Lykaios ran through the thickening snow. She didn't know where she was going nor did she care. She paused and felt the wind blowing through her thick fur. She closed her eyes. She remembered what it felt like to loved and wanted. Growling, Lykaios shook her head. That was all gone now. There was nothing left in her life but the dark, cold nights on this mountain. Then, she thew back her head and howled. She knew there was a pack in the area but she didn't care. Let them come. Let anyone come who dares come face to face with Lykaios, the broken hearted wolf.

-1 hour later- Lykaios curled up under a tree. She was tired of being alone. She wanted someone who would curl up with her at night. Lykaios got up and walked to a near by cliff ledge. The full moon shone and her fur almost seemed to sparkle. She lifted her head for the last time that night and howled. Her howl was full of the love she could give and the loneliness she felt. And with that last howl, she layer back down and fell asleep.

(( You should really just edit your original post rather than double posting. ))
Lilliana creeps across the frozen ground, her feet feeling like raw lumps of meat in the bitter frost, constantly checking over her shoulder for something that might be following, but her misty breath swirled and distorted the images around her, creating sillouettes and shadows of things that weren't there. "Gods above, just let me get away from him..." she whispers desperately, hurrying along. She trips, landing face first in the powdery ice that stuck to her eyelashes and aubern hair, and she curses, standing quickly, checking again behind her. She looks down at where she had fallen. Drip. A drop of blood splashed over the last, and her eyes widen. "A scent trail!" she panics, quickly scooping up the snow and pressing it against her numb cheek, which had been cut on a stone beneath the white blanket, then carefully smothers her blood in yet more snow. Her stomach burns, twisting and quivering in her body as she moves on, shivering. "Not here!" She falls to the ground again, on all fours, and in seconds her body ripples, tendons and muscles snapping, squelching, moving around as her bones melt and reshape themselves. A bloodcurdling howl of pain, terror and confusion rips from her choked throat, carried by the bitter icy winds.
(( Also, YAY! first time I've used Lilliana! ))

Lykaios was awoken by a blood curdling cry of pain. She got up and stretched. The cry of pain rang out again. She sighed and set out towards it. The scent was strange, neither human nor quite wolf. Alarmed by the strange scent, she stopped. The unknown always frightened her. Not knowing meant weakness and vulnerability. Everything in her body told her to just forget about it and move on with her day but there was fear mixed in with the scent. There had been nothing for her to protect since her pack drove her out. She wanted something to need her assistance. So, with that she crept forward to the cold shaking body.

Lillian sheds her human form, standing up quietly in her new shape, stretching before shaking the frost from her thick pelt. The memories of pain fade into nothingness as she revels in her new self, the strong, sure muscles, the thick, warm fur and her sharp senses relaying almost seamless information to her mind.
Her head swings silently around, cerulean eyes catching a glimpse of movement through the trees. "Another female, curious, scared." she scents, cocking her head. "Lonely?" she thinks, then shakes her head, dismissing the odd thought. She takes a firm step forwards, tail raised high in dominance, though not aggressive. "What do you want, wolf?" she demands, her voice terse and sharp, as if she was used to having her questions asked without hesitation. "Show yourself!"

"Who died and made you alpha of this land?" Midnight said dryly from her tree perch. She saw the transformation and wanted to help, but after her show of dominance and the haughty air in which she addresses the hidden wolf, she no longer felt any pity for tye creature. She glanced through the leaves at the other wolf, scared and still not showing herself. She ignored her for now. Even though she still held Lillian in contempt for her words, Midnight still remembered her. She was the one that had ben caught up in the fight between Bane and his father. Midnight thought she had seen the last of the female when she nudged her toward her village. Guess she didn't go back. That was the fight Midnight had walked away from. While the others were fighting Midnight was protecting the woman and trying to staunch the flow of blood that was coming from her hand. 'Well let's see what she has to say now.'

Lykaios walks out from behind the trees. "Who are you? Or should i say, what ar you?" She circled the creature in the body of a wolf. Lykaios held her tail and head high. Whatever this creature was, she would show it that nothing scared her. The wolf's smell did freak her out a bit though. The strong human smell clung to her fur. For as sttrange as she was, Lykaios was still alone. Wolves are not made to be alone. A companion wouldn't be such a bad thing maybe. Especially in a claimed territory. She shook her head impatiently and cleared her thoughts. "Are you alone?"

