Ainoko watched closely, taking a single step closer. Still listening and not making a sound. He wanted to know what was going on or if Nisha would be safe. He didn't ever want to find out that she had been killed or even harmed. Why couldn't people leave others alone. Especially ones who ask to be left alone. His thoughts made him wonder but he did not move closer, according to Nisha's wishes.

A faint smile surfaced on his lips as Nisha turned around, his figure standing upright and despite the fact that his shirt had been torn to shreds, the only visible injuries were mild, save for one. This wound was dug deeply into his skin just by his right shoulder, and would most definatly leave a scar. What was interesting about this wound though, was it looked as though the attacker had deliberatly carved an intricate design, it's shape twisted into a backwards "S" shape with two lines running through it diagonally. In Irvine's mind, it was a cursed symbol, and in a sense he was ashamed of it...and it clearly showed on his face. A soft hue of red rose to his cheeks as he quickly tried to cover it up with his left hand, as if it were nothing more than a simple flesh wound. Still smiling, he studied Nisha's figure, eyes darting to the hole in her wing. He voiced nothing on the topic, sensing some tension would come about at the mention of it. Instead, Irvine took a step closer, not as though he were afraid of her mind you, but more of a relaxed, at ease sort of stride, his steel blue eyes going soft for a breif moment. "You know...for a while back there, i didn't think i'd ever see your face again....and..." He paused, reaching out lightly to push back a strand of her hair, momentarily forgetting his injury, his fingertips accedently, but lightly brushing against her skin. "It made me sad..." A smile lit his lips once more as he withdrew back a step, his gaze having drifted out towards the horizon. "But...that's all in the past i suppose...I was able to see you again and...i'm glad." Returning back to reality, eyes darted about the area curiously, one brow arching ever so slightly. "Where'd Ainoko run off to?"

Ainoko eyed what was going on. He was becoming angry. He had to admit that he had wanted Nisha, and he had hoped Irvine would stay away. He watched him scanning the area, and he heard his words, loud and clear. He didn't say a word, didn't move any closer, for fear that he would lose any trust that he had gained in the girl he so desperately wanted to befriend. His shirt rippled about in a breeze that swept through, and tossled his golden hair, that now reflected light in the sun. He merely, stood watching and waiting. But waiting for what. He didn't know, he just knew that he would know when it happened.

She tensed slightly as his finger tips brushed gently over her skin like a summer breeze. Well now she knew he was real at least, ahving been sceptical all this time. She listened to his words with out interuption then motioned towards behind her. 'Hes there,' she stated turning just enough to look in Aniokos general direction before turning back and looking at the ground. Arms wrapped around her body in a small self-comforting hug. Now her brain was really starting to hurt.
She took in a small yet deep breath, calming her nerves. Then she noticed his hand clutching at his shoulder. Frowning lightly she reached out, placing her fingers around his wrist and moving his hand to observe the odd symbol. 'Does it hurt much?' She asked, thinking that it probably did.

He watched the scene, but stepped back a few steps. He had know idea what he was suppose to do, or if he were supposed to do anything. All he cared about was making sure Nisha would be safe. He wished Irvine would leave, then he could leave and forget the whole thing. But right now he couldn't, he had to wait. And that is what he did.

For a moment, he simply watched as she moved his hand, having forgotten what lay under the softly leaking dribble of blood that was smeared across the side of his shoulder. However, the instant he realized what she was talking about, he instinctively pulled back ever so slightly, embarassed by it's meaning. "I um..." Vocals grew quieter as he turned his head, keeping his gaze from reaching her eyes. "I'd be lying if i said it didn't." His sister had branded him with the marking of a high ranked demon slayer...a bit of his past he wasn't all that thrilled to recall. Back then...he had been ruthless...and young. He hadn't known what he was doing at the time...and...that little demon girl. Her image flashed vibrantly across Irvine's mind, and he had to work at catching his breath. He was fine within a matter of seconds, and from an outsider's point of view, it might have been interpreted by the simple fact that he was a little light headed from bloodloss....that is unless the outsider knew what exactly that symbol stood for.
((whoops...sorry if i made that sentence seem like it was cut off.. ^^;; It's actually his reply to Nisha when she asked if it hurt.

