If it weren't for the fact he knew he would receive more pain for it, Tyere would have rolled his eyes and issued a scowl in Tiberius' direction. "Eight," he stated forwardly, information Shanto already knew, or at least had an idea of from some previous reports.
Shanto simply allowed Tiberius to play his game, observing him as he did. When he was questioned, he merely gave the answer, "Twenty-two," a pause, "which is enough." He found himself growing impatient. His daughter had done a good job of picking wolves to join their group thus far, but he was wary somewhat of this Tiberius. He knew he was older than many others in the group, and thus assumed he had life experience, but what kind was important. While he wasn't sure, this wolf did carry a certain presence and he truly hoped it would prove to be an asset instead of a liability.
The scout wanted to know what would be coming next...

"Now...", Tiber said, as he turned aside to Tyere, "Make sure that they watch... and understand the consequence of Treachery...", he told Shanto, "He'll sink plenty slow for them to arrive...", he put with a low drab, he slowly tilted his head and eyes toward Tyere, "Hmmmm... Molis...", he said rather cruelly.
The gorund udner the scout grew softer... and far more grabby, reinforced by magic... it was a pulling force. Tyere was not by any means to be released... he wasn't going to be killed quickly, and non agonizingly... He was going to be suffocated to death... drowing under the earth.
"Dont struggle...", His muse was careless, "Ill make it go all the slower that way...", he padded past the newly soon-to-be dead. This was how a traitor was dealt with in his book... no immediate consequence... he wanted as much pain as possible... but not only physical pain... he desired suffering.

Everything slowly became clear to him as the next words came from Tiberius' mouth, and everything on his body changed. He realized he wasn't getting out of this, that the whole idea of saving his own skin had backfired. Suddenly, the ground seemed to be drawing him in, and it was against something he couldn't resist. Not even his own magics would get him out of this one, even if he tried. He remembered why Shanto had made him a scout in the first place - those abilities would do him no good now.
At first, he tried to struggle, but then, especially once Tiber told him not to, he realized he didn't want this to take so long. As he got deeper, he felt the earth beneath pressing on him, wanting to crush him into nothing. It started out as mere whimpers and wines, and slowly grew to howls as his body was pushed deeper and deeper beneath the surface.
Shanto didn't have to tell anyone to watch. The scout had already drawn his own attention. Each member of the group present looked on, some feeling justice had been served and some feeling pity though each getting the point. Whoever wasn't present would certainly hear about it. As for Shanto, he felt justice had been served once the scout would be dead so he stood back slightly to observe and be sure he suffered. But at the same time, he also was observing Tiberius. He was learning everything he could from him, just as he had done with each member of the group when he or she had first come.

Tiberius watched with a mellow stare, which he soon raised, and his stare altered to a more harsh one, cruel, and sadistic deep down. His eyes never left Tyere's for the punishment wasn't one where the giver was to look away in shame of what he had done... Tiber felt no shame... Only satisfaction... If Shanto wanted a fine demonstration... Hed get one... But that did not mean Tiber was especially loyal...
Loyalty wasn't somehin hebhanded out easily... For now... Hed just take orders so long as hey were within his reason...

It wasn't going to take hours and hours, but the time was seemingly passing slowly. At least for Tyere. Part of him just wanted to get it over with already and get on to the spirit realm. Or perhaps he would become a ghost. Oh what a miserable existence. He longed so deeply to just get out of it and live, but that was not in the cards for him. He could feel his body slowly getting crushed as it sunk deeper, his bones splintering and true, it was excruciating. Yes, he was wishing for death. But he wasn't quite at the point yet to beg for it. Even if his eyes were pleading. The words would not yet escape his mouth. Only his cries of pain.
Shanto continued to observe, unaffected by the change in Tyere's face and his painful howls. He was seeing that Tiberius could kill and kill coldly. Well, good. At least that would be good for now. Once Tyere was gone, they could move on. He had already known the attack would be soon. But once this matter was over... they would proceed to get ready and move out.

The blakc male stood silently, he sat atop a smoothed rock created by hismelf, having one side raised as he leaned his aging body onto it. He began to chuckle quietly, and it got louder... slowly, but it was for sure, once he chuckled over the silence aorund him. He hardly smiled, he didnt sneer, he didnt grin... Tiber never grinned... he found such an experession to be irritating, even done by hismelf...
But he did smile, very lowly, he let his teeth show a little, "You may beg...", he began, "You may beg all you like, boy... But know that the suffering will not delay... it will not cease... there is no negotiation... there is no mercy.", he said, he hardly changed his tone... he hardly moved, only his lips.
"You are nothing but a stepping stone... a stick strewn out on the path, which I will gladly break in two as I step over you.", he got in Tyere's face as he screamed, his dark yellow iris dialated ot fit the changed lighting, "There is nothing you can do... to end this any faster... and there is nothing you can do to change it.", he said bluntishly.
He then stood rather quickly, and turned aside, clearing his throat, even if Tyere wasn't dead yet... and as though he ended with a quick round of golf, he leasurely strolled past Shanto, "Well... Im not sure about you... but im well beyond the line of boredom... He's not going anywhere... And im not getting any younger.", with that he mellowly padded toward the nearest scent of water... he grew thirsty... this volcano did HORRORS... on his fur, and skin. Not so much his lungs, he was too used breathing in his own smoke left from the darkness... even iof he was no fire element.
Fire... that was something he desired as equally as earth... perhaps he could control soemthing like that soem day... he could manipulate things yes.... but the natural control was far more... appealing to him...
And regarding Tyere... all he was now... was not a traitor, but a whining leach... that he'd plucked form his skin, and cast aside... to forget by tommorrows dawn. He yawned deeply, "If there was ever a Time I could have female accumpanement... now would be it...", he licked his large fangs, and flicked his tial tot he side, as he made his final exit... losing sight of his black body as he now went downhill... and out o sight.

