[Sorry, school is just... Blech... When isn't it? Anyway, I've just been piled over with work, and I might not make it to 9th grade, so... Yeah... Anyway: The roleplay:]
Death chuckled darkly when the male dragon asked for an explanation. My sire she spat out the word, and there was no confusion what so ever that she hated her father. Had been the full-spirit guardian. He layed my mother, an ordinary wolf, and had me. He hated the mix of the two species, and soon slaughtered my siblings, as far as I know, because I could see and smell their blood everywhere. My mother's as well. So, I set out to live on my own, barely weaned, and hiding from him. I soon discovered my powers, and we routinely started to fight. Sometimes he won, sometimes myself. He was always angered that I wouldn't just die. I had more of him in me than my siblings, so if my body dies, I can revert to spirit form, and go either make another body, or take one from another. her eyes glinted dangerously, and she continued: One day, during our fiercest of battles, another joined, an older spirit, and the two of them combined were able to chase me away, even in my 'spirit form'
When the others left, she followed, listening to Casus's skill. She saw him look to her, his eyes glowing. She bent her head towards the ground, the middle of her neck held higher than the rest, as if she were in a striking position. A deep snarl rumbled from the back of her throat, and her eyes, too, started to glow, though they turned a bright green, rather than staying thier normal black.

Kalasin turned to see Death react to the comment and sighed to herself. "Let's not get in another fight, now shall we?" She chided, her green eyes glinting dangerously. Black creatures always fought, and blue creatures were unruly, what a trio. She thought. "Now.. So Death, you can't die? That's a nice trait. However, dragons are very hard to kill, so I guess we have our own version of invincibility. I'm sorry about your parents. I too, lost my parents, but I was very young and don't remember how." She stated sympathetically. She walked over to the cave's entrance and looked out over the lake, now orange with the dawn light. She watched the water slide calmly in and out with the current. She folded her wings comfortably, then sat down on her haunches to watch the sunrise.

Casus looked at death as she spoke of her father he could feel the hatred there, yes deep hatred. casus liked that hatred. when she spoke of taking another's body he just grinned and said "well he wasn't the sire for no reason. you have to accept authority at some point otherwise it will make life very difficult. it seems the pair of you are not so different. and any way wouldn't immortals be more of a curse than a gift?"
Casus realized that his eyes were glowing again. he shut his eyes and shook his head, trying to dispel the strength of shadows he could feel around here. he listened to the other black dragon growl and ignored it. he was slightly ashamed of himself because he knew then that he was the one who had tried to start the fight. he opened his eyes and they had returned to be once again pail moons, he looked once again at death but this time apologetically. tho he dint say a word. he turned his back on the sun rise and moved further into the cave whispering in an unknown language . the shadows started to flicker and bounce as if alive. they swirled and peeled themselves off of the was bundling together and was left in the form of a shadow Phoenix. the shadow had red glowing eyes it appeared weak until casus breathed his black breath onto it, it suddenly gave off the essence of power, it silently flew off the ground and swirled around death once analyzing the dragon, then it spin round mid flight and shot over kalasins head into the golden morrow. it flew high and soon disappeared leaving the three in the cave. Casus grinned and said "who here is starting a fight?"

[[Eh, I've been sick. Sorry]]
She smiled at Kalasin, nodding her head in understanding. So you can imagine at least some of what I felt. She swiveled her head to stare at Casus as he spoke, and a sigh echoed through the cave. It is as much a curse as a gift, though without it I would be dead long before now, and I cannot accept authority, my father will not permit it. I am mixed, so I am an outcast. He told me not to return until I was strong enough to give him a challenge. As if I didn't anyway.
When the shadow dragon analyzed her, she tensed. Her eyes started to glow again, but once the shadow-creature left, they returned to normal.
So, anything interesting about your past? The question was directed towards Casus.
[Hey, Casus, no offense or anything, but could you use caps? It's kinda annoying...]

Kalasin smiled at the shadow phoenix then turned her gaze to the two shadow-dwellers before her. Her eyes glinted in amusement at Casus' joke and she turned her emerald gaze on him. "You two. You wouldn't want me in the fight, my magic is an unfair advantage." She stated with playful smugness.
She nodded agreement with Death. "Yes old one, tell us about your long life. Surely you've lived in the light in some point." She said mockingly.

