Name: Djyn (pronounced Juh-en)
Gender: Female
Race: Wolf
Sub-Race: N/A
Breed: Maned Wolf
Pack: N/A
Rank: N/A
Appearance: Most maned wolves are a rusty red, but Djyn is a burnt umber, almost more brown than she is red. Her tall ears are the tell-tale black outer rims and white tuffs inside. She has a white stomach, beginning after her front legs and ending at her back legs. The white jaggs up her side near her front legs but quiets down to a simple pattern along her back legs, almost a straight line. Black socks climb almost to where her body and legs meet, but the socks on her back legs barely go beyond her toes. Her tail is rather long for a Maned Wolf, near the size of a wolf, and it is the same color as her body, with a white tip and splash of white climbing the right side, like a streak of color in a human's hair. She has the usual patch of black fur cresting her shoulders, and it flicks up towards the crest of her head and down towards her rump, though ends before her back legs.
Her face is red, muzzle turning black towards her nose, and patches of black over her eyes, much like a rottweiler. Her grin is toothy, with the upper right canine chipped near the bottom, and a small black patch on the left tip of her tongue.
Personality: She's timid, flight rather than fight response, though she is an avid fighter. Her long limbs make running and twisting easy, her lethe body strong. She is accostumed to the dark and moves unseen through the trees. Her nightly escapades make her grumpy when woken during the day, the most likely time she'll pounce on the offender. Otherwise she makes sure to avoid contact with others, hunting alone and maintaining her boundaries. It's hard to get her to trust anyone, but once she has made a friend she is as loyal as any canine. She's had an interesting past, which defines her actions, and as her story becomes clear, so does her inner workings.
Magic: Since Djyn was a pup, she could be silent. Her footfalls aren't purely without sound, but her movement is simple, usually unnoticed in the bustle of life. Though it may not be magic, it helps her keep unseen when she desires, and maintains her aloof presence in forests
-Spells: (Not really sure how to attack this) Djyn's magic comes within her, she has to think about being nothing, light as air, to creep along the forest without being bothered. Her illusion is shattered as soon as someone fixes her with their eyes, but if she is seen from the corner of someone's vision, she can stealthily slip away, though it takes a great amount of concintration to keep quiet.
Skills: Djyn is a good swimmer and enjoys to lay along any riverbank at high-noon. She enjoys the sounds of water, though doesn't have any affinity towards the element. She is also good at tracking prey, and maintaining a "map" of her residence around her, knowing where things around her stream are located.
Biography: So far, all Djyn knows about her past would be fleeting memories which haunt her dreams. She washed up on the shore, with a splitting headache and stumbled inland, salt water coating her fur before she blacked out again, waking up in a strange world.
(That and I haven't decided what kind of past she has had yet, good or bad, happy to be gone or homesick...it'll come to me)
