"Tahris," came the urgent voice of Navras. "Are you alright? What's wrong?" He hurried over to her and knelt by her side. "Did you hurt yourself?" he asked kindly, extending an arm as if to see her hurt. "Shall I ask for medicine?"
He was rambling on simply because he wanted to show that he was a responsible fellow, and for some reason he was quite taken by the mysterious young girl. Momentarily he remembered the silver light that emitted off from something that was divulged from beneath her hood, but now was not the time to ask. Noticing the choker tied around her neck, however, he decided to ask about it instead.
"Pretty band," he began slowly. "What is it exactly?" He hoped he did not sound too nosy.

oOc| sorry for lateness x.xEven though their bickering continued, the dragon kept one keen eye on the mysterious girl, who seemed to have a lot more to her than she cared to reveal. He noticed her constant rubbing of her silver band, and when she fell back Ero cried, “Watch it!” Luckily, she landed on the hay, but that did not ease Ero’s concern. To his relief, Navras was not being an ass, as usual, but was actually showing concern and tenderness to the girl. There’s hope after all, thought the dragon.
“If you need anything, I will be swift to get it,” Ero offered, for obviously he would be the quickest of them all. “Just say the word, Miss Tahris, and our services are yours.” The dragon eased his head out of the stable briefly, to see if Jake or Lily were coming, while at the same time eyeing the goings-on in the stable.

"I..." Her soft voice faded to a whisper on even such a short syllable. Tahris' eyes darted from her hand to Navras' face, then to Erozyn in a frightened manner. She shuffled away from Navras awkwardly and stood, taking small steps back with each word she spoke.
"I am...alright. Really. Fine." She was slowly edging towards the large barn doors, which stood slightly ajar from when Erozyn had entered after them.
"I just..." She took a look at the wide doors and suddenly darted towards the exit.
"I'm sorry!" She cried out, for no obvious reason other than maybe feeling regretful about leaving them in the dark about what was happening.
Tahris made her way around the barn, running as fast as her legs would take her, beyond the wooden fence that surrounded the clear cut field for grazing animals. What lie ahead were the giant trees of the forest, hidding within their shadows, creatures of great strengths and heights. Or perhaps what lay hidden may have been far far worse, such as what it was that Tahris was really trying to escape.
