youtube.com/watch?v=z0a6zRsCmvM&mode=related&search=This world is so gorgeous, it makes me cry that everyone cannot see this world and all its beauty like I do. One time, I went to Pennsylvania and saw so much wilderness. One area was so beautiful I cried because It was so beautiful, nature affects me so much. I would hate to see it all gone someday....

awwww...I love that part where the wolf howls to the moon :3... It's sad...One day global warming will take a HUGE drastic effect on the world...All we once knew...It'll all come to an end....

yes, it truly pains me to now it will all end, if anything all humans should perish.... we are the ones destroying this paradise.

Global warming doesn't exist. T_T
At least, not in the way you've been told. The Earth IS warming, and we DO contribute some, but even if we didn't, it would still happen. 30 years ago, they were all freaked about global cooling, which killed 20,000 more people than global warming ever could.

actually we do contribute to global warming, because we use aerosol cans and sprays and make tons of smoke and waster that constantly weakens the earths ozone layer, leaving more UV rays to pass through and damage the earth further. There are already holes in the ozone layers. The rising levels of gases are a result of human civilization.

that's crap.
I'm sorry to say so, but it is. I've done extensive research on the subject.

Jazzy, unless you're a college graduate with a PHd I won't exactly count you as a credible source on the matter ;>.>.

Extensive research huh? *Snorts* Listen I'm open for new ideas. And yes, even if we did not contribute to Global Warming, it would still happen yes. It would just take more time. It has happened before and WILL happen again. Its just that with humans doing what they're doing, they're speeding up the process. Thats all, thats why its such a big deal. Cause when it hits, it'll be fiercer then any the earth has seen in billions of years.
So, as Demin said. Unless you're an expert on this. Which a seriously doubt you are. You cannot just come in and say Global Warming isn't happening, 'cause there is extensive proof that it IS happening.
Thank you =)

Global warming is a theory..they cant prove if this is a natural occurance or it is caused by man..Its just a hype...Thats all I gotta say about it lmao..
Nice btw..

well, it is happening, because water levels are warming, and glacial ice is melting, thats why there were so many tsunamis and floods this year.
btw awesome blitz

Whether it is true or not isn't the matter. At the rate we are destroying trees, not enough can grow back to re-stabilize the levels of carbon in our atmosphere. If something is not done about it, the effects could be catastrophic. The fact is that carbon levels in our atmosphere are rising, and more carbon means less heat can escape back into space, also, humans can only deal with a certain amount of carbon in the atmosphere. There is actually only a small percentage of oxygen in air, what the rest of the elements are, i forgot. The air we breathe in contains about 0.04% carbon dioxide. The air we breathe out contains about 4% carbon dioxide. In other words, exhaled air contains about 100 times the concentration of carbon dioxide that inhaled air does. And without the trees to photosynthesize the carbon back to oxygen, gases rise and so does heat, which heightens ozone.
Ozone is a colorless odorless gas made of oxygen.
Most oxygen in the air is O2 - two joined oxygen atoms. This is the oxygen that sustains life.
Ozone is O3 - three oxygen atoms joined together.
Ozone is ready to react ...
... with whatever it meets. This makes it very useful for cleaning and disinfecting. But, when it comes in contact with living tissues like our lungs it can cause damage and illness. Ozone can also corrode building materials, statues and monuments, and natural rock features in the landscape. Ozone is made of Oxygen atoms Oxygen as O, O2 and O3
Text Box: The Air Quality Cookbook: OZONEIngredients: VOC(volatile organic compounds) NO (Nitrogen oxide) NO2 (Nitrogen dioxide) 1. Release and mix INGREDIENTS: Combine the ingredients by releasing them into the air. 2. Cook using SUNLIGHT and HEAT: Allow the ingredients to react in the sunlight and high temperatures. 3. OZONE! A recipe for ozone.
Nobody puts ozone directly into the air. Instead, cars and trucks, gas stations and factories put the ingredients for ozone into the air every day.
What About the Ozone Layer ?
I thought ozone was helpful.
The ozone layer is great - when it's way up there.
The ozone layer protects life on earth from the sun's harmful ultraviolet rays. But the ozone layer is 10 - 30 miles above the earth; this is far above the air that we breathe. This protective shield becomes weaker when certain gases are able to travel to the ozone layer and destroy the ozone molecules. These destructive gases come from products like refrigerators, air conditioners, cleansers, and aerosol cans (used for spray paint and hairspray). The gases are called halons and CFCs - for chlorofluorocarbons.
Closer to earth, ozone is an air pollutant that can be harmful. It is created and hangs around in the layer of air near the ground (from 0 to 10 miles high); where it affects everything it comes in contact with. Things That Affect Ozone Levels
The amount of ingredient gases.
More ingredient gases (VOC's and NO2) can mean more ozone. Towns and cities that have more traffic or more industrial plants have a higher potential for ozone formation, especially towns that also experience many warm sunny days with little wind.
Weather and Seasons: warm sunny days mean more ozone.
Since sunlight and heat are the engines that drive ozone formation, warm sunny days should have more ozone than cool or cloudy days. Wind can also play a role. On windy days the wind can disperse the ozone, causing levels to drop. Ozone pollution can be especially bad during summer heat waves when the air does not mix very well and air pollution doesn't disperse.
Time of Day: ozone levels build during the day.
On a clear day, ozone levels can continue to rise all day long, and then decrease rapidly after sunset. Since heat, sunlight, the ingredient gasses each usually increase during the day, ozone formation also increases. When the sun goes down, there is no energy for ozone formation and fewer ingredient gases - so ozone levels drop.
Ozone and Your Health
Why ozone can hurt.
The properties that make ozone a powerful cleaner, disinfectant, and bleaching agent also make ozone dangerous to living tissues.
When it comes in contact with living tissues, like our lungs, ozone attacks and damages cells lining the airways, this causes swelling and inflammation.
Some have compared ozone's effect to a sunburn ... inside your lungs.
And we must do something to prevent it.

"At the rate we are destroying trees, not enough can grow back to re-stabilize the levels of carbon in our atmosphere."
We have more trees on our planet than we have ever had 50-100 years ago. If people cut down trees (unless they're building something on it), they are supposed to plant more trees from where that tree was.
God I hate politics with a bloody passion
