It is okay if I have a dragon flying about in the wolf territories, right?
Name: Niphanos (nih-FAY-nohss, where 'nih' sounds like 'lift', and 'nohss' sounds like 'oh')
Gender: Male
Race: Loka dragon (Thank you, Sakoru!)
Sub-race: None
Loka clan: Azano
Appearance: A greenish-blue (That's blue with a green tint), 11'7" dragon, with horns that curve back and down below his jaw to point forward. His horns and the spikes that run the length of his back are the same off-white color, with a crest of dark blue feathers at the back of his head, going partway down his neck. His belly scales are a stronger blue (More blue than blue-green, but no darker or lighter) than the rest of his body, and along his hide are darker scales, in such a way that he looks somewhat mottled. His large wings are a blue that is both stronger and darker than the blue of his hide. With claws that are constantly fidgeting with his various adornments, or manipulating something, he seems an anxious one. His muscular tail is colored just like the rest of him. Both his tail and front legs are muscular from holding things still while he works on them. If you look past his impressive body, you will see his kind blue eyes, sparkling like chunks of sapphire, with a bemused half-smirk on his long face. As he talks, he has a faint British accent.
Edit: Not-so-hot off the flash-drive... New picture!
Personality: Always willing to give advice, he flies around, mostly looking for suitable materials to craft. Being an Azano, he loves crafting, and creates many trinkets. Among his myriad of adornments and jewelry are jade pendants, intricate chains, and wire-works of simple angular beauty. He makes many such baubles, and often changes them when he gets back to his lair. Occasionally, he will give one to someone in need, or simply out of kindness.
Magic: Earth, though mainly used for obtaining gems and metals.
Spells:
Biography: Born into one of the clans that trusted the Iras clan, Niphanos was well aware of the conflict among his race throughout his life. Very early on, he was drawn to metals, and tended to annoy others with wanting to see their new trinkets. Very curious, and outspoken, he usually ended up with more questions than answers as an adolescent. So curious, he was, that he often got into serious trouble, though he was a quick thinker, with a clever tongue, and usually got out of it just as quickly as he fell in. As he was coming of age, he was told to try various crafts, to see what interested him. Naturally, he chose metalworking first. He enjoyed his first project so much, he didn't even bother going back to try the others. He began making bauble after bauble, trinket after trinket, and luckily came of age before his household ran out of metals. One of those days, he accidentally discovered his magic. He was having a particularly hard time getting a curve right, and frustrated, he thought to lash out at the piece, when suddenly the curve became perfect. He began developing this talent, even after he left his household at age. He quickly learned he could even move metals he didn't see, and began using this to get his own metal. Of course, at first he had many frustrating attempts that left him digging for them, but eventually he got it. Later, feeling there was something missing from his pieces, he went to his elders and asked if there was more to be done. They asked hm if he had tried working with gems and jewels, and, remembering he'd had the chance, sheepishly said he hadn't. The elder simply chuckled and showed him which gems he could easily find on his own, so he didn't have to trade any of his beautiful pieces for them. Eventually, he discovered how to find buried gems by sending out little 'pings' of magic, and feeling the reflections of magic. As he grew older and wiser, he began trying new things. He tried clay sculpting, but his claws kept poking the soft, wet material far too hard. He once tried his claw at painting, but couldn't really enjoy it like he does metalworking. He even tried horticulture, but found the results too impermanent. So here he is, still doing metalworking, with gem-crafting to help, with his lair situated securely in the side of the mountain of Tengoku on the floating isle of Myoujou.
Misc. Not an anthro, but the race description wasn't specific about the number of legs (I went with 4), or how the front claws worked. (I went with more of a human-like hand)
I think I'm better at making the characters than I am at playing them!

Spells:
- Metal Manipulation (More of a skill, but still magic... I just felt it needed to be mentioned) Niphanos can pull the metal out of surrounding soil, though it can be quite tiring if there is not enough of the targeted metal nearby. He can also shape it using this, though he prefers doing so manually.
- Rock Compression: Niphanos can create very dense rocks by piling rocks/earth/boulders and compressing them into a solid mass. Naturally, it requires a far larger pile than the end result, but it's a price to pay for the strength of stone he can get. Can be used to create fortifications, or just a really sturdy table.
