She watched him, still cold even though the sun was shining brightly down upon her. That cold dunk had not done good for her. "Are you sure that'll work?" she asked, getting an idea of what he was maybe trying to do.

He looked at her and wagged his tail. "I don't know, but if it doesn't I have one other plan." With that he returned to pulling the log. It was going down hill, so that made it slightly easier. He finally got it into the water, and began slowly pushing it out towards them. "I hope it is long enough. And if it isn't, perhaps you can jump on it from where you are and then go across and jump on shore."

She watched, hoping that this wolf's plan. Unfortunately, the waves that log was making was pushing them further away.

"Oh crap," the wolf said as he watched what was happening. "Ok, time for plan B." He loosely spread his large wings and soared into the air. Then he looked down a moment. "Wait a second." He went back down. "What if I use the log to push you guys to shore?" he asked wagging his tail happily.

"Do you think the log will be able to do that?" she asked, looking at the shore all the way across. It seemed pretty far. "The thing may be to short." she told him, getting worried.

"Well, maybe, but the riples it was making were pushing you. If it doesn't work, I still have wings and a strong back," he smiled.