Casus shook his head and laughed at the younger dragon's antics. "Yes i did live in the light, a long long time ago. I trained with my father under the golden sun of the Morrow. Those were the best days, but as always things change,as do circumstances, and me and my father were called for to defend the land from green and blue dragons, it was a massacre, the black dragons tore through the others and successfully drove the enemy back to where ever they came from. In that war i earned most of my scars, and i also earned Honor and respect from my people. Only a few of whom i knew died, my father lived to a rich old age but my mother decided to leave the war band. I stayed with my father and made a close relationship. With time like my father before me i lead the war bands and brought more land to the black dragons, driving others out. That is where i met a golden dragon, who happened to be a necromancer, he told me that i could go far and he sensed much power in me, so i decided to learn the arts. but that is my knowledge if you want it keep prying young one." Casus sat on his haunches and let out a tremendous yawn, he was getting too old for summoning.

Death ignored the, "Unfair" comment. listening to the older dragon speak. She smiled, though it was more smugly polite than rude and ridiculing. Getting tired, old one? she asked, a hint of joking to her voice.

Kalasin nodded. "I remember that war. I fought in it as well. I was less powerful then physically, my magic was just as strong, but I didn't have all these tricks up my sleeve like right now. I fought from the air, using magical assults. I was lucky and cam away pretty well. The wounds I recieved didn't scar thanks to my magic. It allows me to heal myself to a certain extent, it drains me though." She stated, her green eyes glassing over in memory.
She chuckled at the yawn and Death's comment. "Maybe you should take a nap." She said, grinning wickedly.

Casus looked at Kalasin curiously. She was present during the defending too, well he didn't know that. He was very surprised at the way she nearly casually stated it. But now she mentioned it some where in the back of his old mind he had recognized her. "Now, now I could still beat you, youngster, in a flying race with one wing tied behind my back madam, That yawn was out of boredom not tiredness." Casus bluffed. "Tell me Kalasin what was your title during that war? Because you sky lot certainly gave us some massive problems."
He listened as Kalasin told them that she healed those scars with magic. "Yes, yes I could have done the same but i had more pressing matters to attend to, and anyway they make me more intimidating don't you think?" he said jokingly. "I shall never take a nap in the presence of others" He said standing up "It's just plain rude." Casus, with one gentle sway of his large head nudged Kalasin playfully. " Now then ladies I am feeling much better therefore I challenge you to a display competition, you can fly, flame or use you psychic ability's, just mainly because flaunt it if you've got it i wanna see what you mischievous pair are made of in combat and in grace."
Casus jogged to the mouth of the cave and crouch down low extending his wigs, and threw himself into the air, he flew in a wide circle and said "Or are you afraid of being beaten by a war veteran." He let out a playful roar and some flame and looped back wards into a corkscrew. He then glided over the top of the water turned and hovered to look at his partners reaction.

Death supressed a chuckle when the old one made his comment on boredom. When he challenged them to a display competition, she eagerly got to her feet,
She darted out of the cave, ciircling Casus for a moment, before a flash of black light traveled through her body, and she was a black hawk, soaring through the air. She plummetted towards the lake below, pulling up at the edge, and her claws skimmed the water as she once more changed, though this time she became a wolf, running across the water, black pads appearing wherever she stepped. When she reached the other side, she changed once more, forming into the dragon again, and shooting up into the air, flame shooting from her opened jaws and circling around her small body.
She hovered beside Casus, asking, How about that, Old One? Death could tell he had taken a shine to Kalasin, but she didn't show it, just resumed her normal ways.

