Stranger lands (OPEN)

Off in the distance as Lillian is crying out for help from the wolf a slight yelling is heard before a thud. The smell of a human is obvious in that direction as the wind carries it to Lillian and Kita. A man stumbles out of the woods holding his head " Ugh...I really need to stop trying to climb tree's. " The man appears to be 5'7 with short white hair, but he does not look over 30. His clothing consists of the remains of some robes before being torn,cut and sewn in a few places to add some armored portions. The armor is question is made from a strange white material, it is smooth and does not cast a glare, it makes up his right shoulder pad. The man looks at Kita then Lillian. He turns back to Kita and speaks perfectly in her language " What's wrong with her? "

Lupin was startled by the male human who seemed to have lost a fight with a tree. Cowering slightly, Lupin barked, stuttering a bit, "Sh-She is cha-changing into a wo-wolf..." Lupin was small but seeing this male human made her smaller as she cowered, fearing he may hurt her. The female she could handle but the male human. No. All Lupin wanted to do is run away before the male could hurt her, but she was frozen on the spot with fear. She hated that she let her weakness show, but she just couldn't not with the pain of her old man that turned from a loving caring man to a monstrous abuser. Her tormentor.

The man turned to Lupin who was frozen with fear. He gave her a confused look before slowly approaching her, hands raised as a sign that he was no threat. " Something wrong young wolf? " He seemed kind and sincere with his words, he truly wanted to know what was wrong and how possibly to help.

Kita's left ear twitched as she heard the shadowed wold join in her serenade of warning, their growls seeming to harmonize in a rough sort of appeal. She ignored her, though. She couldn't be distracted from the matter, as the other strange female antagonized the girl who was now writhing in pain. She couldn't believe what she was seeing, skin stretching and tearing as bones twisted and elongated. It was stomach churning just to hear the snapping as her bones popped in and out of place. However, as deep and ferocious as Kita's growl seemed, she wasn't expecting what would happen next.

"Help... Me..." The distorted creature begged, stretching her disfigured hand to Kita. Her heart sank in her chest, ears immediately dropping back sympathetically. The curse of being raised by humans, no doubt. Her paw raised, going to step forward blindly to the girl before a large object appeared out of nowhere, landing before her and breaking the concentration. She shook her head, blinking before her fur quickly rose again, snarl returning as she growled. A human male, she growled deeply as he stood up.

Shockingly, this one spoke as well..."What's wrong with her?" Again, Kita blinked, confused as her growling halted. Wrath was rather annoyed with the situation. So many opportunities for a brawl, all of which were falling through one by one. But perhaps there was still hope, the mysterious Lupin who had appeared from a tree seemed to be absolutely petrified. The Shadow beast decided to use this to his advantage, rushing from beneath Kita's feet and over to Lupin.

He quickly tapped into her feelings, trying to figure out what it was. Her thoughts were racing of another man. Good enough, he could use it. This man is lying, don't believe him! He will be just like the other! They are no different! the shadow hissed in Lupin's head, sounding as though one of her own thoughts.

Kita was caught off guard, watching as he changed his attention. Kita took Lupin's demeanor, and jumped in front of her, between the two. "Step back, human!" She barked out, almost seeming protective of this stranger she'd just met. She didn't care if he seemed nice or not. She'd trusted humans before, and only been hurt. She would protect those of her own kind before any other (small as she may be).

The female before her almost took a step forward, towards her, so blessed a thought, that there was something that didn't want to kill her before her own body did...
A rustle of leaves, and a quiet curse reaches her ears through the rush of blood, pumping so loudly in her head, and the fear and pain coursing through her body, before the louder snap of a branch, sending a human toppling down to the ground.
"Thank the gods!" Lilliana thinks, almost sobbing with relief, "A human!"
At the knowledge that an ally is nearby, her body relaxes, just a little, and her back begins to click and snap back to normal, her scent becoming more human by the second.
"What is wrong with her?"
She almost sobbed with relief, forgetting for a moment that even her parents would kill her now, for what she was, not to mention that she understood him only because he was speaking wolven.
Lilliana reaches out towards the human now, eyes wide with gratitude and desperation.
"Oh gods! Please help me! It hurts!" She begs, her whole body shaking, parts of her still stretching, cracking loudly as bones break and tendons snap, her bare feet shortening and knees bending the wrong way for a human now.
And he turns away...
He turned from her in her hour of need...

Her head snaps up with a loud crunch, her whole skull and neck reforming as Lilliana screams wordlessly, almost a howl as her eyes roll back and her jaw pops forwards, muscles jerking as the bone elongates in irregular cracks and snaps.
Her eyes close...
"I don't want to die..."

