She turned her face away, as if she were a hideous beast. |

What else could shin do but grant her wishes.
He wanted to give her time to herself.
Maybe he should continue his trek lthe next day and camp out for the night.
Then its decided. He trotted off in the distance looking for somewhere to rest.

She watched him walk away, her gaze sad. Suddenly the moon became white again, and the darkness shrouding her vanished, revealing a back and dark grey wolf with vibrant yellow eyes. |

Shin found across the way a little den comfy enough for the night.
He was stilll hungry and could not wait to find game elsewhere.

The wolfess got up and groomed herself, upon finishing, was sniffing around. She caught the scent of the male, and decided to ask him a question. Upon approaching him, she uttered the question in a low, insecure voice.
"Why? Why did you help me?" |

He looked up to her.
"I dunno. Just felt like it i guess. Plus i was hoping for some assistance in finding food. But it is in my nature to be kind to others as others will be kind to me."

The young wolfess still felt uneasy slightly, yet she didn't understand why he had helped her. She tried to understand why he would help her, a demon. She settled on her haunches and looked off into the distance. |

She felt a strange sensation on her face, a warm blush creeping onto her features.
He said it was cool, she never encountered someone that found her abilities admirable. She wondered why he was being so nice, she was not used to friendly company, let alone company at all. |

Her ear perked to the males grumbling stomach, she looked at him and a smile almost formed on her face. However, it faded before it even formed. She lifted her nose and sniffed the air deeply, sifting through the scents. She couldn't get a clear scent, not with her nose. She instinctively stuck her long, serpentine tongue out, tasting the air. She moved her head around as she silently tasted the air for scents. |

Shin's eyes grew in wonderment.
He stared at her tongue his head tilted to the side.
"Now for sure I've never seen that before! Must be very handy."

The female was too absorbed in tasting the air to notice his compliment. She was obviously someone who grew up with no company around her, she seemed to tune people out at times. She got up anud tasted the air again.
"Theres a dead carcass somewhere to the north, not far from here... A stray stag by the smell of it."
She then sheathed her tongue back into her mouth. |

Shin lifted his nose to to the sky.
"I don't really smell it...but I trust ya....uhhhh."
He paused for a moment thinking.
"So what do you go by again?"
