Playing Pounce

'1...2...3... Pounce. 1...2...3... Pounce.' Cassandra thought to herself as she pounced, following a small brown rabbit. "I'm gonna Get ya!" she said, pouncing after the rabbit did, giggling as she did so. "Pounce, pounce and pounce...Hahaha!" she laughed aloud, and landed her paws on the rabbit. "were going to keep playing, then I'll eat you!" she said, releasing the rabbit, and chasing it again.

Another wolf had been in one of the trees, sleeping. That is, until he heard the female below. Wow, she's a pretty one. He stood up on one of the branches of the tree, and jumped down to the ground, his thick creamy white fur ruffeling on the way down. He came down to the earth, landing on his feet. His dark green eyes scanned over the wolfess. "Hey there. What's such a beautiful lady doin on this fine day?" He said, trying to flirt with the wolfess.

Allo put her paw on the rabbits back feet, and looked to the new brute, who came from a tree. "Hunting..and pouncing, What does it look like?" she said, eyeing this new wolf. "What are you doing, watching me from above?"

Calagin let a small laugh pass his lips, "I was sleeping until I heard you jumping around down here." He said, still laughing slightly. He let a yawn escape his muzzle, "Man, I'm real tired." He said below his breath. "So, you new around here? I havn't seen you before." He sat on his rump, awaiting an answer.

A ghostlike form lay in the dense underbrush, his fur a mix of pale white, gray, and black. His eyes were like silver bullets, shooting through the dense underbrush, observing his surroundings. His massive body stood out in the green forest. He didn't even look like a normal wolf, his size, much too massive for any ordinary male. His huge five foot, two inch height allowed him to easily see over the bushes. He got up and walked through the trees and came to a clearing where he saw a young wolfess at play, accompanied by a young male. He simply stared, his massive body towering over theirs, yet his eyes held no aggression, only simple interest. Arzai settled on his haunches and curled his tail by his side, observing them without uttering a word.

Cassandra Sat after him, and nodded "Yes, I just have been wandering and wound up here..." she said, realising a new scent flow into the air. She stood back up again, sniffing into the air in interest, as the rabbit struggled under her paw.

Calagin's nostrils flared as the scent of another wolf came into the air, which made him a little disappointed since he was trying to flirt with the beautiful female. He turned to look at the massive wolf, he was so tall that Calagin had to raise his head to look him in the eyes. "Whoah, you're a big guy aren't ya?" He said, trying to mask his disappointmenr.

Arzai simply stared, not really looking at the female, he held no interest for her. He simply felt like watching them, having nothing better to do.

Arzai's silver gaze met Caligan's, showing nothing but glimmering silver mirrors.
He bent his head low, so that his muzzle was close to Caligan's ear.
His voice was strong, but had a gentleness to it.


"I have no interest in her... This is the only place to bask in the sun at the moment. Do not mind my presence."

With that being said, he simply walked away without so much as a second look to Caligan, settling down near a fallen log in the sunlight, his body so white it seemed to glow in the suns rays.

Cassandra sat once again, not paying attention to the large brute whom just arrived. She watched the two talk, in bordem, then looked to the rabbit, who continued to strugle. She lowered her head, and sunk her teeth into the rabbit, and it stopped moving. She then picked it up, and kept it in her mouth, happily.

Calagin watched as the massive wolf walked past him, this one was certainly a strange one. He turned his attention back to Cassandra, his dark green eyes scanning over the female once again. "May I ask the name of such a looker?" He asked, once again trying to flirt.

Arzai simply watched, unimpressed, clearly this one was a desperate one. He laid down and rested his head on his paws, wishing there was something better for him to do. He felt hungry suddenly, so he waited to spot game. Just then he saw a deer grazing in the bushes, oblivious because it thought it was safe, that no one was interested in it at the moment, but Arzai was. He didn't even move, he shot an ice dagger from his mouth that impaled the deer, killing it instantly. He then walked over to grab his prey, and dragged it back towards the sun. He then calmly sat and fed.

An eye brow raised, as she layed her meal at her feet. "Im Cassandra, And you are..." she said, as she layed down, sniffing her food. She turned her attention to the larger Brute, confused about him. How he just, sat there...

Calagin saw the ice dagger go into the the doe that Arzai killed, his eyes had a look of surprise in them. "Whoah, note to self: don't piss him off." He said below his breath. He turned his gaze back towards Cassandra, "It's a pleasure to meet you. My name's Calagin Seregon, just call be Calagin though." He began to get slightly hungery as well, everyone around him had food. He saw some movement in a group of bushes, he jumped into them and when he came out he had three rabbits in his mouth. He carried them back over to where he had previously been sitting and dropped them on the ground. He sank his fangs hungrily into one of them. He looked back over to Arzai, "Man, he really is a strange one." He said underneath his breath.
