A group of lab rats escape into the sewers and seek help from the wild rats to set their brethren free of their human torturers. But the rat king objects to the requests and refuses to allow his followers to help them; because if they're caught, they'd be subjected to the same treatment. But there's a group of rebellion rats that agree to help the lab rats, if they help them dethrone the king. They agree and begin setting lab rats across London free.
