He listened to their responses in turn, and when the question came up of what exactly a Tyr was, he was slightly embarrassed. He had grown so accustomed to being part of the pack he had somewhat forgotten others didn't know of the individual terms used. He dipped his head, though only slightly, and smiled. "Forgive me, I have grown so used to the terms I forget others may not know them. A Tyr is a Warrior of the pack. It is my duty to guard against threats and protect the territory." Which was why he was here.
Having answered the question he was sure had drifted through all their minds, but only stated by one, he turned to their statements concerning his own question... of goals and destinations. To the one who sought a destination, a smile formed once again upon his muzzle. It was not yet his place to accept others into the pack, but perhaps he could at the least offer Koli a suggestion.
"If it is a question of packs, perhaps I can give you some pointers. While this land is cold to many, the pack is friendly in general and small yet. It would be a good place to make a fresh start. To the south are the Shinkou and Akeru packs. I suppose of the two I would recommend Akeru. It is smaller than the Shinkou pack, but still somewhat large. There is much opportunity. It's lands are bountiful and its members vary, being able to roam between the Shinkou and Akeru lands. There is a great chance you meet someone or many to your liking." He paused. "If you merely seek different land, there lies the Wetlands for those who find marshes and humid places comfortable, the lands of Fire where rock and ash prevail, and finally a territory filled with ruins." He glanced then at Thor. Honestly, his statement was true.
"Yes, to be truthful with you. In order to stay, visiting or long-term, you must seek the Alphess' permission. However, I can guide anyone if such is wished. I sense no threat among you all..."

OOC: Uhm... It seems dead. So I dunno if keeping it going wil do any good... But... He sat andlistened as the pack wolf talked about his rank, nodding in understnding, though a few more questions popped into his head. He respected this wolf more now if he hadn't before, letting himself ease up more to his openness. Thor remained in awe as the canine talked about the other packs like it was basic knowledge that a wolf should know growing up, and he wondered if he had been involved with one, if not all of them before. Surely someone of one pack shouldn't know so much of others... However, ashe kept pondering it, it seemed to make sense, to better protect your own lands. "Well," He started, acknowledging that atleast they had their alphas' names straight. "I wish not to intrude, especially on pack lands. However... I'm not sure about these two. I'll gladly start to leave, though." Thor didn't know much about packs, but he knew land was something fought over, and protected. He'd happily leave if asked; which he figured he just had been. In more words.

I've been waiting for chewy to respond, and actually haven't looked at this topic and wasn't planning to until he responded. But unfortunately you're right Vivid, it does seem dead. I'd hate to say this, but should we continue without chewy or should we wait up? I haven't seen him log on for quite a while.
Forest green eyes danced from the other three around him. The larger butterfly wolf began to explain what a Tyr was, thus answering his question. Finding it to be a fighter and defender of the pack, Koli understood better why Akuma was here. Thinking of his current situation, he was curious if he happened to cross into any other wolf territories in his travels. Slighty surprised, he doesn't recollect being 'caught', so to speak, but he has spoken with other wolves like before Akuma arrived, but happened to leave before anyone found him.
Koli's nose twitched, peripherally watching Shinso, wondering why he was so quiet all of a sudden. However, thoughts were diverted as Akuma spoke up about the different lands about them and the packs down south and the current one they're in. Blinking, Koli thought about his goal he stated earlier and was honestly tired of traveling. Right now, he didn't know if he wanted to just roam a specific land or perhaps join a said pack; he considered the statement Akuma said about getting the Alphess' permission. Figuring by Thor's words, he didn't want to hang around, coming off as apprehensive. Koli, even just a little, was hoping to have at least one other to share the experience of becoming a pack member. Unsure what Shinso was thinking, Koli sat in silence himself for a moment. "I shall consider that, Akuma...", he smiled softly and looked at the other two, "And why not stay, Thor? All's you have to do is get permission from the Alphess from the pack. Maybe you can perform for her as well", Koli teased in a playful way, chuckling.

OoC: Well, I am pretty sure Chewy said he was gonna wait before... and in this case, we should move on without him until further notice xD
iC:
He glanced between the two others, ears flickering as he got their next words. One was not hesitating his leave. The other debated whether to stay. He would not intrude on anyone's decision by suggesting either way. But new members were indeed always welcome. Well... at least with Serra, Alphess, Ea..
He finally spoke, "Thor," he paused, being as they didn't really know each other yet, "if you are more comfortable in leaving, I can escort you elsewhere. It is truly whatever you might desire, in which case I can lead you to the Alphess here. Here, the title of Alphess is 'Serra'." He stated it so they would not be confused as they had been when he had said his own title, Tyr. "And for you Koli, I am glad to hear of your desire to stay." He paused once again.
"If you each desire to go differently, perhaps I can lead you to the Serra first, and then to the borders, or borders first. Which does not matter to me." He then waited for their decisions. In truth, he wondered if meeting Serra Ea... or for that matter her sister would have any effect upon their decision. He felt it was a good idea... but it was up to them.

