The smirk disappeared from Kanaye's face and a serious look replaced it. "If you do not lie, then why do you panic?" He asked not raising his voice in the slightest, "Surely if you had nothing else to hide you wouldn't so scared right now, what do you not want me to know. Answer me this last question, and you may question me in the same way."

" i panic, because you are a powerful creature and if i say the wrong thing i will no doubtfully be killed. what do you expect me to be? as relaxed as if i was at a spar? i have told you all you NEED to know. i am not used to being spoken to like this." Farrell was slowly losing control of his rage and is fur was reddening slightly and his body temperature was increasing. this often happened when he was stressed.

Farrell was taking more of a defensive position at the minute but aggression was still there. he dint know how to communicate properly without giving or receiving orders, he held his respect close to him and now he was a lone wolf he couldn't deal with it disappearing, he had to find the demon wolves again or something else that gave him a purpose.

"I will not kill you, unless in self defense." Kanaye saw the anger in Farrell's eyes. "Watch that temper of yours, I may have something for you."

"huh, a warning from a human, i can handle my temper, but can you handle me?" farrell spat out.

Opal was wondering off into woods and heard some very loud voices she looked around her warily and crept toward the voices she comes across a human and a wolf and snuck into a bush near by so she wouldn't get spotted she listened into the conversation that was taking place, opal recognized the wolf from somewhere but couldn't quite grasp from where, she was amazed at the human she'd never seen anything like it.

"Human? I am much more than a simple human, you would do best to remember that. Also remember that I killed the three who were going to kill you, If I can handle them, I can handle you." Kanaye's wings flared out from behind his cloak, and his hand moved toward his sword, but he did not draw it. "I do not want to fight you, and you have made it clear you don't wish to fight me."

"huh, YOU THINK YOU KNOW IT ALL BUT YOU KNOW NOTHING you are just a human to me, you know nothing of the things i have been through. sure i was evil but at least i fitted in for once now i am an outcast once again, all because i was weak! there is nothing for me and the reason i seeked that wolf was to destroy it, so i could return back to my kind! they are the only ones who accepted me so unless you know and one who would tak an ex denomic wolf into threr ranks either kill me now or let me finish my task, oh darkness slayer!" Farrell just burst into raging flames and was practically shouting now.

Opal was trying to stay still and quiet but a fly buzzed around her small face and landed on her nose she resisted sneezing but put her paw on a thorny branch and made a small yelp then sneezed she looked up quickly knowing that the wolf and the strange human had noticed her they had to have done she tried to stay hidden.

"You say I know nothing? A half breed like me? Half Angel-half human, neither species would accept me, I have never fitted in with anything or anyone, AND YOU SAY I KNOW NOTHING!?" Kanaye drew his sword and readied for an attack. "The pup you are looking for has been near here for sometime, if you want to truly kill it, it will be your last mistake!" Kanaye walked in front of the bush that the pup was hiding in, "If you are going to kill her, then get past me."

Opal backed up in the bush trying to stay safe"the wolf wants to kill me? why?" she whispered to herself, she tried staying close to the strange humans legs to keep cover she knew he was trying to help her and she definitely knew the what the wolf wanted to do.

Farrell's flames instantly disappeared, he shut his eyes, what should he do die with Honor by slaying the thing he had shown mercy or live with a tarnished reputation? but what was right this half breed was telling him what to do he was a pure breed demon and he was sure this half breed was stronger. all his life he had been told that the people who didn't support the demon's were lier's and they didn't truly know what Honor was, but the half breed kanaye had struck a nerve he was being stupid, he hadn't seen past his nose, of course he wasn't the only one who had never fitted in everyone here now was an outcast. one because of him. he was having a furious debated with himself. but then he muttered so low it could bearly be heard, voice full of dispare "tell me what is right, tell me what to do!"

Opal was hoping that the wolf wouldn't go to try and kill her because she wasn't sure whether this human was an ignorant stupid man or a tough half breed she wasn't sure but she wished and wished the wolf wouldn't go for her

Kanaye saw the dispair in Farrell, and he sheathed his sword. "Farrell, I understan you have been through much, and even if you did kill this pup, the demons wouldn't take you back for killing one of their royals. Earlier you said this pup made you feel whole, but I'm not sure what to believe anymore." Kanaye was trying to think of what to say next, he stumped, he couldn't find anything else to say to Farrell. "Come out of the bushes, now." He said to the pup in a stern voice. "You want to do what is right? But by who's standards, the demons, or that of a pure soul?" Kanaye waited for Opal to come out of the bush, and for Farrell to respond.

"they may... " Farrell hoped," and there is no such thing as a pure soul..." he was torn between two lives, one a life of enjoyable killing, being a somebody, being needed, rewards and enjoyment perhaps even a mate, or a life guarding and having to make Allys through speech not by killings, he didn't know much about this other life. he raised his eyes to the pup, and looked directly at her, he felt something, it could be hatred for it was her fault he was here now or it could be something else because he was here now... he approached the tiny wolf, examining her little signets wings and shining coat, on her front paw he spied the red war paint, she was alive and still bore the signs of a high ranking demon surly she would have removed it by now. "you still have my war paint? why?" he addressed the tiny thing.