OoC: Lol, well perhaps I can play on that
iC:
Tyere first looked at Tiber curiously, then his ears laid back as the other began speaking and told him how he was slowly going to die. But it didn't change anything he already knew. It just made it more harsh. The scout just continued to sink lower and lower, despising his fate.
Shanto's face remained the same, having seen enough and gathered enough for now. Shanto knew there were many in his group merely along for the ride, each for their own reasons. Many of them were strong-headed, independent, and had their own agendas. But at least they were somewhat loyal to the purpose of the group to see it through. And as a result, they were willing to let Shanto lead them. He wondered if Vellina had gathered any further information for him on Tiberius... he certainly seemed to do his own thing regardless of where he was or who was around.
He turned, walking away from Tyere as he was mostly gone now. His cries had died and his breathing was hard. It wasn't long after that his rib cage caved and crushed his lungs and other important organs rendering him lifeless.
Shanto spoke to his group around him, the wolves expecting direction. "We have the information from the traitor... so, now we must act. Rest yourselves tonight, as the sun is almost gone, but be alert. We attack before dawn, before the sun has touched the horizon." They scattered, and he went his own way also.
Meanwhile....
It had been a while, but she had decided to visit her sister and perhaps catch up a bit. She had been following her scent for a while, leading her to the Fire Wells, but it seemed actually finding her had proved somewhat difficult, which she should have expected. She wondered if maybe she should have stayed put. Oh well... eventually, she'd come across her.
Or maybe not...
As Tiber approached the water source, so did she. She very much resembled Vellina, in some aspects, though she was a bit larger in height and seemed older in her demeanor. Her build was almost exactly alike, being slender with pretty features and thick fur. The pelt itself was a rich red, though with more white tips on her tail, ears, maw, and legs from the knees down including the white flowing from her chest along her underbelly. Her brilliant green eyes gazed forward, seeking the water and she drank thirstily when her lips found it.
She looked up, hearing something, and then smiled. "Greetings..."

The subtle convienience made him flip a brow up as he neared the water. Minutes earlier he expected his wishes to have been ignored, "Hmmmm... My my wishes do come true.", he said with a low muse, he eyed her very nice complextion, "And where does one so fine come from these days?", he asked her.
Tiber then laid down on the opposite bank, crossing his wrists over with a satisfied stare over the female. No he certainly wasn't dissapointed... She shared a relation to Vellina... He pinpointed that easily... But this one had a more appealing figure... Very nice. This male liked things like so. But now he wondered if she was any different personality wise.
"Pardon my asking... May i have your name?", he asked her with a soft tone, he was playin his best for now as far as tone and politeness went... He wasn't in the mood for dire romance, and it may have been too early for such. All he could do was wait on this one.... He'd be sure to keep her happy to achieve what ge actuwlly wanted...

Oh... a compliment. If she had been human, perhaps a blush might have touched her cheeks. She smiled, "I reside in the northern packlands, with Akeru..." She observed his motions, seeing as he made himself comfortable. She wondered if he stayed her, or was just passing through like herself. He asked her name. "No need for pardon... I am Káshila. May I ask yours?"
She sat back on her haunches, thinking it would be nice to simply chat with someone for a while. It would be a nice break before she had to get going. But she could stay for now. "May I ask what brings you here?"

He exhaled woth a soft groan as the water ran agaisnt his arms, "Tiberius... At yiur service." he answered with a slow tilted bow of his head, not taking his eyes off her form... If she was to leave soon... Hed take an advantage, "Hmmm... Kashila...", he said, "A beautiful name indeed.... Quite aluring to my ears."
But now he questioned, "You look like someone i have met before." , what was her name? Vellina, "Oh yes... Vellina.", he said, and raised his right paw feom the water, "Know her?", he asked.