"Who died and made you alpha of this land?" A voice makes Lillian jump, and her ears swivel, her fur rising on her back. "Damn! Another one!" she thinks, frustrated with her own sensory failure. She had expected her nose to pick up the wolf's scent, but now that she was a wolf herself, but now that she concentrated, what she had thought of as one scent was the scent of wolves in general, and only now, each scent was seperating into the individual smells. "I died, and I own what I want because of it!" she barks, raising her lips to the stranger whom she didn't recognise. "Who are you? Or should i say, what are you?" Lillian turns her attention back to the first wolf in front of her, the one that had disturbed her. "I asked you first, stranger, either answer me, or be gone, I have no patience for fools." she snaps, her tail raising aggressively. "Of course I'm alone! Do you see anyone else here with me!? Do you see any men following me, or any pups straggling behind!? Do you know why you can't see anyone? It's because I'm alone. Or is that too hard for a simple wolf to understand!?"

"You didn't die," Midnight said, "a severed hand treated that soon won't kill a person." By now she had flipped from the tree, landing lightly on all fours, beside Lykaios. Her hackles raised and tail high, she said again, "This isn't your rightful land, you've no place to question her like that." At her comment about a simple wolves' comprehention, she snorted. "Well parden me, O great mistress, I apologize that we are all not as brilliantly smart as you are." Midnight said with a mocking servent's voice.
((This is fun! ^^ idk why midnight hates her.......ah, girlz xD))

Lykaios snarled angrily. "I am Lykaios. A free, PURE wolf." She gives Lillian a dirty look. She turns to Midnight. "I mean no harm to the pack that lives here. But i will only leave when I want to. I am no PACK wolf. Are you??" Lykaios snarls again and walks towards Lillian. "I am no fool. It's a good thing that you are alone. No one will hear your pain when i rip your ear off!" Her eyes have gone almost completely gold. Lykaios snarls again and jumps at Lillian.

From a mound of snow near the small group two small white eyes can be seen watching the group, they shift from side to side examining each of the wolves.

Landing just short of Lillian, Lykaios freezes. She can feel someone watching them. "What do you want? This is none of your buisness. Leave before i make you." Lykaios snarls with her head held up high.

the mound shifts and slowly begins to rise as the snow begins to fall off it revealing white matte scales. Wings open up and stretch to full length as the dragon looks to Lykaios, it does not say anything. It stands there looking at the group as its wings fold back to its side, its features are sharp and cold. Ice forms around its claws as its white eyes keep watching the group.

"You didn't die," Midnight says, infuriatingly calm, "A severed hand treated that soon won't kill a person." Midnight says, jumping to land and stand beside Lykaios. Lillian's hackles raise to meet the females' challenges and growls low in her throat. "LIES!" she barks, her tone harsh and angry, "I died of blood loss weeks ago and was reborn as this!" she yells, raising her head in pride and her nose in disgust for the two wolves in front of her. "This isn't your rightful land, you've no place to question her like that." Lillian recomposes herself, calming slightly, before answering in a cold, severe tone. "I am not of any pack, and so I heed no laws, nobody holds me back from what I want to do."
"I am Lykaios. A free, PURE wolf." "So you are." she smirks, taking a step forwards, "An impertinent one who doesn't know her place!" "I am no PACK wolf. Are you??" Lillian snorted, her teeth bared and hackles rising as the other female begins to show signs that they would have to fight for dominance, and she lets out a warning snarl. "Truly, you ARE a fool!" she laughs, mocking the female, "For if I must tell you what I am once more, I shall assume you a meager half-wit, unfit to live!" she growls, lowering her body in anticipation of a fight. "I am no fool. It's a good thing that you are alone. No one will hear your pain when i rip your ear off!" Lillian snarls a challenge, readying for Lykaios' attack, her muscles twitching with adrenaline and a feral excitement.
The female lands just short of Lilliana, alarm and wariness in her form as she stops "What do you want? This is none of your business. Leave before i make you." Lykaios growls, head raised to look around for the intruder that Lillian had neither seen nor smelled, and as such, didn't care about. She lunges, trying to nip at the female's throat and chest, not necessarily to draw blood as much as humiliate and overpower, establishing dominance in the way that wolves had for centuries before, and doubtless was ingrained into their very being.

Midnight sensed an attack growing before Lilliana started talking. "You would have died for sure if Cercius hadn't helped you." She said as a retort. The fight almost started then, except Iiz'Vith had risen out of nowhere. Smirking, she lept from the snow to the powerful legend's back. She would only interfere if things got out of hand, though she doubted it now that Iiz was here.
