Okay. Kiroro gets irked when she has a huge muse for an RP and then the thread dies. I'm serious. It KILLS me. I think we need to get Calm Before The Storm fired up again. Seriously. This was supposed to be a packwide plot, and everyone got really lazy and stopped posting 
Below is the link to the post, and I encourage everyone to get involved again. If you already have a character included, then you should catch up on all the replies after your last post and then make a fresh post. If you don't have a character included yet, why not throw one in there anyway? If not for me, do it for the muse! And Shinkou too, of course! XD

I would love to reply to the packwide plot, but it got wearisome when people had characters that acted completely arrogant and tough against the giant colossus. It just didn't become fun anymore. Seriously, folks, if you saw a giant creature that was over 100 ft., would you stand there and laugh and scoff and say, "Psh, that's nothing"? I mean, that's insulting.  I'm not mad, but the plot was supposed to include EVERYONE--but everyone had to have these characters with personal problems. Nothing wrong with characters having diverse personalities, but come on. Not every wolf can be that brave! I'll respond to the post. Edit: First, I'm gonna re-post the Colossus species!  |

If you really want to lift this plot off the ground, I think it would be good idea if you split up the one thread into multiple threads in different sections. Like, right now, there's a bunch of characters running around -- some are fighting the Rimpa Norsa thing, others are supposed to warn the pack, right? If you get in people's faces by sticking some characters in different parts of SO, then you would probably garner more attention that way. The only reason I've avoided posting is because too many characters in one big thread is too daunting after a while. Even without posting order, it's like...so much to keep track of for one thread. But if it was split up, then there could be more threads in more areas with more characters and roleplayers joining.
I mean, that's what Kiku did with Ghost, and that was hella successful...she just put a bunch of threads in different boards and had a diverse cast of people roleplay. Different threads, same plot. Yanno?
Personally, I think that there should be at least one other Colossus, maybe more, but I understand that these things take time. Still, if it's a virus, I want it to spread, dammit! That way more people can get involved and it won't just peter off into No-One-Cares-Anymore Land. =P
Does that make sense, or am I just being bitchy about this?

Do whatever you want, guys, really. It doesn't matter to me *shrugs* Just as long as the plot continues and whatnot, and everyone works together, it's all cool beans.
Great idea though. I'll post Kalpana in another board some where.

A giant, prehistoric birdlike creature called a Colossus that is about 200 ft. or so in length rose up from a lake to terrorize Shinkou Ookami. The reason it is terrorizing is because it is effected by a virus called "the Rage". It is extremely contagious and can be given if bitten, or you can get it through the air alone. The Rage is what resurrected the Colossus from the dead. This bird Colossus, called (or named) Rimpa Norsa, is extremely difficult to defeat. The plot needs ALL wolves' strength, intelligence, and skill to bring it down together.

I think that's a wonderful idea, felly. In fact, I think I'll go make another character right now so I can use him/her in one of the other boards >]
Deathykins, Basically there was a cougar who attacked the wolves that were present but Kalapna (Ave's Charrie) took him on and got bitten. The cougar was deranged and ill. It's body was infected with a deadly disease that eats away flesh and poisons you mind, causing you to become little more than a Zombie.
Rimpa Norsa (AKA the Colossus), played also by Ave, has been sleeping under Mizu Lake for a very long time and has been awakened because it, too, has come in contact with the virus and the virus itself is now spreading through its body and eating away at its mind, causing it to attack. Everytime the Colossus shoots out a beam of energy, more of the virus particles are spread into the air. Inhaling them would cause you to catch the virus.
Right now, the Colossus is hovering in the air and a few wolves are trying to bring it down. However, it will take all or most of the wolves in that area to bring it down.
