Ajax is also very protective of his only daughter, Amara.

Skills: Ajax is very strong and surprisingly fast for such a large male. He is most skilled in fighting.
Biography: Ajax led a pretty normal life for his first two years. As a juvenile, he left his birth pack with his brother to search for new opportunities and they were accepted into a smaller pack of less than ten wolves. He and his brother were very tight... Until Ajax was made a General and pretty much second-in-command to the alpha of the pack. Ajax was born to fight and fight well, but he never abused his ability, mostly saving it for defense. Although young, Ajax was already big and strong, and it helped that he was quick to learn. He soon earned the nickname, "Axe," for he packed one hell of a bite, although he was big and somewhat slow at the time. Ajax's brother, Eli, grew gradually more and more jealous, desiring a higher rank as well, but he was well known for his quick temper and rash decisions- two bad traits for a general. He was also rather immature. Even so, Eli never acted on his jealousy for over a year, keeping it bottled inside. But then, a female entered the picture and she stunned both males. With her unique tawny coat and sparkling ice blue eyes, she was beautiful and had a personality to boot. Needless to say, Eli thought he had seen her first, and because Ajax loved and respected his brother, he stepped aside to leave her alone for him. Alas, the creamy-white fae went to Ajax, with no provocation from him at all. Of course, it started problems. Eli wanted to fight for his rights for her, but Ajax only wanted to protect her own rights to choose whom she wished. It was when Eli grew furious and went to attack the fae that Ajax engaged him in a fight. Eli thought to force her to his side, but Ajax refused to allow him to try. The fight caused the frightened femme to run. Eli, being the smaller brother and not nearly as focused of a fighter, lost the match. Ajax then ran after Amari to ensure she was alright. Long story short, they fell in love, but they agreed that they would not be happy so long as Eli remained in the pack. So, regrettably, Ajax and the alpha banned his brother from their ranks completely. A year later, a three year old Ajax became a father of two pups, male and female. The male they named Ajay and the female dubbed Amara. They were happy, and that was just the sort of thing that Eli couldn't stand. The brute had gone and formed a roving bachelor pack of three males, but came back on his own to engage his brother once more. Ajax, protecting his pack and his mate and young pups, met him fang for fang. It turned out to be only a distraction. Amari had gathered her young ones and run off to hide, which was just as Eli had hoped for. While Ajax was busy with his brother, the other two that had banded with him laid in wait for the unsuspecting femme and helpless pups. They succeeded in killing Ajay instantly, and fatally wounded Amari as she fought back to save her daughter. Ajax killed his brother somewhere during the fray and managed to fight off the other two. One ran, while the other stayed back for a death match. Ajax made quick work of him and then turned back to tend to his dying mate. She was barely able to tell him to take care of their daughter before she slipped away from him. Cut deep from his losses and the betrayal of his brother, Ajax waited with the pack until Amara was weaned- having been nursing off of the alpha's mate- and then left the pack. He vowed ever to take care of his daughter in his mate's name, at least as long as she stayed with him. And now, he wanders.
