The Raurocs (pronounced Raw-rock) are very intelligent, vengeful, war-faring, and proud. They are known for being ruthless and barbaric in battle. They can live in most regions. With their lithe bodies, they are able to jump at an amazing height. Able to produce fantastic power in strength, these beasts prove to be formidable enemies and a great ally.

Age: Raurocs may live for approximately 50 years or so, and die naturally of old age. The age of the Rauroc are slowed, so that when they are born, they will stay as a pup for as long as 3-7 years before maturing physically and mentally into an adult at about 20 years of age. They are considered middle-aged when they reach around 35 years of age.
Diet: The Rauroc must consume twice their body weight at least once every few weeks. Their meals consist of elks, or mostly anything they can get their teeth on--even other predators, like the bear. Small game like rabbits or mice can suffice for a while.
Appearance: Average-sized wolves with extra thick fur along their necks, spine, and tails. They look somewhat feline-like due to their acrobatic bodies, long tails for balance, heavy jaws and snaggled fangs; and slim or muscled builds. Rauroc females are naturally more slender than the males, and are quicker while the males are stronger. Never underestimate either gender; when confronted, can be a formidable encounter.
Colors: Their bodies and eyes vary in color.
Height:
- Full-bred Rauroc: 3.5 ft.
- 1/2, or Half-Rauroc: 2-3 ft.
- 1/3 Rauroc: 2-3 ft.
- 1/4 Rauroc: 2-3 ft.

Powers: One spirit/element per Rauroc.
Wings: No wings unless they have a wind element.
Beliefs: Their beliefs vary.
Breeding: Raurocs are a proud race and would rather remain independent than mate, but if they do than it is usually one pup (two or more is uncommon) during the parents' lifetime. Raurocs are a tough race and will abandon their own newborns to die if they are sick, weak, or disfigured.
Rauroc may breed with: Any wolf specie
