Mis Skizz is getting very desperate. She has an empty tank in her room that used to have a firebelly toad a few years ago named Optimus Prime, but he died 'cause my sister didn't feed him when I was on vacation ><'
Soooo now I want something else to have in that tank, because if there isn't anything in it it's kinda just a waste of space in my room, and I asked my mother if I could, and she said 'anything, as long as it isn't a rodent.' (I never really ask for much around the house, so it's usually pretty easy to get something on the rare occasions I do want something)
And I came up with the idea that a corn snake would be nice to have. They're cute! ^^, and now both my parentals are like "EWW NOOOO" And after much arguing they said that I could only have one if I got an A in geometry.
T___T This isn't gonna work. I SUCK at anything math-wise. I got a D+ last year >>'
Anyone have any ideas on how I should solve my predicament? I had my heart set on a lil' corn snakey *le sigh* If not, is they're any other specific reptile or toad you would recommend? (I considered a turtle, but I'm not sure if the tank is big enough)
Thanks!

Better start studying? Lmao, geometery isnt hard. Its actually pretty simple if you read over wtf is going on. Best hint to you, go to tutoring at least twice a week. -shrugs-

I would say use a calculater whenever possible to avoid little mistakes in multiplication and all that basic math stuff at the core of every math branch, but that won't help too much. I say, best start looking for an alternative to a snake. :/ I dunno too much 'bout reptiles there, so, :/

Just work hard on Geometry. I'm taking it early [RAP, betches! ^^] and I'm fine with it so far... So yeah. If you need any help with it at all, I could try and help you... I get on every day. xD lmfao

Geometry isn't as arithmetic-oriented as some of the other branches of mathematics. It's really not that bad, just a lot of stupid proofs and stuff (prove why that triangle is congruent [i.e., the same as] that other triangle. Common sense, really). Granted, I haven't looked at a geometry problem in over two years, but if you're desperate for mathematical help, I'll totally help out. Between me and Death we'll solve all your problems (pun intended).
Otherwise, you might want to consider something else, as Ame said. How about an iguana? Those are awesome. They've got mad long tails and they're cute too. (I really don't see what your parents' problem is with a corn snake. I LOVE SNAKES OMG and my parents are all like, "Yo, if you take care of it, we don't even care. Snakes are totally adorable." Well, that's not exactly what they say, but y'know.) Anyway, good luck, and I'm here to help you with any geometrical woes! =)

Yeah..geometery is easy though it has a lot of short cuts that you can remember..like fefe said a triangle is congruent if you know that there is: ASA, SAS and SSS. -shrugs- Thats pretty much it. Lol its easy to remember Ionno..I walked away with a C in univerity gemoetry but thats because I guarantee my teacher didn't like me..lmao..But I got an A on the tests XD

Pffft geometry is hard for me. Lmao
Algebra is tons easier.

Haha, in tenth grade, everyone wanted to know if you could prove a triangle's congruency by ASS. Of course you can't, but y'know, kids will be kids. xD
Trigonometry was something else, though. If you find yourself learning trig, I'll totally help you. For some perverse reason, I liked trig better than geometry (I learned both in the same year) because it's very much like algebra - just with sin and cos and tan. Okay yeah I'll stop rambling about random mathy things now.
Oh man I love not having to take math again ever in my life...I have some friends here whose lives are being totally taken over by multivariable calculus. -shudders-

Ooh, also, if you're looking for a diff pet, get a ferrett! So cute. <3

Seriously, you don't have to take math in college? Argh lets trade colleges lol
We are required to take a math course for college. Bah humbug! Oh and if people have a hard time doing math, they put you in a remedial class, but chya still gotta pay for it. The downfall is, it doesn't give any college credits which sucks.

So messy too. And they'll chew anything they find. I'd advise against a ferret, unless you really like high-maintenance pets. And I mean, don't-let-the-ferret-out-of-your-sight-or-you'll-find-your-cords-all-chewed-up kind of high maintenance. And they attack you, I hear.
Not to shoot down Death's idea, because they ARE absolutely adorable. <3 To look at, but not to keep. xP

My friend has two. ^^ Just get a hammock for 'em and they're happy. And I've never heard of an attacking ferrett... and I've messed around with a lot of them. xD But yeah. Just a thought. ^^
[[But the mini-hammocks are cute, too!!! Especially when they sleep in them, because sometimes they'll lay on their back in them, and their head and feet will just kinda flop out until they decide to move. ^^ <3]]

Yeah well I'm not doing too bad in Geom at the moment, but I just know there's a storm coming. So far those stupid proofs seem pretty easy enough though. Thanks sooo much for all the offered help ^^D
I grew up a five foot green iguana named Zookie, and we let him roam around the house like a dog. Ahhh so cute X}. We had him for 8 years until the stupid thing decided to see if he could jump off of the drapery and live. >>'