((OoC: If it's fine with you guys, I'll join in with Ea and Darklight. That is of course, if you want to move the plot that way.))

OOC: Sure. o; Sorry I haven't been around. x-x I've been absolutely swamped... Plus my Proboards wouldn't work at all for the longest time. D: Hope you're all still interested in keeping this alive. I'm not sure when Chewy's gunna be back... But I'd like to try and keep it alive. -Cough.; I guess we'll continue and try?
He sat and contemplated his options in silence for a while, ears sitting slanted on his head as he thought. His options were rather limited; stay for a while, become a pack-wolf, or leave. And the staying might not of even been accepted. It was a lovely climate due to his fur, and if he ever got bored... There were icicles he could play... He chuckled to himself about the thought, becoming serious in his decision again. Finally he spoke, ears perking up as his silver eyes scanned over the two again. "I'll come along to meet them, and I'll decide from there what I'd like to do, if that's okay." He stated calmly, thinking over his words. Thor had no idea of what he wanted to do yet, and it seemed silly to go to the heart of the pack to figure it out, but if he indeed chose not to go, he could learn a bit, and maybe stay. Maybe.
The names threw him off a little, Serra, Tyr, what else was there? Did they have names for their food? Home? Sure he wasn't a pack wolf, but Thor knew the terms. Well... What he thought were the terms. If he happened to join he thought, it would take him a while to get used to the terms. And the people. How big was the pack? "Uh, just curious," He stated as he stood and stretched, tail swaying behind him slowly. "How many are there to meet?" He paused as Koli spoke, feeling himself flush under his fur despite the cold, smirking playfully. "Maybe I will, do I play well enough to impress?"

OoC: Sure Moonsong, I believe that would be great if you did. The plot does seem like it would be heading in that direction.
A small yawn escaped his maw, tired he was. Yet, he always felt tired. Blinking, eyes flickered more awake and looked at the ones around him. Koli still listened to Akuma although he directed his voice to Thor. The different names for titles of the wolves were confusing to Koli and couldn't understand why. Not that he needed to, just a random question that probably wouldn't get answered. Eyes widened when his name was mentioned and he looked upwards a little to peer upon Akuma. "Yes, I think I'm ready to settle down some...", he tiredly trailed off.
Ears flicked and he perked up a little at Akuma's suggestion. Personally, Koli favored going to meet the Alphess, er, the Serra first. He didn't see why the borders would come first as they were pretty much a hop skip and a jump away from them...at least he thought. Speaking of thoughts, they were bouncing around in his head, whether if the Serra is kind or very stern or judgemental; he hoped his dark past didn't faulter her potential decision. Anyways, Thor then responded to Akuma's suggestion and was a tad relieved to find that they both have similar directions in which they want to go in. "I shall come along as well, I would like to meet her as well, erm, or them...", Koli was unsure of how many they would have to confront. As if Thor read his mind, Koli nodded in affirmative and picked up from him, "Yea, how many?", he repeated.
Snickering at Thors response to his initial question, Koli was honest, mostly, with his answer, "Hmmm, maybe you should and you could become the musician of the pack. You might be the first." A hind leg lifted to scratch behind one of his ears as he finished, unaware of another that is nearby.

Akuma was silent as he listened to the other wolves responses and feelings on the matter. Afterward, they asked a question he was not surprised to hear. Well, they would not be meeting the whole pack... perhaps if any joined in the end, then... but for now, only the two who led the pack. Two.." he said plainly. "The Serra is the main one, you will like her, I guarantee. The other is her sister, and it is harder to get something nice from her, although I suppose I won't dampen anything before the meeting."
He paused, glancing between them and then around. "Well, I suppose with saying that, we should be off." With that, he would turn toward the inner pack-lands where he knew Ea would be... most likely with Darklight. And if not, she could be summoned. He would move at a steady pace, his large paws carrying him easily through the snow, though if he needed to slow down for the others, he would.
After a brief period of time, he would stop, dipping his head as the scent of Serra Ea would come to his nostrils. ((Moon_Song, if it's okay I'm going to pretend Ea is already there... if not I can edit my post xD))"Serra," he would say, waiting for acknowledgment. And afterward, he would follow with, "These have encountered our pack-lands and have curiosity about the pack. I offered they could meet you.. and Tyran Darklight before they made their decision and might be escorted to the borders."
He would then step aside slightly, though still slightly on guard. He didn't think they posed any threat, but Akuma was typically a not-easily-one-to-trust sort of wolf and protecting Ea was on the top of his priorities list. However, he let things play as they would as well.

