"You remind me of the baby
What baby? baby with the power
What power? power of voodoo
Who do? you do
Do what? remind me of the baby.
"I saw my baby, crying hard as babe could cry
What could I do
My babys love had gone
And left my baby blue
Nobody knew

The day was shining brightly. Indeed spring and sprung and it was quickly warming over the parts of the world that were left in the shadows of winter. Birds twittered pleasantly, trees were blooming with leaves, spreading them all along the forest floor like a thick green carpet, the wolves were having pups. Indeed life was every where and the world had a new life to look forward to. One such creature was more then eager to celebrate the new times and the new day. In the blink of an eye he was one place, then in another he was some where else. He was in the branches, then on the floor. His voice sang out above the trees, startling birds and other critters.
"What kind of magic spell to use
Slime and snails
Or puppy dogs tails
Thunder or lightning
Then baby said
Dance magic, dance (dance magic, dance)
Dance magic, dance (dance magic, dance)
Put that baby spell on me
Jump magic, jump (jump magic, jump)
Jump magic, jump (jump magic, jump)
Put that magic jump on me
Slap that baby, make him free"
He wasn't the best singer in the world (infact far from it judging how he hit the notes) but listening to his song was just as entertaining. He appeared once more on the ground, dancing around as if he had termites under his skin. Twig like legs kicked up the leaves, dirt and rocks, not caring if he hit any one or if anyone was watching. He did a somersault then a cartwheel. If one was able to, they would notice that he was indeed a different individual. His body was almost wooden like, his legs and arms long, thin and knobby, kind of like the twigs children would put in winters snowman. Overall though, he stood about 3 feet. Short little guy with a huge smile plastered on his wooden face.
Imp was one of a kind, born from the seed from the first tree in this forest. He was known as the Sheppard of the forest, helping heal trees and helping them grow. He had seen everything including the first one to ever set foot amongst the forest and create such a large pack of wolves. He was magical being and not to mention, a rather gooberish one at that.
