"I hope I don't either." she muttered, still shaking from the cold. "I feel like my whole bottom should be encased in ice." she told him, trying to make light of the situtation.

"Well, we can do that....or we can hope that we get close enough to another ice block, or the shore....or we could swim, but believe me, the water is extremely cold." she told him, looking at her rear pitifully.

"so we are stuck?" he asks softly sighing. He looks down at the iceblock. "what happens if this melts?" he aks slowly

"The answers to those questions are simple: yes, we are stuck and if the ice melts, we go down into the frigid water." she paced the perimiter of the block, trying to see which one was closest, another ice block or the shore. Both looked pretty far away.

He sighs softly and lies down getting tried. "Do you think it is okay if I sleep?" He ask softly. One of his orbs open and watches her.

She shook her head. "I'll try to find a way out." she was still trying to find a way out of this icy trap. Her paws were freezing over. She squinted as the sun came out once more and she groaned slightly. The sun would melt the ice faster and that wasn't good news...

Another wolf watched from the shadows, looking out at the two that were trapped. He looked questioningly at them, cocking his head. He slowly walked foward exposing himself. "Umm, are you guys ok?" he asked. |

The wolf on the shore asked them another question. "Do you guys want my help, because unless you can fly it's going to be a little hard to get out." |

"Oh yes, we're just fine and dandy!" Kyra called out, her fur now shining that bright red color like a warning beacon. "Though, a little help would be nice..." she called out once more, still trying to judge the distance between the shore and the nearest ice block.

He shrugged. "Well, umm, what about you?" he asked the other wolf kindly, not knowing his name, or the other's but he was talking to the male. While he spoke, he started to think how he was going to help. A few things came to mind. |

He nods and stands by her watching the wolf who had jsut cme out. "Ya a little help would be good." he yelled across the lake at the wolf.

"What much could he do?" Kyra asked, not being mean, but just plain curious. They were too far away, weren't they? The ice block was slowly moving towards the shore, but at that rate they could be there until the thing was melted.
