Is it possible for member packs to form alliances with Shinkou and such.
I'd like it if it were possible for Hachisu clan to have an alliance with either Shinkou pack or Akeru pack?

Allying with another member pack is fine, but it's not possible to ally with any of the three main packs. Shinkou and Akeru are already allied for starters, but it's mainly because Shinkou, Akeru and Giaku are the plot basis for the forum. It simply wouldn't be fair for more alliances to be made.
Also from my imagining of the landscapes, the border lands(though named as such) are far, far away from the allied packlands. ;>>
