I was offered to have this poem published. I don't know if acually did though.
The days of old have come and gone, days of which knights fought and kings ruled, yet those times shall be remembered for long, even though some have lost decency and have become cruel. We now have the new age heroes, the ones that still fight with honor, they protect what is good and right, even though their praise is minor. They fight the fires and blood they do shed, But they still have the souls of the knights, And the strength of the kings to whose doom they were led, Even though they may die the heroes remain and fight.

Incidentaly I wrote it on my birthday which is September 8th. And it was written the same year as a certain incident that happened on the date of September 11th. Maybe that's why alot of people liked my poem, because it fit the current state of affairs.

Yes it was. But I'd rather keep the reason why I wrote this poem secret. It's rather personal.

I understand. Still, it is a great poem.