As he stepped back so did she, afraid she had hurt him in some way. Hand reached up and brushed back a trail of silken hair as he trailed off and her frowned deepened.
'Prehaps you should sit down.' She suggested quietly and then ever so slightly recoiled as if it seemed like a bad idea that one could be punished for. Obviously he was tired, hince the reason he didnt finish his sentence or so she assumed.

Thoughts were wirling in Ainoko's head. Half of him wanted to run over there were the other two were. But the other half told him to stay put for Nisha's sake. He took a few steps foward and then backed up. He sat down, and placed his elbows on his knees and his head in the cup of his hands. His ears were up and catching every word they said. His eyes watched their every movement. He felt awkward. He felt like he was stalking them. But at the same time, he was curious. They had hardly noticed he was there, but he soon shook that off. He sighed. He wondered what exactly Irvine had on his shoulder, as he couldn't see it perfectly from where he was.

Irvine gave a small nod, loose strands of his red-blonde hair falling in his face, slightly covering the troubled look that lingered in his eyes. His body bent, lowering himself to the ground as he sat with his back against a tree. Thank the dirt she didn't recognise the symbol...at least it appeared she didn't. Gaze flickered up towards her face once more, half afraid that she had already taken off in fear of what he stood for. Softly, he cleared his throat, speaking in calm tones. "So...Why's Ainoko over there?" He gestured towards him with a slight turn of his head, though kept his gaze on Nisha, his hand once more moving to cover the wound.

He cocked his head, questioningly. He wondered what Nisha's answer would be. He waited patiently, his ears swivled and twitched about. His eyes watched closely, in curiousity. He figured he could answer that himself, but he didn't. He simply waited.

Shoulders rose and fell in a small shrug. 'Heard something and came to see if I was alright I suppose.' She moved to rest against a tree. Hands moving around behind her to rest on her bottom as she leaned back, giving her some cushon against the rough bark as her legs crossed at the ankles. Head was looking straight down at her toes, which she proceeded to bury in the dirt.

He grinned slightly at her words. She was right, mostly. There had been something else that he had been trying to forget, knowing it wouldn't matter to her anyhow. His ears laid back and twitched about. His eyes only blinked here and there. He wondered what Irvine would say or do next. He stood on his feet, and leaned against a tree.

"I see" His gaze had drifted down to her toes, watching in slight amusement as she buried them. "Bored are you?" A slight smirk had risen to his lips as his fingers traced the outline of his newest scar. The bleeding had long since stopped, however, the dried blood stained his arm still. This was one marking he couldn't transfer to his other form, a fact he was deeply disappointed in, as in his wolf form, at least he would've been able to hide it underneath his fur. "I think i'm alright now..." He paused, allowing himself to stand up, using his hand to gently dust himself free of any dirt particles. "I better find a river or something..." Irvine shifted his weight, steel blue orbs glancing her way. "Less this stupid cut get infected..." He gave a small tug of a smile, but guilt flooded him at the fact of mentioning such a horrible curse to her...and yet she had no idea what it meant.

She paused the burial of her toes and glanced up at him. Actually cleaning off sounded good, she still had her own blood stains on her dress from her now heal wounds. She shifted off the tree and moved her arm to look at the underside of her arm. Her nose wrinkled in distaste as she saw the multiple lines of tree bark outlining themselves in her white skin. The oppisite hand came up and gave it a brief rub in annoyence. Silver eyes glanced around as she tried to determine the whereabouts of the water source. Then a sigh brushed past her lips. 'You can come out Anioko, I wont be mad.'

He smiled slightly and stepped closer. He soon stood in front of her and Irvine. "Thanks," he said. He slowly waited for a moment before speaking. "Do you mind if I take you to the water? I know where a lake is near to here, and a river." he shrugged. He thought for a moment, "Uh, but across the river is no longer this pack's lands, or at least, that is what I have been told." he said it pertaining to what Nisha had told him earlier and tried to do, before Irvine came. He was not mad at Irvine in any way, but she would have already left.
