight of body, and tends to shrink away. He is mute, thus is unable to make a sound.
Personality: He's timid and very passive, allowing misfortunes to happen to him without fighting back. Pagan, who is more aggressive, is very protective of Celtic, and this endears him to Celtic. The two are inseparable, mainly because Celtic cannot fend for himself without his brother. Celtic is also very reasonable, and sarcastic toward his often-irrational brother.
Magic: NOTE: This is pending. Aveilthé and I may both seek special permission from Wyndbain to allow for this magical ability to exist. Until I am sure I have her express permission, it is not official, but I will still write it down.
Ghost of Future: The ability to travel to the future, a gift that he must use in conjunction with his twin, Pagan. Alone, Celtic is powerless. But with his brother, they can travel to any point in time. However, they are unable to interfere; rather, they appear as ghosts in any time that is not the present, able to observe only.
Biography:
Age: Adolescent (born 13 May 2006)
He was born mute, one of the twins of Goth and Raven. His brother, Pagan, is blind, and Celtic serves as his eyes, while Pagan is Celtic's voice. Being unable to speak suits Celtic: he has neither the ability nor the will to speak up for himself. Both he and his twin possess a mysterious aura, which bespeaks of powers to come.
