So, in the past year or so I've become interested in a new little hobby. I take pictures on a whim, edit them if I feel they need to be edited, and then I write a quote or a story to go with it. Sometimes I take quotes from Buddha or prominent literature figures, but I prefer to write my own. :3

This one is about death and the grieving process that eventually leads to letting go of the person. It can be a physical death, or the death of a relationship, or anything of the sort.

This one was a visual representation for my senior project. I've always found psychology interesting. Dissociative disorders and Schizophrenia have always been my favorite to study.

Now, this one is only an action shot, not an artistic one. My boyfriend plays baseball and I've sort of become the team photographer. xD

This piece is about learning to be comfortable with your natural beauty. I have on no makeup whatsoever, but I have to admit I am sort of hiding behind the flowers. I'm still learning to love my body after years of struggling with the pressure to be thin and beautiful and flawless, but I'm slowly realizing that I'm beautiful just the way I am.