((OoC: That's fine with me))
Ea was lying down on a large boulder, taking in what little sunlight there was. She was not fond of heat, but warmth wasn't suck a bad thing. She liked the feel of the sun's energy combined with the chill of the frosty air. Her pendant caught a few rays of light and Ea watch as the blue glow reflected off of the trees around her. Her attention was pulled from her light show, though, as the far off sound of approach perked her ears.
Darklight gnawed on the end of a bone, trying to get at the marrow inside, one of her favorite parts. She stopped chewing when she noticed her pale-coated sister's attention turn. She had not noticed the sound as quickly, but then her senses were not as keen as Ea's. To be fair, though, not many wolves had hearing as keen as her. When the sound of foot-falls and panting reached her ears, Darklight stood up-forgetting about her bone-and lowered her head, ready for anything.
Akuma was the first to come into view. Ea's face brightened and a warm smile crossed her face. "Akuma" She said in reply and nodded to encourage him to continue. She was curious as to why he had brought these new wolves here. She did not have to wait and he explained that the new wolves were interested in the pack.
Ea looked over each wolf carefully with her bi-colored eyes. Both of these wolves were pale in color. One even had wings. Ea sat up, making the markings on her leg and chest more visible. To the two, she spoke directly "Welcome to Sub Serin, the Voyani packlands. I am the Serra Ea. Pleased to meet you" She bowed her head gracefully before she continued. "What are your names?"
She was a little more assured when Akuma came first, but that didn't last as the two who followed him entered the area. She made her way to the front of the boulder her sister sat upon and remained standing, her tail straight out and her ear perked. With Akuma's acknowledgement she nodded but kept her eyes on the two new wolves. She was not combative in her stance, but she appeared territorial and protective of Ea-which she was.

A wide grin spread across the wolves maw as his 'musical talents' were spoken of, chuckling and rolling his silver hues playfully as his right ear twitched, feeling the itch that Koli seemed to pass along. "I'll get right on it then, maybe I'll even get my own fancy rank name," He teased right back, looking to Akuma after. "I mean no disrespect to your titles... They're just strange to a wolf who's only known the... Main? Terms in his life." Thor nodded and followed after Akuma, easily matching his pace through the snow, shaking out his fur in excitement. Still, the choices floated in his head, each trying to cloud the other. Would he join? Or just stay a while? With a shrug to himself he grinned widely, trying to playfully trip Koli on the way.

He lowered his head some as they entered the heart of the pack, keeping his smooth pace calm behind Akuma until he came to a stop. His ears perked and his dark nose twitched, catching the few different scents that lingered around, and eventually sight of who he assumed to be the Sera, which was proved when she spoke. "Nice to meet you, Ea. Thor, the musical wonder as he would call..." He threw his nose in the direction of Koli, grinning.

Two didn't sound horrible for ones that he would have to confront; Koli was definitely expecting more. He just hoped both were civil and none provoked anything from him.....he didn't want to cause a scene. When Akuma described each briefly, the latter seemed like one that was more tough and more closed to reality. Not really having much more to say, either to ask to say between themselves, Akuma turned and suggested they should get going. Slowly standing up on all fours, Koli stretched mildly and followed along with the other two males, towards where Akuma appeared from.
Finally, after walking a good distance, almost being tripped along the way by Thor and a couple hollow death glares later, Koli's nose twitched as the presense of two others were noted. Not too long either, forest green eyes caught two females by a large rock. By then, Koli remembered how mangy and rough he looked. Its not that he doesn't bathe, his fur never cooperated and grew in odd directions. With the years that went by as well, his fur is starting to lose its luster and become more wirey. Approaching one that was the closest, he presumed to be the Serra, stood up and greeted the both of them. Giving a customary head bow in return, Koli waited his turn to speak. Meanwhile, eyes kept flicking towards the for now, silent one that was also there. Ear twitching and with a spasm of his tail, he looked away as Thor mentioned himself as the musical wonder. Grinning in amusement in return, he blinking and eyes cast upwards to the Serra. "I am called Kølilfur Rúni; 'n honor to meet you Serra Ea. You may call me Køli if you wish", he kept it simple, as most of his introductions were.