OoC: Hey Hel... perhaps you could remove the emoticons. They're not considered a good show of your writing and are typically frowned upon during roleplay on this forum ^^;
iC:
Tiberius. She liked the name as it sounded like someone strong that you didn't want to mess with. Although in response she only said, "I like it, it sounds strong and handsome." She felt the blush that might have happened were she a human once more, when he complimented her name, and smiled. "Thank you..." She wasn't sure what else to say on the matter. Fortunately, he seemed to change the subject.
Her ears perked up at the name and she nodded. "Yes, she is my sister. In fact, it's funny you bring her up, I've been looking for her. Just to catch up a bit I suppose. You met recently or just in passing a while ago?" She wasn't sure... although she guessed it was probably the former considering the fact her trail had lead her here and here was also where Tiberius was. In fact, come to think of it, she had a feeling her father was here as well with the rest of his little group. She hoped she would not encounter them. She was tired of telling Shanto to move on and forget his revenge and then have him lecture her on how she had no pride in the family. It was entirely pointless and thus she wanted to avoid him until his fight was over.
She pushed those thoughts aside. "So, what did you think of her? Vellina, I mean..."

Ooc: i do not know how they got there sry.

Tiberius shrugged softly, he chuckled deeply, watching the aluring female.. She asked many questions that would take him a little while to answer. So... He chose the last... His paws lifted out of tye water in a slow shrugging gesture.
"She is rather feisty... But i have not met one issue with her that was too hard for me to just brush off.", he said this demurely, turning his gaze aside, "I take it you are not so aggressove?", he asked, his brow rasiing up, "After all... Siblings usually dont share an obvious comparison...", he rested his head on the ground and watch her.

OoC: Lol it's all good..
iC:
Káshila nodded in agreement with what he said about Vellina, although she wasn't sure what he meant on brushing off issues. Well, perhaps she did, now that she thought about it. Maybe it had been too long since last she'd visited her sister. In any case, he was asking her something now. She smiled, "Oh, yes, I am a strong believer in peace. That is not to say I don't get angry... that has been known to happen. But if unprovoked, no aggressiveness from me."
She laughed lightly at her last words, and then found herself wondering a bit more about this Tiberius. Although she wasn't quite sure how to ask anything... or even what to ask for that matter. She ruffled her cinnamon-colored feathers and dipped her head toward the water. It was at that point she heard her stomach growl. Oh yea... she had not eaten anything in a while...
Green eyes turned toward the surrounding trees, curious as to what prey lurked. She didn't want to just up and leave Tiberius though... that would be rather rude. Aside from the fact he looked so relaxed. She released a sigh. She wondered when next she would get to eat, being as once she met up with Vellina, it would probably be some other stuff going on. She hoped it wouldn't be too long... after all, she tended to get moody on an empty stomach.
Her gaze turned once more upon the male wolf across the water, of course also having no clue about his recent meal on the strange beast which had not so long before attacked her sister.
"Say, you seem pretty relaxed over there, like you don't feel like doing anything soon but relaxing. Perhaps I could make a quick hunt? I could bring you back something..."

Tiber remained soft, and quiet with her... her voice was much softer than Vel's... more tolerable. He stretched out his foreclaws into the creek, and yawned deeply... beggining to scratch the bakc of his head, "Indeed...", he complimented her.
He then raised his ehad up when she offered to hunt, well... Tiber had been at bay for a while since the last beast had come out of hiding, "Of course...", he told her, and then stood, "But... Do you mind if I join you?", he asked, "I get bored in my free time everyso often...", he chuckled deeply, his eyes were near closed, before they oepend, and re-dialated to the light as he stared at her, "That and Id hate to let such one so fine out of my sight... My time is not infinite."
He didnt laugh, he turned his ehad down and smiled rather snidely... he was a flirt even if he was getting older... always will be by chance. His paws lifted out of the water as he waded across to her, his experession now nuetral, and rather mundain.
"You do not mind... would you?", he asked her, beggining to rise up towards her form the water, "Be a shame if you were unsuccessful... more number garuntees the kill anyway...", he told ehr... even if that was obviously true anyway.

Brilliant green eyes seemed to light up like when the sun first peeks over the horizon and it's rays fill the sky when he offered to join her and she nodded enthusiastically. She rose, shaking out her fur, the red and white fluff falling easily back down and she observed his every motion, watching as he closed and opened his eyes, lowered his head and finally came toward and joined her. She might have blushed once again, him saying she was so fine and all that, but of course, she was a wolf.
"I hardly mind, Tiberius." Her pretty voice flowed in a soft tone, more in excitement and anticipation. Her mind was already going toward hunt-mode and of course, it would be silly to scare away any prey. Although on the flip side, it was true that they had already been talking much. This did not cross her mind at the moment.
"You are right," she murmured, turning her gaze toward the trees and moving forward. "More is better for many reasons." Yes, success. It was also more fun with another to share the experience with. So, off they went. She would assume hunting position, ears perked upon her head and eyes scanning through the brush and the shadows. A bird sprang into the air, the flutter of its wings sounding through the silence and it was gone. No, she wanted something more than a mere bird. It probably wouldn't have much meat on its bones anyway.
Perhaps a nice, fat rodent of some kind would do. Or if they were lucky, perhaps they might find a deer of sorts. Who knew...