Kalasin looked at him skeptically. "Sure, whatever." She shrugged, relenting the comment, but not agreeing. She listened to his next comment and chuckled, her eyes glinting wickedly. "Captain." She said with a smirk clearly on her face. "I was in charge of the air force, as my magic was the best, and I was the swiftest flier. I do believe those were the most enjoyable moments of my life; watching the havoc play out." She grinned playfully at the memory of how their tricks paid off in the end. Finally registering his earlier comment about beating her with one wing behind his back, she glared at him defiantly. "I highly doubt you'd be able to beat me. I'm much younger then you and much more agile in flight. You might be faster then me, as long as I don't use magic to propel myself." She stated boldly.
Eying his scars she shrugged. "Either that, or a fellow fighter might think you to slow to move fast enough." She said, her voice lightly amused as she trotted after Death and Casus to the entrance. She paused to watch the two black dragons in flight. Death's shape shifting ability was definitely handy, but Casus could do better. She smirked then stepped off the edge and allowed herself to plummet towards the water below. She dove quickly, her wings pressed against the blue scales of her back to gain speed. Once she was about at the water, she opened her wings suddenly and straightened horizontally to the water. She then folded her wings and held herself up with her magic, her emerald eyes glowing faintly. She hovered just above the water, so it seemed she was walking on it's glassy surface. She walked confidently forwards, her step graceful like a cat's. She walked about 100 yards like that, then the water parted before her, like a knife was slicing through its surface. It parted all the way down to the sandy floor of the lake, the watery walls rising up on either side of her.
She spread her wings and the tips just barely disappeared into the wall of water on her sides. She then rocketed forward, propelled by her magic, so her wings were just controlling her direction and the angle she flew at. She moved like a blue blur through the parted water, after passing a specific point, the water then fell back into place in her wake, churning lightly from the disturbance. Finally Kalasin flew upwards, leaving the water behind. Now she added her wings to the speed, moving so fast you could barely see her as more then a movement out of the corner of your eye. She raced back towards Death and Casus and spread her wings wide, to catch the air, coming to a halt right in front of them. She grinned, her scales glinting in the sun light from the moisture of the lake. Her eyes were excited, like she'd been waiting for a while to release her powers. Now she folded her wings in mid air and settled into a standing position in front of them, using her powers to keep her at the same level with them. She stood like she had in the cave, but now there was no stone floor under her, only the damp air from the lake. She looked at Casus to see if he recognized the speedy form she'd used to approach their camp and lay her tricks in place.
((Ick, long! xDD))

Casus was pleased to see the others take up the challenge. he watched death's display intently, there was certainly skill there. he laughed "very nice, death a brilliant display of polymorph. you would be a tough one to face in combat." he turned to kalasin as she spoke "hum-mm Captin ay. you evil woman" he said grinning. "as to the beating with one wing behind my back, Ive done it once. in the southern Sky's war, while you were zipping about, when one of your sly section 'happened' to find a bolder covered in the razor plant, i was to busy damn fighting to see the sly fellow. He took out one of my wings and i was reduced to ground combat. Was that your plan to throw them at us? but still i survived and managed to take more of the blue scum down. no offense madam. As regards to my scars isn't that the point? to trick an enemy into thinking your weaker than you are?" Casus watched Kalasins display and was reasonably impressed. " i believe i recognize that speed. you were the one we planned long and hard to slay. I'm glad that you were one of the ones that got away. I'm sorry about the assassination of you brigadier and 3 or 4 captins, but a dragons got to do what hes told hasn't he?" Casus smiled slightly. "but on with the show." Casus threw himself back wards and shut his wings. Now it was his turn. he fell to wards the water, his eyes glowed like the new moon, pure silver. his scales shone with a metallic tinge. he shut his eyes and roared at the top of his voice. he stopped himself and sharply changed direction rising in altitude. the black summoning that was in the cave previously, joined him. the sky started to darken, some how the sun Begin to dim. dead creatures from the sea bed Begin to rise, dead bones long past seemed to reanimate themselves, and Begin to rise up joining Casus. He swooped and dived with the dead surrounding him following his movements as if they were one. Dead birds rose from the trees and joined in. light was now emitting from casus's eyes, suddenly a giant spirit serpent rose from the trees and entwined casus and the dead hiding them in the black shroud of its skin.there was a flash of black light, and a roar, a kind of Roar that would move what little dead remained in there graves. When Casus reentered view he was clad in bone Armour, of the dead. a massive breast plat covered his chest and a helmet of serrated hydra bones which covered the whole top of his head except for hid antler like horns. his eyes shone out of the empty sockets, his back and tail covered with mix match bones which gave him protection. those who choose through there mind could have most probably heard the screams of the dead for a fraction of a second. the bones shone with an iridescent glow. his body was no longer scarred. in the center of the breast plate was carved the shield of the kings high general, laid in gold. he gave a few powerful wing beats and steadily few over to to the others. "Recognize me now Kalasin? how was that death?" was all that he said. the sun returned to its normal state. ((hey and you though yours went on. ))

Death thanked Casus when he commented on her, chuckling and saying, Many have learned that before... Most of them choosing the hard way. She laughed as Kalasin showed off, stopping to hover in front of her. Good, Kalasin. I like your style. When Casus summoned forth the creatures of the dead, she let out an involuntary growl. This reminded her of something... Though of what she could not remember. When he finished, asking her opinion, she teleported to hover beside him, studying the armor with sharp eyes. I doubt many have broken through your skeletal armor? She backed off about a tail's length, and a sudden idea came to mind. Would either of you be interested in a spar? Not as enemies, but rather to test our skills, or practice?