Ea seemed welcoming and warm; he was hardly surprised. Darklight seemed defensive and wary, as he had expected. But she posed no combat or threat as of now and he was appreciative. He hoped these wolves might join them. But time would tell.
He smiled ever so slightly at Thor's introduction as a musical one, and he knew for himself he was somewhat curious being as he had missed the icicle show before. There was nothing really for him to say, as from this point on, it was really between Ea, Darklight, Thor, and Koli. He glanced between each of the wolves in turn. Did Thor and Koli want him to say anything for them.. as a representative? They seemed like the types to speak for themselves. Instead, he waited for Ea's next question. He was sure they would be tested in some way before being permitted as members... or at least, he had a feeling of it. He wasn't too worried though. So he simply waited.

((OoC: Sorry for the absence))
Ea rolled her eyes at her sister and smiled. Always on duty. They both seemed sufficiently respectful. Thor was rather young looking, and Koli might be a bit...well she wasn't sure, but he didn't seem bad. "It is nice to meet you both. Welcome to my pack's land." She looked over both of them, taking note of the hum in her pendant, and spoke again "What brought you both to these lands?"
Darklight ignored her sisters rolled eyes and kept watch on Koli and Thor. Both of them were white, and Thor had wings. She didn't particularly like Koli. He seemed...off. Thor, she could sense, was naive. If it was her decision, she would not accept these two into the pack, but it was for her sister to decide. She would simply govern them as a Tyran. She did, however, tack in a question after Ea's "And what do you think qualifies to be part of this pack?"
Ea bumped Darklight. She may have been her sister, but she was the Serra.

((I wanna post to keep this thread alive, I just hope everything's fine with Vivid. Then again, it is finals for high school and college and it is a busy time of the year.))
Perpetually tired looking eyes were trained on the two females. It looked as if he was looking off in the distance, his mind elsewhere, but he allowed his eyes to look between the two so he could see what both were doing. The one that called herself the Alphess, or Serra, of these lands seemed neutrally nice and curteous to both of the new comers. She was similar to Akuma. Koli was more in favor of those two rather than the other that seemed to lurk in the Serra's shadow. He felt like he was being judged, but that was something he grew to ignore easily as he figured he would be again after he fleed his initial pack.
Little emotion played upon his face, except for a small smile in response to the Serra's welcoming; he gave a final dip of his head in respect. Then, she asked a question and it wasn't something unexpected as it was far from just waltzing into pack's territory and thinking they would let anyone in. Certain criteria has to be met; though the one other than the Serra spoke up about qualifications. Well, he felt it was something that had to be asked and he was amused of how the Serra elbowed the other for adding to the question it seemed. "Frankly, I've just been wandering the Earth for the past few years and just happened upon Thor and then Akuma", he looked at them both respectively, "...And as for what qualifies to be part of a pack...A sense of loyalty is required, along with companionship, honor and pride for the pack that one is a part of. One must show all these things and have skill to be beneficiary to their pack." Although he knew the answer, or at least he thought he did, he never really had much experience of it ever since he left so it may be a challenge if he were tested on these things....
A short pause came between his answer, but he wanted to say something else and he picked himself back up to finish, "...Of course, I believe that the judgement of you, Serra Ea, is worth just as much."

(Ack. I wish I could blame finals fully. x-x I've been stuck with a flu for just over two weeks now and alotta' stuff has gone down, but thanks, Oki, for keeping it going. Or, trying rather. No gurantee's I'll be around too too much with finals coming up by next month and me still sick, but I'll try!) Thor bowed his head and let his tail lazily sway out behind him as he watched and listened to the wolves infront of him, one seeming to be the polar opposite from the other in colour, and temperment. The darker of the two's question got the gears in his mind going, not exactly sure what came in a pack. Thinking about his home life, he waited for Koli to finish, butting in politly after. "Well... As stated, just wandering, then bumping into Akuma. As for your question," He dipped his head to the darker furred femme. "Being relitivly new to it, I can't exactly say. But I know from when I was just a pup, there was a lot of respect to the higher ranks. Trust was strong, but we were all blood family. And you had to pull your weight, even as a pup. Were expected to not give anyone a hard time, and help out when you were old enough. Am I correct?" He tilted his head in question, trying to think of anything he may of missed.