The man turns to the Lilliana, he lets out a soft sigh and walks over to her. He is not afraid or scared of her...like the wolf he only wants to help. He kneels in front of her and places a warm hand on her shoulder " Are you going to let this curse defeat you this easily? " "

"Something wrong young wolf?" Lupin's eyes went wide as he spoke and stepped closer, his hands raised.This man is lying, don't believe him! He will be just like the other! They are no different! Lupin took a step back at the thought, though it sounded a little off from her my thoughts. Yet this man is acting the same way as he. she thought. Lupin was about to bark a reply to the man when the other she-wolf jumped in front of her. "Step back, human!"

[Streak]

Streak could see the female human in pain. This was not good. Streak growled at the new human. And he spoke wolf as well. Streak looked at what she got herself into. Then she recognised Lupin. Finally, someone she knew. Streak calmed down slightly. Streak looked at Lupin again. She seemed to be petrified, yet another wolf jumped in front of her. Streak looked back and forth between the wolves and humans. Her eyes widened, finally understanding what was happening. It frightened the life out of her.

The entire situation seemed chaotic enough, however the only true creature of chaos there was irate beyond belief. How dare you, Kita?! Interfering in my business like this?! Wrath hissed in her head. Unlike others, having grown up with him Kita could differentiate between Wrath's voice and her own inner thoughts with little problems whatsoever. "Your business?!" Kita barked suddenly. One thing she did have a problem with was keeping her own thoughts silent.

The voice within her chuckled, Careful, young one. They can't hear me like you can. You will seem diseased, and they will slaughter you... Wrath said, laughing once again. Of course, he wouldn't let that happen. Still, to threaten her certainly was fun. Kita simply growled in return, partially at herself. She glanced between the others there, wondering which one was being put under Wrath's spell of whispers. He was a professional liar, that was for sure.

Kita shook her head, drowning out Wrath for now. She looked to the man, who'd again changed his attention. He wasn't very good at keeping his attention, still something had triggered Lilianna's transformation into overdrive. Kita didn't know what it was, but in case it was this male she quickly jumped into action.

She lunged forward, lowering her small body to squeeze between Lilianna and the new man. She glared up at him from the corner of her eye, icy blue and piercing as she snarled at him. "Step back...I'm warning you..." Kita growled out through her teeth. Lilianna might not truly be a wolf, but Kita didn't even know if she could truly consider herself one either for that matter. Her hind feet were ready to shift and pounce, trying to stay between him and the other wolves there.

Wrath merely laughed to himself. How enjoyable, he messed with one wolf and instead his own was the one to act up. Probably due to her suspicion of his actions, but still. He now wondered if he should reveal himself, stirring beneath Kita's feet as he weighed the pros and cons to his cause.

Lilliana's head snaps up at a right angle, crunching loudly, her whole skull quickly reforming as Lilliana screams in pain and terror, her eyes rolling back and her jaw poping forwards, muscles jerking as the bones elongate in irregular cracks and snaps.
Heat cascades from her body in waves of blistering sweat and tears as she whines wordlessly.
But the man switches his attention again, kneeling in front of her and places his cool hand on her shoulder.
"Are you going to let this curse defeat you this easily?" And suddenly her body freezes, her change almost complete.

"Your business?!" The snarl tears through the haze of Lilliana's shattered mind, Kita's angry bark finally getting through to her consciousness.
"She's talking like he does..." She thinks, blood running cold while her body sits immobile, eyes glazed. Suddenly, Kita lunges forward, lowering her small body to squeeze between Lilianna and the new man, pushing them violently apart. Leaving her defenceless against Kita's anger, even as Lilliana's body shudders violently, a snapping, squelching sound accompanying the appearance of her tail.

"Step back...I'm warning you..." Kita growls through her teeth. Lilliana's eyes focus slightly, noticing that Kita's hind feet were ready to shift and pounce, trying to cut the man off from her, beat him back if needs be.
Lilliana moans, the sound distorted and abused as her vocal chords change, snapping and moving, towards a lupine whine.

As soon as the she-wolf forced her way in between the two humans, with a whimper, Lupin turned tail and jumped back into the tree she was in before. Feeling a bit safer, Lupin laid done on the branch her tail hanging over as well as her left paw, the the metal band glimmered. Lupin took deep breaths, small flames flickered out of her muzzle with each breath she took. As she lay, the wind wafted a familiar scent to her nose. Lupin wanted to run to that familiar scent and hide within its shadows. She wanted to get as far as she could from the male human. She could easily run now, the man was occupied with the female human, but Lupin still couldn't leave. She didn't know why, but she just couldn't.

[Streak]

Streak saw how Lupin had jumped into the tree with ease. She took in a deep breath and stepped out. Out of the safety of the shadow. Out of her shell. Streak looked at everyone she could see. Her breaths quickened, as Streak panicked. It scared her, seeing that, that human changing into almost, well, a wolf. Streak growled, and bared her teeth. She held a defensive stance. She stood near the tree where Lupin was hidden.
