Rank Duties
Alpha
The highest rank available. Those who are deserving of this position are those who are wise and humble. They are ones who know how to listen and when to speak. They know when to stay and fight, and when to turn the other cheek.
The Alpha female referred to as Serra, Alpha male referred to as Ser. [Ex. Serra Ea]
Beta
Second only to Alpha. The two who are willing to follow their Alphas and stand in for them should they be unable to do so themselves. They also are to keep the Generals in check. These wolves tend to be chosen by one or both Alphas based on trust.
The Beta Female referred to as Torra, Beta male referred to as Tor.
Generals
The 2-3 who are always at the right hand of the Alphas. Their purpose is to lead the Warriors into battle should the need arise, as well as issuing orders to the Scouts. These wolves have had their share of battle experience. They know how a battle field works and are capable of leading the Warriors to victory. They serve the Alphas as well as the Betas, but answer first and for most to the Alphas.
The Generals are referred to as the Tyran.
Warriors
The unlimited army. These wolves are those that are willing to fight for their pack and keep it safe. They are strong and cunning. These wolves can sometimes be a bit prideful, but should still know their place. They take orders from and answer to the Generals.
The Warriors are referred to as the Tyr.
Scouts
The 3-6 who have a way of being stealthy and mysterious. These wolves act as information gatherers, and if the need arises, though it is unlikely to, assassins. These wolves follows orders from the Generals, as well as the Betas and Alphas.
The Scouts are referred to as the Toran.
Hunters
The 5-8 wolves who are responsible for bringing food to the pack. These are wolves who have the cunning and strength of the Warriors, as well as the stealth and tact of the Scouts. These wolves, should the need arise, can act as warriors.
The Hunters are referred to as Annagar.
Caregivers
The 2-6 who watch over the sick, old and young. They are very much respected within the pack and certainly deserve to be. These wolves act as nurses and nannies. The care for old, nurse the sick, and, along with the parents, raise the young.
The Caregivers are referred to as Caveras.
Pups/Juveniles
The future of the pack. Unlike most packs, any pair in the Voyani pack is allowed to mate, on two conditions. One, they must first have the blessing of one or both Alphas, and two, their young must be raised as Voyani pack members until they are of reasonable age to either take a position within the pack or move away.
The Pups/Juveniles are referred to by their given names, but in affectionate situations, they are given the honorific Na’. For example: Diora would be Na’dio. (If there are any questions of how to convert the name just ask me.)
Pack Rules
1) Everyone deserves respect unless they have proven otherwise.
2) Pack loyalty it to the Ser and Serra.
3) No one is above the law, not even the Ser and Serra.
4) As with the sites normal rules, no godmods/power plays, ect.
5) If someone is to inflict undue harm on another, either the Ser/Serra, Tor/Torra, or Tyran will decide the fate of the offender. The punishment shall not exceed the crime.
6) Any wolf may be expelled/demoted from their position should someone challenge them and they lose, or if the majority sees them as unfit to lead. Ser and/or Serra, however, can only be removed via unanimous vote by the Tor and Torra and the Tyran.
7) This pack is generally a peaceful one. The members are caring of each other and dedicated to the pack. Should any wolf disrupt the peace and cause any undue chaos, they will be dealt with accordingly.
8) Should a character listed as a member become inactive for a minimum of one month with no notice to either the Ser or Serra, they will be removed from the pack listings and the position will open up for any new member. [Returns will have to challenge whoever (if anyone) has taken their place]
Codes of Conduct
Pack Interactions:
Within the Voyani pack, everyone is to be respected, despite their rank. It isn’t uncommon for a Tyr to forget his/her place and become a bit too prideful. If such is the case, it is the job of the Tyran to remind them.
Honorifics:
To refer to another wolf with his/her respective honorific is a sign of respect. Failure to do so from lower to higher rank/younger to older interactions can be taken as a sign of disrespect and may warrant a verbal warning, depending on the frequency of said incidents.
On the other hand, not using ones honorific is usually only acceptable among the higher ranks and those of the same age group in casual conversation, or the higher ranks speaking to lower ranks.

**IMPORTANT:Here is a list of all honorifics and their meanings
Hunting:
Hunting is considered a pack activity, but due to the size of the pack and the fact that certain wolves cannot leave their posts, the Annagar are responsible for periodically hunting and brining back food for the whole pack. These wolves are only to hunt and kill lame or weak prey and may never hunt outside the pack lands unless special permission is given. The Annagar, as a group, should be able to get along fairly well to ensure that there will be a successful group effort.
Challenging Pack Positions:
If a member wishes to rise through the ranks and take a higher position, they are permitted to make a formal challenge against whoever occupies the position at the time. Once a challenge is made it cannot be revoked. The Ser and Serra, as well as the Tor and Torra (given that they are not the ones being challenged) will discuss the challenge and decide a victor. The losing wolf is not required to leave, but they will be put into whatever position the Ser and Serra see fit.

More to come as things within the pack are brought up!
If you wish to have one of your character(s) be part of the Voyani pack, please PM me so that I can evaluate the character(s). Keep in mind that I can and will reject a character if it does not fit with the pack (i.e. excessively violent, etc.) or if the RPer lacks adequate skills for a literate RP. Nothing is personal, just in the best interest of the pack. Thank you for your patience and understanding ^_^[/color]
