Meeting for all Voyani and Hachisu members!

Hi everyone Hachisu alpha here,

Moon_Song and I have been throwing around the idea of having our wolves meet in a new rp thread sometime. I have an idea that our packs could meet instead of just the alphas.
Vote here, who thinks this is a good idea and if so were does everyone want to meet?

Depends. If everyone, and I mean everyone, attended, how many people would be participating?

If a thread gets too big, it loses artistic and literary quality as well as makes it tougher for characters to respond to four and five wolves' previous actions in just one post (it'd probably be twice as difficult for Moon, as she plays two characters at once).


(And what I mean by "literary quality" is that, because everyone may be posting a lot more than normal due to the amount of people, some may cut detail and extra, interesting tidbits from their posts because they've got enough to write already.)

If the roleplayer count gets to be over five people...it's too much, and should most likely be avoided. :\

*shrug* May not make sense, but...that's just my thoughts on it.

I have to agree with satu. There would simply be far too many people to carry out that thread. It was a good thought, semei, but I have to vote against it.

Howdy y'all,

I'm not a member of either Voyani or Hachisu, but I would like to point out that a "meet & greet" thread doesn't necessarily need to be a huge deal. I'm not sure what Semei's thinking but it sounds to me like this is just a smaller version of the Shinkou & Akeru Bonfire thread we had. It's true that there might not be so much in the way of flowery pretty posts, but it might be a nice idea for your various pack members to get acquainted with one another. It doesn't have to be anything major. Just a "Yo, I'm Wolf #1 from Hachisu, wazzzzuppp Voyanians?" I think it sounds rather fun, personally.

I can't vote and technically it's not any of my business, but I think keeping an open mind when it comes to loose, chill threads like this is important. After all, Wom, Ave, and I were juggling at least five characters each during the Bonfire xD and yeah it was a bit hectic and yeah we were posting just a few lines per character, but it was also pretty fun because we were simply expressing our characters through mostly dialogue and not bothering too much about descriptions. =3 Sometimes it's good & fun to distill characterization and interaction down to the basics.

Now that I think about it, you're right fely. If we have it stay simple posts it should be fine. It could be a mini bonfire-type thing for only the two member packs, or perhaps interested loners as well? maybe not, but just throwing it out there.

The whole thing doesn't seem like too horrible an idea, and although I truly appreciate your concern satu, I can manage with those rowdy little sisters

If my calculations are correct, and if everyone attends, it would only be about 4 people (5 wolves) from our pack, seeing as ulrica has mysteriously vanished. Her one month limit is over tomorrow anyway, so I will be removing her from the pack listings.

(and yes, I realize I just did a 180 on my choice, but who knows, maybe it could be an interesting way to create a few new plots?)

so, anyway, my vote is I'm fine with what ever the majority rule is.

Fely's right and thats kinda along the lines of what I was thinking.
Im going to wait for the rest of our packs to vote before I make it official and create a 2 pack + loner meet and greet thread. If loners wanted to join that would be great, they might possibly want to join either pack ^^ who knows. I appreciate all the replys though everyone ^^.

Just create a thread and whoever joins, joins. It doesnt have to be complicated or voted on. Just make the intro and go from there.
