The young she wolf had slipped away from the rest of the pack for the day. Today was clear and sunny and she could even hear the birds chirping a cheery song. Hiku trotted happily along the treeline, her tail in the air. Finding a nice clearing she stepped into the sun and stretched, her claws digging into the dirt as she rose.

"Ah! The spring sun makes it so warm!" She shook her shoulders and pawed the ground before crouching down into a play bow. Spreading her wings she flapped them once before taking off into the sky.

She spun in the air once and then did a loopty loop. The air sweeping through her fur brought her a sense of peace she couldn't find anywhere else. It was nice to get away from the pack and enjoy herself for a little while.

A snowy white she-wolf stood at the edge of a cliff. The wind flowing through her fur. Her eyes closed and her nose pointing upward she jumped with her paws outstretched and a grin on her face. Getting closer and closer to the ground. Snow opened her bright blood red eyes and stretched her pearly white wings out and flew upward seconds before she hit the ground.
Snow flew up high in the sky then folded her wings to her sides and dived downward, once more, stretching her wings out and flying upward seconds before she hit the ground. Snow was about to do it again when the wind brought an unfamiliar scent to her nose, the smell of a pack wolf. Snow was just about to turn and fly back towards the cliff she had jumped from, but it was to late she saw the wolf right in front of her, and to make things worse the wind shifted directions and sent her scent right to the pack wolf.

Hiku spun in the air again doing a dive before gracfully landing on the ground. Fluttereing her wings she lifted her nose in the air and took in the sweet smell of spring as the wind blew through her fur. Wait, she blinked and sniffed again. She tilted her head, trying to figure out the new scent of a unknown wolf.
The young wolf's eyes scanned the horizon until they fell upon a white figure standing not to far from her. Her blue orbs grew wide and the fur along her spine rose. She laid her ears back and crouched down, not taking her eyes off the wolf. "I-I... I don't want trouble!" She barked, trying to add growl, but her nervousness made her voice shake. "Please, just leave!"

"I-I... I don't want trouble!",the pack wolf said,"Please, just leave!" Snow looked confused, "I don't want any trouble either. I was just stretching my wings i didn't know i passed into your pack's territory." Snow landed in front of the pack wolf, "I'm Snow, whats your name?" Snow asked curiously, while still keeping her guard up just in case the she-wolf decided to attack.

Hiku blinked and sniffed again, her body still low. "Well, I guess that's okay." She looked over the wolf, her orbs scanning for any sign of hostility. "I'm Hiku, I'm a kai of the Shinkou pack." She lifted her head, pride coursing through her veins as she spoke of her job in the pack. That was one of the things she loved about herself, being a Kai for such a wonderful pack. Just the thought of it made her tail wag.

"Well, I guess that's okay.", The she-wolf gave Snow a once over, "I'm Hiku, I'm a kai of the Shinkou pack." Hiku lifted her head in pride. "Hello Hiku." Snow gave her a once over as well,"Well I'm not in any kind of pack, I'm a loner, as you probably noticed already."

Oh, he sure did feel like a delinquent. Accomplishing nothing and yet not feeling any remorse. Everyone had their lazy days, but this would be considered on the ridiculous side for some. For the past week or so, Oki hasn't done much of anything and has been slacking off from doing much of anything rather than lounge around and wander aimlessly throughout the Shinkou Packlands; things unproductive. Even he couldn't tell you why. Soon though his enjoyment of doing absolutely nothing will come to an end and he will get bored. Perhaps that might come a little sooner than expected...

The Shinkou male was fast asleep on a thick branch in a nearby tree. The two females had happened to find themselves near where he was resting. Heavy snoring could be heard if they were to listen closely. Though, if they were a little unaware, they could mistake it for just the rustling of leaves. Oki had earlier shifted into his anthro form so he could climb the tree and sit comfortably with his muffler draped over his eyes and his sword's strap hung on a nearby short branch that had broken off at some point in the recent past. Nothing had disturbed him since he has dozed off, even the females, unless if they were to deliberately wake him up. If they were to, his plans, or lack thereof, would be interrupted and it would at least make something out of the day for him.

"Raketa!", a gust of wind shook a small area of the forest, rattling the trees to the left and right, as a blue of shiny white quickly blazed through the underbrush. Taking one very powerful leap, and literally gliding many meters, without touchingt he earth.

Large fangs hung down from his snout, his eyes closed, his wrists had a touch of gold to them. Ears down, tipped with black.

He landed with a soft PUFT, he landed so fast, yet so lightly. He didnt need to breathe hard, it was all done with the magic of his element. Wind. He could easily break 50, his feet fast enough to keep him afloat as he ran, head hunkered down with the air biting at his eyes, "Rrr!", he seemed ot be frustrated as he travelled.

Now he began to slow down, legs no longe rmoving like a strange blur... they cooked down. 40........ 30....20... and soon he was at a jog, "Ah! Raketa!", he barked again, the wind suddenly BURST,a nd again. ZOOM! He was crusing inhuman speeds... 50+ yet again.

He was not yet aware of the other wolves in this place, they were masked by his speed on the winds... blowing the scents away from him as he made only time for SPEED.
