Name: Asosa (blue sky)
Gender: female
Race: wolf
Sub-Race: N/A
Breed: Kichigai
Pack: Shinkou
Rank: roan
Appearance: Asosa's pelt is ice white, with what would seem to be a pattern of lines that goes from the base of her neck down to her tail, with a smaller line branching off at each leg and spiraling around them. The line ends at the tip of her tail, spiraling around it like with her legs. The lines also split at the base of her ice white, feathery wings. On each side of her wings is a spiral. The lines are grey, but appear to darken in the sunlight. At night, the lines are virtually invisible. Her nose is a light pink. Her eyes, in contrast to her pelt, are a bright sky blue. Hence her name. She is about 3.5 feet tall, and at most weighs 145 pounds. She is naturally light, due to the fact that a normal weight would make her unable to fly. She tends to have her wings drawn to her back. At the present time, one of her wings is singed. Under the feathers, the burn is not serious. Other than that, she has some singed fur in various places, but no serious burns.
Personality: At the moment, Asosa is reserved and quiet, preferring to keep to herself. She is hesitant to trust because of what happened to her last pack. She does have a soft spot for pups, which is the one thing that hasn't changed about her. She doesn't like to be pestered after she has given an answer. One more thing that hasn't changed is her loyalty. She is loyal to her pack, her alphas, and her friends. She will always stand by those who do the same for her. She still has a kind heart. It's just been locked and hidden away by events of the past.
Before the incident with her last pack, Asosa was very cheerful and kind. She loved to teach young pups how to use their wings once they fully developed. She was a loyal, protective pack member. She would go hunting with groups as easily as she could walk. Maybe she'll be this way again?
Magic: fire(predominantly), air(slightly)
-Spells:
1) She can cause a small flame to sprout at the tip of her tail and heal flesh wounds with it. It is useless for healing illnesses, however.
2) She can shoot busts of flame out of the center of the spirals on her wings. When she does, the spirals glow orange as the flames are forming. She rarely uses this, preferring to attack with her fangs and claws.
3) Asosa can hear the voices of the wind, but that is about the limit of her air magics. However, the voices all speak to her at once, so it takes time for her to find what she's listening for.
4) Asosa can warm a small den. She uses this ability mainly in winter, when young pups can suffer from being too cold.
5) Because of her affinity for fire, she can see the fields of energy that surround all living creatures. She only uses this if she has no other way of finding her target, however, because all the energy fields of varying colors can be confusing and disorienting.
*Am I allowed to give her more spells later?
Skills: Asosa's flight speed was unmatched in her old pack. She is very fast both in the air and on the ground.
Biography: Asosa was born to two winged wolves of an ancient race in a small pack not too far from the Shinkou pack. Her mother was called Shining Light, and her father Areno, which translates to wilderness. She had three siblings, one of which was stillborn. Her sister was named Hana, her brother Yemon. Hana translates to flower, while Yemon means guarding the gate. Yemon, as the firstborn male in the family, was due to be the next gatekeeper.
Asosa soon realized that she could hear many voices that no other wolves could hear. She then realized that the voices were slightly louder when the wind was blowing. She then understood that she had at least a slight affinity for air. As she realized this, her wings began to develop. She was quickly mastering the basics of flight, then teaching her siblings how to do the same.
As the three grew, they became close friends. They were the youngest members in the small pack, for it was all that was left of their breed. Their kind was dieing off.
One day, long after her wings had fully developed, Asosa found out that she could heal flesh wounds by focusing her energy on the tip of her tail. By doing so, a tiny flame would appear. She would use the flame to close the wound. She felt that she could do more with her fire abilities though.
She had been working with some of the younger pups when a commotion could be heard at the edge of the camp. She hid the pups in a nearby den and ran to investigate. It had been a male named Kiba, which translates to fang. He was only six months older than Asosa and her siblings. He had always been a trouble-maker, but this time he had gone too far. He had played a prank on one of the older wolves, sending her to her death. That wolf was Shining Light. Asosa felt so betrayed that she loosed flames from her wing spirals. The flames caught on the trees and bushes that surrounded their forest home. Asosa spent some time trying to get the pups out, but her father kept telling her to get out. She had no choice. If she hadn't left on her own, he would've made her. So she fled, battered, burned, and betrayed, toward Shinkou territory.
