The hellhound smirked. "My name... Is Eclipse." He lowered his head slightly, snarling. "Do you really want to know what I want?"
Taerin gave a harsh, threatening growl, glaring at the hellhound with his good eye. "If it's a fight you want, you're outnumbered." |

Ukamirru glared. "No, I could probably guess." She looked at Taerin. Suddenly, she felt an overwhelming feeling come over her. She felt herself growing numb. Then her form fell. She fainted and lay still on the ground. A white light engulfed her and her eyes appeared to open, revealing a yellowish glow. The small amulet around her neck, lifted and swirled with light.
Slowly the light began to fade. Her form slowly fell back onto the ground. It lay there lifelessly for a moment. Suddenly, she sprang to her feet, her body surging with energy. Her eyes opened and the glow had died so they were blue again, but the life could be seen within them. Yes, the spirit of lightning had chosen her.
She wheeled around. Her eyes narrowed at the hellbound. "If you are looking to kill, you'll have to fight. If you want to fight, I feel ready." Though she had only gained it and therefore only had one ability, she knew her spirit was of great power, as most are. |

"Damn wolf," the hellhound snarled, knowing that she was more powerful than he. He leapt, snarling, at Taerin.
Taerin took a step back, growling deeply. If it came to a fight between him and the hellhound, he knew he wouldn't stand a chance. |

She watched the others closely, her eyes narrowing. "If a fight should start, I must say again, you will be terribly outnumbered." She shook her head as if to tease him. She stood beside Taerin and let her lips curl up, revealing the sharp, white fangs beneath. She growled at Eclipse. |

Eclipse eyed her warily as he snapped at Taerin. He knew that the white wolfess was far more powerful than he, and he resented it.
Taerin leapt to the side, away from the hellhound's narrow jaws. He could only hope that the hellhound would lose his nerve and flee. |

"If I were you I would watch it," growled Ukamirru. "I would rather not use my ability." Her ears laid back, and she growled louder. She jumped and landed inbetween the hellbound and Taerin. "Leave," she demanded. |

Ukamirru grind in pride but still held her position. "And stay away!" she yelled. Perhaps she had gone a little far, but she didn't care. She felt like she had done something honorable for once in a long while. |

The fur on his shoulders rose irritably as he hissed, almost catlike. He began to back away, his head lowered as he showed his long fangs in a savage snarl. |

She eyed the fangs and growled. She didn't really want to use her ability as she had only just now gained it, and she knew because of that, using it too much might drain her energy. It might not but she did not exactly want to find out. At the same time, she felt a wave of bravery come over her. She snarled at the hellbound, a fierce look of lightning now filled her eyes. Her eyes now had the yellowish glow once again and she glared at the hellbound. She appeared to be charging, but she did not want to release anything. Just, not yet. |

The raven wings slowly extended and beat twice, and the hellhound was airborne. He turned and fled, cursing under his breath as he did so. |

She watched him go, but did not return to normal until she was sure he wasn't going to bother them, at least for a long while. She turned and looked at Taerin, "Are you ok?" she asked. Her mind was confused at all that had just happened. Her voice was beaming with pride, but at the same time, showed she had no idea of exactly what had happened. |

She slightly blushed, "Yes well, I didn't exactly know what I was doing." She gave a slightly nervous grin before nipping slightly at his ear in play. |
