Rough Housing

"Baldric, stop pulling your sister's ear."

A silver colored female wolf grumbled as she tried to keep her eyes open to watch both of the pups, which were both rough housing with each other. Seeing the two with smiles on their muzzles always made her feel happy. Glancing outside the den, Maiara could see that it was still daylight outside. Grumbling, yet again, she turned her head back towards the pups, wondering when they would go to sleep so she could go get some food.Seeing that Baldric had a thing for trying to go outside.

"Moom, Baldric's being mean again!"

"Am not!"

Maiara rolled her eyes and smiled to herself before getting up and moving closer to the pups to lay next to them.

[Flame]

Flame moved slowly throught the undergrowth, her pelt which was usually a bright red was coated in dust and ash which gave it a slightly unhealthy look. Slowly she scanned the area around her, her golden eyes searching for a place to rest.

She was tired having spent the majority of the last week running, she barely had the energy to stand straight. She sighed when she saw a den ahead "Finally some luck" she muttered moving towards it.

Mabey if she had been more awake she would have smelt the family of wolves but as it was she was tired and in her lethargy she moved towards the cave without testing the air.
